Abstract

There are several things that are considered to have an influence on work productivity in the district government, including job specifications, work period and job placement. However, this has not been explained in more depth. Therefore, researchers are encouraged to conduct research on the influence of job specifications, work period, and job placement on work productivity in the X district government. The purpose of this study is to determine whether or not there is an influence of job specifications, work period, and job placement on work productivity in the X district government. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, where interviews were conducted with 10 employees in the X district government. The research data that has been collected will be analyzed in depth to determine the results of the study. The results of the study indicate that clear job specifications, work period and appropriate job placement according to employee abilities can increase employee work productivity in the X district government positively and significantly. With this, the government should carry out clear job specifications considering the work period and employee abilities in carrying out work placement so that work productivity increases and organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The Administration Section of the Center for Political Policy, Legal and Domestic Government Strategy at the Ministry of Home Affairs is required to make a positive contribution through good performance, considering that organizational performance depends on employee performance. Employee performance both individually and in groups is very important for institutions in managing, organizing, managing and using human resources so that they can function productively, effectively and efficiently. This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive case study design. The research instrument was observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. Competency influences the achievement of organizational performance values. Competence is one of the determining factors for employee performance. High competency can encourage employees to work well. To improve performance, the Administrative Section of the Center for Political Policy, Legal and Domestic Government Strategy at the Ministry of Home Affairs can pay attention to employee competency issues, especially those related to employee skills in completing tasks. The Administrative Section of the Center for Political Policy, Legal and Domestic Government Strategy at the Ministry of Home Affairs can also improve education and training to improve employee skills and knowledge. The understanding of the Ministry of Home Affairs' employees of the Center for Political, Legal and Domestic Government Policy Strategy and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is good because it can help them carry out their work more efficiently and effectively. Employees understand Standard Operating Procedures. The level of professionalism of the employees of the Central Administration Section for Political, Legal and Domestic Policy Strategy of the Ministry of Home Affairs is good because professional employees will feel safe and comfortable in carrying out their duties, so they are more motivated to work well.

Abstract

Bekasi is one of the satellite cities of DKI Jakarta, and its population is very heterogeneous. The diversity of character of the population, educational background, culture, and mobility is fascinating to study more deeply. If it is associated with the social side, we will find the phenomenon of exclusivity of the residents. This study examines the phenomenon of social exclusivism, which reduces empathy in the social order in Bekasi City. The study aims to identify the factors that cause exclusivism and provide related solutions. Using qualitative descriptive methods, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants from various levels of society. The study's findings show that high work mobility, differences in social strata, and technological developments worsen social relationships between citizens, decreasing empathy. This research contributes to enriching the literature on exclusivism and empathy and provides recommendations for social policies and character education to increase social solidarity in satellite cities.

Abstract

Bekasi City, as one of the largest metropolitan cities in Indonesia, exhibits high dynamics and complexity across various aspects, including community welfare. The Mayor of Bekasi holds the mandate to lead and manage the city’s administration, formulate policies and development programs, and ensure the achievement of development goals, including the improvement of community welfare. This article focuses on analyzing the role of the Mayor of Bekasi in fostering community welfare in the city. The research employs a qualitative method with descriptive analysis to examine the influence of leadership on community welfare in Bekasi. The findings indicate that the level of community welfare in Bekasi City has shown significant improvement over the past 10 years (2014–2024).

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Kelompok Tani Silih Asih 1 dan 2 di Desa Nunuk Baru, Kabupaten Majalengka, dalam teknis budidaya dan prosedur penangkaran bibit bawang putih lokal. Melalui diseminasi teknologi budidaya sesuai Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) dan pelatihan prosedur penangkaran, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan nilai tambah bagi petani. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penangkaran bibit bawang putih lokal berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan petani hingga 30%. Selain itu, diversifikasi produk dan peningkatan keterampilan manajerial turut memberikan dampak positif bagi keberlanjutan usaha tani bawang putih lokal. Dukungan dari pemerintah dan kolaborasi dengan berbagai pemangku kepentingan memperkuat prospek pengembangan bibit bawang putih lokal sebagai komoditas unggulan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan perekonomian lokal.

