Abstract

The aim of this assistance is to provide insight and knowledge about alternative ways of selling tobacco and recommend tobacco waste management to the younger generation in Banggle Village, Sukorame District, Lamongan Regency. The reason for determining the location and focus on mentoring the younger generation is to maintain the regeneration of tobacco farmers as a form of improving the quality of the agricultural sector in the future and at the same time the majority of farmers in Banggle Village are tobacco farmers. . Assistance is carried out in stages starting with basic observations in the field regarding the management and sales system of tobacco plants. The results of this assistance concluded that there were three sales methods, namely the direct sales system, the sales system through the enumeration stage using sugar additives and not using sugar additives. The most recommended sales method in this assistance is the sales system through the chopping stage using sugar additives, followed by the sales method through the chopping stage without using sugar additives and finally the alternative direct sales method. The results of the assistance recommended that the most appropriate management of tobacco waste is to use organic fertilizer. The evaluation results show a lack of resources that understand detailed calculations regarding tobacco sales methods.

Abstract

Seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dizaman sekarang, makin banyak manusia yang seakan tidak bisa lepas dari teknologi. Segala aktivitas sudah dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi. Salah satunya adalah dalam bidang informasi yang memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi. Tak bisa dipungkiri bahwa informasi dizaman sekarang sangatlah penting bagi kehidupan manusia. Namun dibalik perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat, masih banyak orang yang belum bisa memanfaatkannya. Dalam hal ini mengenai data nilai siswa yang ada di Madrasah DTA Nurul Hidayah yang masih menggunakan sistem manual. Ditemukan banyak sekali kekurangan dalam penggunaan sistem dengan cara manual. Diantaranya seperti waktu yang kurang efisien dan keakuratan data. Maka penelitian ini akan membahas tentang data nilai siswa. Dengan adanya sistem berbasis web tentunya diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam pendataan nilai siswa

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises have an important role in maintaining general economic balance in an area through increasing income in the category of community economic independence. Micro-enterprises are more directed at production carried out by households. However, there are still many problems in its operations, especially in human resources and the management of products and waste from products in a sustainable manner. In this activity, researchers use a participatory approach which is often called participatory action research (PAR). The result of this assistance is that improving the quality of knowledge of business actors can be carried out properly through providing education regarding administrative requirements that must be met by business actors in managing their business, including NPWP, NIB, PIRT, Trademarks and Halal Certification. improvement of product quality that has been carried out for business actors in this assistance through the implementation of a marketing mix strategy as expected. Utilization of tree waste and banana peels through education in this activity can run well. Utilization of banana peel waste is carried out for animal feed and this assistance can be carried out properly starting from the drying process to milling.

Abstract

Interaksi antar peserta didik memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam membentuk karakter mulia di lingkungan sekolah. Kajian ini diarahkan untuk mengeksplorasi korelasi antara interaksi tersebut dengan pengembangan karakter mulia melalui metode kuantitatif. Penelitian melibatkan 45 anggota OSIS dari SMP Negeri 1 Pagar Alam sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan kuesioner yang menilai level interaksi sosial serta karakter mulia para peserta didik. Penganalisisan data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan hubungan positif antara interaksi sesama peserta didik dengan pembentukan karakter mulia, menegaskan pentingnya lingkungan sosial dalam pembentukan karakter pelajar.

Abstract

Abstrak Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Pemangkat Kabupaten Sambas merupakan salah satu sentra kegiatan perikanan tangkap di Kalimantan Barat. PPN Pemangkat berperan dalam pengembangan usaha perikanan tangkap. Salah satu jenis ikan pelagis yang didaratkan di PPN Pemangkat yaitu ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis). Tujuan penelitian ini mengatahui biologi reproduksi ikan tongkol meliputi rasio kelamin, tingkat kematangan gonad, indeks kematangan gonad, dan fekunditas. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 bulan dari Februari sampai dengan April 2024. Pengambilan sampel ikan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang diamati selama penelitian sebanyak 60 ekor, terdiri dari 32 ekor jantan dan 28 ekor betina dengan rasio kelamin yang didapatkan 1,1:1. Tingkat Kematangan Gonad (TKG) yang diperoleh baik jantan dan betina adalah TKG I-IV. Nilai Indeks Kematangan Gonad (IKG) ikan Jantan berkisar antara 044-5,33% dan nilai ini lebih kecil jika dibandingkan dengan IKG ikan tongkol betina yang berkisar antara 2,13-8,63%. Hasil penelitian fekunditas total ikan tongkol secara keseluruhan berkisar antara 268.593-668.039 butir telur. Fekunditas relatif terhadap panjang total ikan berkisar antara 14029-26898 butir/cm, sedangkan fekunditas relatif terhadap berat total ikan berkisar antar 315-594 butir/gram. Abstract

The parenting seminar at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten UNHAS aims to improve parents' understanding and skills in supporting early childhood development. This seminar provides a place or forum for discussion and sharing experiences, introducing effective educational methods, increasing parental involvement in education and parenting, providing information related to the idea of playing together between parents and children, and sharing tips and experiences between students and parents. Through this seminar, it is hoped that parents can create an environment that supports children's growth and development optimally, is more familiar with children's needs and abilities, and is able to better facilitate children's development.

