Triage adalah sistem seleksi pasien berdasarkan tingkat kegawatan pasien. Keterampilan dalam melakukan triage merupakan salah satu keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang perawat UGD.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan triage perawat di UGD RSUD DR.MM Dunda Limboto. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskripsi korelatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 perawat UGD RSUD MM Dunda Limboto dengan alat pengumpul data kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat (Chi Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai korelasi antara pengetahuan dengan pelaksanaan triage sebesar 0.036 dengan P Value sebesar 0.005, artinya pengetahuan berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan triage, nilai korelasi antara sikap dengan pelaksanaan triage sebesar 0.036 dengan P-Value sebesar 0.05, artinya sikap berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan triage, nilai korelasi antara keterampilan dengan pelaksanaan triage sebesar 0.036 dengan P-Value sebesar 0.05, artinya keterampilan berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan triage. Dari hasil analisa diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan perawat berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan triage.

Appendicitis is an inflammation due to infection of the appendix or the appendix (appendix). This infection can lead to pus. When the infection gets worse, the appendix can rupture. Appendix is an intestinal tract clogged edges and protruding from the early part of the colon or cecum (cecum). On the surgical treatment of appendicitis. Complaints and symptoms that are often raised include surgical wound pain that is felt is often dealt with the pharmacology of anesthetic or analgesic drugs to suppress pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Relaxation Breathing Techniques To Decrease Pain Intensity in Patients Post Operation Appendiktomi In First Day In Space Blud Surgical Hospitals Dr.MM Dunda Limboto. The study design used is descriptive research quasi-experimental design (Quasi-experimental) with one-group pretest-posttest design, the test in the absence of a comparison group (control). Population and sample are all postoperative patients Appendiktomi First Day In Space Blud Surgical Hospitals Dr.MM Dunda Limboto the 15 patients with a total sample of 15 patients. Sampling technique with consecutive sampling technique. Analysis carried out in stages (1) Univariate analysis using frequency distributions. (2) Analysis of the relationship between variables Bivariat for using statistical analysis test chi-square test, in order to determine the relationship of the study variables with a significance value (p value) <0.05 or (5%). Test using the test statistic T dependent reportedly seen the mean difference between the measurements before and after standr deviation is 0.60 and 0.632. Trauma is a condition where a person experience shock or loss because of an incidence. The most frequent causes of trauma are traffic accidents, workplace accidents, sports and household tasks. Musculoskeletal system trauma is often found in the era of high-speed vehicles as it is today. In addition, the incidence of muskuloskeletal trauma increases, largely due to an increase of routine physical exercise of people such as jogging, running and other sports activities. This research aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and the role of nurse in handling musculoskeletal trauma in the emergency room of Dr. M.M Dunda hospital. The research design was a quantitative correlational with cross-sectional approach. The researcher analyzed the data by Chi-Square test with significance level <0.05. The results indicated that there is a relationship between knowledge and the role of nurses in the handling of musculoskeletal trauma with P value of 0.02 <α 0.05. It is suggested that nurses are able to improve their competence in handling musculoskeletal trauma.

Background: Visit posyandu toddlers at 18 existing health centers in 7 working area Kwandang medical center in 2013 average - average only reached 58.0% of the specified target is 65%. This is caused because the average - average level of knowledge, information and attitudes about the toddler's mother posyandu utilization is still low. Objective: Aiming to know how is the knowledge and attitude information in the toddler's mother posyandu utilization. Method: This study is a descriptive survey research approach. Population of 101 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The instrument used was a questionnaire and data analysis techniques using univariate analysis. Results: note that the respondents have knowledge in the utilization category posyandu not know that 59 respondents (58.4%) and category know that 42 respondents (41.6%). Most of the respondents amounted to 61 respondents (60.4%) no information about the health posts and 40 respondents (39.6%) no information. Attitudes of mothers in the neighborhood health center utilization in the category is not well 65 respondents (64.4%) while the rest either category accounted for 36 respondents (35.6%). Conclusion: based on the results obtained that the toddler's mother knowledge in the use of labor in the region posyandu Kwandang medical center health clinic in 2014 are included in the category of mothers do not know that 59 infants (58.4%). Toddler's mother in the utilization of information included in the category posyandu no toddler's mother is 61 (60.4%). The attitude of mothers of infants in a neighborhood health center utilization category not included in either the 65 mothers infants (64.4%).

