Abstract

This study investigates groundwater contamination caused by leachate migration at the Bakung landfill during the wet and dry seasons using geoelectrical resistivity and hydrogeochemical methods. The objective is to describe groundwater contamination resulting from leachate and assess groundwater quality from nearby wells along the edge of the Bakung landfill. 1D resistivity sounding (vertical electrical sounding (VES)) survey was conducted at eight sounding points using the Schlumberger configuration, and four lines of 2D resistivity imaging (electrical resistivity tomography (ERT)) were acquired inside and outside the landfill site using the Wenner configuration. The 1D resistivity inversion model show that subsurface resistivity values lower than 40 Ωm are likely associated with tuff rocks, whereas resistivity values greater than 40 Ωm are associated with volcanic breccia. The 2D resistivity imaging model indicates a leachate plume. Migrating into the lower layers of the landfill occurs from the northeast and northwest, suggesting potential contamination of shallow groundwater systems as the landfill ages. The hydrogeochemical assessment of groundwater samples followed APHA standards, identifying hydrogeochemical facies using the Piper diagram and interpreting hydrogeochemical processes using the Gibbs and Gaillardet diagrams. The Piper diagram shows the presence of mixed Ca-Mg-Cl, Ca-HCO3, and Na-Cl facies, with the Na-Cl type found only in well W1, which contains leachate. Contaminated areas exhibit slight increases in ionic concentrations. To prevent contamination from migrating into the aquifer, contaminated zones must be identified.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality of Transjakarta Bus service from the user’s perspective. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive survey method, data were collected from 202 respondents through an online questionnaire based on a Likert scale. This study focuses on five dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely Physical, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results of thematic analysis show that many respondents emphasize the importance of physical comfort of the bus, punctuality of service, and official interaction as the main factors in assessing their satisfaction. Responsiveness and empathy from officers are the two dimensions that most influence positive user views. This study also found obstacles such as lack of information about routes and the number of passengers exceeding the limit, which often become obstacles in the travel experience. The conclusion of this study is that improvements in the aspects of responsiveness, assurance, and clear information delivery to passengers have the potential to increase user satisfaction and loyalty to Transjakarta services. As a recommendation, it is suggested that Transjakarta management improve the accuracy of bus schedules, enhance officer training in customer service, and optimize fleet distribution during peak hours to address waiting time issues and improve overall service quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penjualan,biaya produksi dan biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. periode 2018—2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang di dapatkan melalui laman resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial penjualan berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih, biaya produksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih dan biaya operasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih. Penjualan, biaya produksi dan biaya operasional secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penjualan,biaya produksi dan biaya operasional terhadap laba bersih PT Vale Indonesia Tbk. periode 2018—2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang di dapatkan melalui laman resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial penjualan berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih, biaya produksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih dan biaya operasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih. Penjualan, biaya produksi dan biaya operasional secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap laba bersih.