Abstract

Geothermal Power Plant (GPP) use steam from geothermal reservoirs to produce electricity. Power Plants are one of the most dangerous work environments. The dangers that exist in the power generation process can be in the form of Major Accident Hazard (MAH) and have a large impact which can cause Major Accidents. Major Accident prevention can be done by managing Safety Critical Elements (SCE) as a control measure in the form of procedures to prevent or mitigate the risks. Each SCE has a Performance Standard that includes targets and thresholds set to reduce risk to reach ALARP (As Low as Reasonably Practicable) that will be used as a reference in Inspection, Testing and Preventive Maintenance programs to prevent Major Accidents. This research was conducted to identify SCE and establish Performance Standard for GPP PT XYZ with a capacity of 1x55 MW. Based on the identification results, it is known that the total MAH at GPP PT XYZ is 112. Each MAH was analyzed using a bow-tie diagram to obtain a total of 532 SCE or 8.12% of the total 6,549 existing equipment.

Abstract

UMKM frozen food seperti FANARA FROZEN di Bojonegoro menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam dua aspek fundamental: formalisasi legalitas usaha dan optimalisasi strategi branding. Meskipun telah membangun basis konsumen loyal melalui produk dengan cita rasa khas seperti sosis solo dan risol mayo, usaha ini terkendala oleh kompleksitas prosedur pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan minimnya pemahaman terhadap strategi komunikasi visual modern. Kondisi ini mencerminkan problematika umum yang dihadapi UMKM skala mikro yang tertinggal dalam adopsi praktik bisnis kontemporer meskipun memiliki keunggulan produk. Pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pendampingan intensif kepada FANARA FROZEN dalam memperoleh legalitas formal dan mengembangkan identitas merek yang kuat untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar frozen food yang semakin kompetitif. Melalui metode action research kualitatif, program ini melibatkan pelaku UMKM secara langsung untuk menguji efektivitas pendekatan dual transformation yang memperkuat aspek legalitas dan citra merek (branding). Tahapan kegiatan dimulai dari pelatihan regulasi, asistensi administratif NIB, hingga transformasi identitas visual melalui desain partisipatif. Keberhasilan program dipantau melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi mendetail. Program berhasil mendampingi UMKM memperoleh NIB sebagai legitimasi formal usaha, serta menghasilkan identitas visual baru yang meningkatkan daya tarik merek dan kepercayaan konsumen, yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan skor pemahaman legalitas dan branding sebesar 86,4% berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Pemilik usaha juga mengalami peningkatan kapasitas yang terukur dalam memahami aspek legalitas dan strategi branding. Program ini memberikan dampak komprehensif yang melampaui aspek administratif dan visual, yakni transfer pengetahuan berkelanjutan yang berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) melalui penguatan usaha mikro, serta SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) melalui adopsi inovasi identitas visual dan digitalisasi pemasaran. Model pendampingan yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif dan memiliki potensi replikasi pada UMKM sejenis di wilayah lain. Strengthening The Competitiveness of Fanara Frozen MSMEs: Integration of Business Legality and Visual Identity Transformation Abstract Frozen food MSMEs, such as FANARA FROZEN in Bojonegoro, face significant challenges in two fundamental aspects: the formalization of business legality and the optimization of branding strategies. Despite having established a loyal customer base through signature products such as sosis solo and risol mayo, the business is hindered by the complexity of obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB) and a lack of understanding regarding modern visual communication strategies. This condition reflects a common problem faced by micro-scale MSMEs that lag in adopting contemporary business practices despite possessing product excellence. This community service initiative aims to provide intensive assistance to FANARA FROZEN in securing formal legality and developing a robust brand identity to enhance competitiveness in the increasingly crowded frozen food market. Using a qualitative action research method, this program directly involves MSME actors to test the effectiveness of a dual transformation approach that strengthens both legal and branding aspects. The stages of the activity range from regulatory training and administrative assistance for NIB acquisition to visual identity transformation through participatory design. Program outcomes were monitored through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and detailed documentation. The program successfully guided the MSME in obtaining the NIB as formal business legitimacy and produced a new visual identity that enhanced brand appeal and consumer trust, as evidenced by a 86,4% improvement in legality and branding comprehension scores based on pre-test and post-test evaluation results. The business owner also demonstrated measurable capacity improvements in understanding legal aspects and branding strategies. This program delivers a comprehensive impact beyond administrative and visual dimensions, namely the sustainable transfer of knowledge that contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) through the strengthening of micro-enterprises, and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure) through the adoption of visual identity innovation and marketing digitalization. The developed mentoring model has proven effective and holds strong potential for replication among similar MSMEs in other regions.

Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia is a problem that needs special attention by the government. Poverty is due to the high level of inequality, unequal distribution of income, and the number of poor people, which continue to increase. Therefore, it can affect society’s economy. This research aims to identify incongruities between endogenous and exogenous variables that influence poverty levels in Indonesia. By applying a descriptive quantitative analysis approach for 2013-2022 in the form of secondary data from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency, the research model uses dynamic panel data regression analysis based on the Generalized Method Of Moment method (GMM). The method was developed by Arellano-Bond, of which the two best models are First-Difference GMM and System GMM, which create an impartial, consistent, and efficient model for determining short-term ang long-term effects. The research results show that HDI has a significant negative impact on short-term and long-term relationships with poverty levels, resulting in low human resources. Exports have a significant negative impact on poverty levels in the short and long term. This means that if exports increase, poverty levels can be reduced. Imports have a significant positive impact on short-term and long-term with poverty levels. In import activities, the higher the price increases, the more people's purchasing power decreases. The results are declared to have a significant effect because the p-value is < significance of level 5% or 0.05. It is expected that the research will become reference material for macroeconomic development and further research regarding poverty alleviation.