Abstract

Perencanaan dan penganggaran responsif gender (PPRG) adalah pendekatan yang memastikan bahwa kebijakan dan program pemerintah mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dan perspektif gender. Jurnal ini membahas pentingnya PPRG bagi kementerian/lembaga, langkah-langkah implementasinya, serta tantangan dan solusi yang dihadapi dalam penerapan PPRG. Dengan fokus pada analisis situasi, keterlibatan stakeholder, dan evaluasi, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang pengintegrasian perspektif gender dalam perencanaan dan penganggaran. Kesetaraan gender merupakan salah satu tujuan utama pembangunan berkelanjutan. Di Indonesia, perencanaan dan penganggaran yang responsif gender menjadi sangat penting untuk mengatasi ketimpangan yang masih ada. Melalui PPRG, diharapkan dapat mengidentifikasi dan memenuhi kebutuhan spesifik gender, sehingga program-program pemerintah dapat lebih inklusif dan efektif. Hal ini sangat relevan mengingat adanya perbedaan dalam akses, partisipasi, dan manfaat dari berbagai program pembangunan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kesenjangan antar pegawai dan informasi pemberian penghargaan secara menyeluruh. Tim Keuangan dan Barang Milik Negara di Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi akan terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia seperti memberikan pelatihan mengenai sistem yang digunakan serta memberikan pelatihan khusus kepada pegawai mengeranai penyusunan perencanaan dan penganggaran responsif gender. Pegawai telah berusaha memenuhi persyaratan untuk dikatakan memiliki kinerja yang baik dalam hal bekerjasama dengan orang lain, terlihat saling keterkaitan antara pekerjaan satu dengan pekerjaan yang lainnya dan dapat berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan harapan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peningkatan kompetensi pejabat perbendaharaan terhadap optimalisasi nilai Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA) di Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek). IKPA digunakan untuk mengukur efektivitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan anggaran oleh satuan kerja pemerintah. Pejabat Perbendaharaan memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan anggaran negara, dan kompetensi yang mereka miliki diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian target IKPA. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus deskriptif. Instrumen penelitian dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Hasil kompetensi pejabat perbendaharaan berpengaruh terhadap pencapaian nilai Indikator Kinerja Pelaksanaan Anggaran (IKPA): Peningkatan kompetensi pejabat perbendaharaan dapat mewujudkan tata kelola yang baik dalam pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN). Kompetensi pengelola anggaran yang baik dapat memudahkan penyerapan anggaran. Keterbatasan kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia dapat menyebabkan deviasi antara rencana dan realisasi belanja satuan kerja. Pemahaman regulasi: Melaksanakan monitoring rencana kegiatan dan anggaran yang telah ditetapkan dalam DIPA dan ROK dengan baik. Melakukan bimbingan dan arahan terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pengelolaan keuangan. Efisiensi administrasi: perancanaan, pengoranisasian, penguatan budaya dapat dilakukan dengan baik pejabat perbedaharaan. Akurasi laporan keuangan berjalan dengan baik yang lansung diawasi oleh pejabat penganggaran. Peranan yang bersifat pribadi, merupakan suatu peran yang di dalam menjalankan pejabat perbendaharaan harus bersifat seperti seorang pejabat penganggaran dapat berinteraksi serta komunikasi dengan karyawan ataupun dengan para bawahannya. Peran yang berhubungan dengan informasi pejabat penganggaran menerima informasi dari orang lain sebagai asset organisasi yang bersifat kritikal, karena masukan informasi tersebut akan berisfat membangun dan akan membawa dampak positif bagi sebuah instansi yang akan dijalaninya.

Abstract

Penilaian kinerja menjadi landasan pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan SDM, dimana aktivitas pelatihan diselenggarakan berdasarkan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan. Program pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki sasaran utama yakni membuka peluang bagi pegawai untuk memperkuat kompetensi serta keahlian mereka, khususnya terkait aspek kepemimpinan dan kemampuan manajerial yang dibutuhkan guna mewujudkan tujuan organisasi. Kegiatan pengembangan SDM merupakan serangkaian usaha peningkatan kapabilitas melalui perencanaan pendidikan, pelatihan serta pengelolaan SDM yang tepat agar memperoleh capaian optimal sesuai tujuan organisasi. Pembahasan tulisan ini berfokus pada analisis strategi pendidikanl dan pelatihanl dalam rangkal pengembangan pegawail yang diterapkan di Kementerian Sosial RI. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam rangka pengembangan pegawai di Kementerianl Sosial lRI. Penelitianl ini mengaplikasikan metodel penelitian kualitatifl yang menghasilkan datal bersifat deskriptif melalui observasi tulisan, ucapan, serta perilaku subjek yang diamati. Tahapan analisis data penelitian berbasis studi literatur mencakup rangkaian aktivitas yangl berhubungan denganl metode pengumpulanl data kepustakaan, proses lpembacaan, pencatatan, danl pengolahan bahanl penelitian. Upaya pengembangan SDM bisa diwujudkan melalui berbagai strategi, salah satunya dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan. Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the performance of employees of the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with observations and in-depth interviews. The results of the research are: Overall it is appropriate, but there is still work overlap that occurs. However, they have carried out their duties in accordance with their main duties and functions as well as their respective authorities in carrying out their work so that it is clear what is being done. There are supporting factors including leadership as a work partner. Provide encouragement and direction. Giving awards. Create a comfortable workplace. Be a role model for employees. Leadership must be truly accountable, because the leadership's responsibility is very important and determines the high and low levels of employee work results, as well as employee performance and morale. The inhibiting factors include a lack of increased discipline and a lack of management of organizational culture development. The strategy for improving employee performance at the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology is by planning an organizational program, namely the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling the efforts of organizational members as well as utilizing all organizational resources in order to achieve organizational goals. has been determined by the leadership.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the effectiveness of employee education and training and the inhibiting and supporting factors as well as the strategies of the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology in improving employee performance through the effectiveness of education and training. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The research instrument was conducting in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of the research illustrate that the effectiveness of education and training for employees of the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology regularly carries out training for all employees and this is effective in increasing knowledge and skills as measured through goals and objectives, trainers, training materials , the training methods and training participants have taken these aspects into account, the implementation has been returned to their respective fields so that they raise themes that are very useful in increasing employee competence in carrying out their duties. The speakers also come from academies, as well as technical experts who are truly competent in their fields. The education and training carried out also maximizes participants, so that all employees get the same opportunities. There are several inhibiting factors, including limited infrastructure at the training venue so that participants feel uncomfortable with the limited facilities available, in addition to inappropriate time management. The supports include employee motivation in participating in education and training, the desire to develop knowledge, skills and expertise as well as strategies in improving employee performance at the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology through the effectiveness of education and training, namely by choosing a theme. training that is appropriate to the employee's field and duties, prioritizing employees whose performance is less than optimal or below standard, competency-based training, and conducting re-learning with all employees after the implementation of education and training in order to improve skills and foster a good sense of enthusiasm for employees.