Factors Associated With Early Implementation of Post Operation Mobilization Apendiktomi In Non Surgical Blud Dr.MMDunda Limboto Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix disease caused by the appendix lumen of the appendix. One is with Apendiktomy Management. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the implementation of early mobilization postoperative surgical apendiktomi in room BLUD Dr.MMDunda Limboto. The study design used is descriptive cross sectional correlation. Populations all postoperative patients apendiktomi in room Surgery BLUD Dr.MMDunda Limboto were 21 people and sampling techniques with a total sampling technique to sample 21 people. Analysis carried out in stages (1) Univariate analysis using frequency distribution. (2) Bivariate analysis to examine the relationship between variables. Statistically test results show that there is a relationship between motivation, disease processes, social support, and knowledge with the implementation of early mobilization Postoperative Apendiktomi BLUD dr. Keselamatan pasien merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Perilaku dan kemampuan perawat memegang peranan penting dalam penerapan keselamatan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku perawat dengan kemampuan dalam melaksanakan keselamatan pasien di ruangan IGD RSUD Prof. Dr. Hi. Aloei Saboe. Metode penelitian mengunakan kuantitatif observasi analitic dengan rancangan cross Sectional. Sampel berjumlah 28 responden diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Data diperoleh dengan observasi dan analisis uji Chi Square (α=0.05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perilaku perawat baik 11 (68,8%) perilaku perawat kurang baik 9 (75%). Hasil penelitian dari uji analisis p=0,024 sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara perilaku perawat dengan kemampuan keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit.

Basic Life Support (BLS) or in Indonesian known as Basic Life Assistance is an effort made to maintain life when the patient or victim experiences a life-threatening condition. Objective: to determine the influence of Basic Life Support of skills education on Knowledge level and Skills of Nursing Students. Method: The design of this research was Quasi Experiment with the One Group pre-post Test Design. The sample in this research were 61 respondents with collecting by used purposive sampling technique. Results: Based on the statistical tests it has a significant value of 0,000 (p <0.05). Therefore Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a significant influence before and after given education used video. Conclusion: there is the effect of basic life support skills education used video on the knowledge level and skills of nursing students in Muhammadiyah university of Gorontalo.

This research is carried out in Puskesmas Tilamuta working area, district Boalemo. The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation of the level of knowledge and family support toward extended care of patient with stroke in Puskesmas Tilamuta. The type of the research is observational analysis with cross sectional study approach. The sample of the research is a family with member that has ha stroke in Puskesmas Tilamuta working area which consist of 32 people. Based on the univariat result, respondents with high level of knowledge 23 people (71,9 %), sample with more support is 19 respondents (59,4 %), and 24 respondents (75 %) that gives the care. Based on the bivariat analysis using chi square obtained the P with α 0,05 for knowledge p=0,01, support p=0,02. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there is a correlation of the level of of knowledge and family support toward extended care of patient with stroke in Puskesmas Tilamuta.

Preparedness is the activities that implemented to anticipate disaster through organization also through appropriate and efficient steps. The role of nurse is as the health service officers, manager of nursing services, and in educational institutions as educators, researchers, and nursing developers. The objective of research was to determine the relationship between preparedness with the role of nurses in pre-disaster management at Tibawa health centre. The method is Cross Sectional research with correlation research design. The samples are 21 respondents. The instrument used questionnaire and interviews. Technique of analysis data used chi square test. The result showed the nurse’s preparedness with ready category with less of nurse’s roles are 3 respondents and good roles are 8 respondents (38,1 %) while nurse’s preparedness with less ready of nurse’s roles are 9 respondents (28,6 %) and good roles are 4 respondents (19,0 %). Chi square result obtained fisher exact value was 0,001 or ρ value < α 0,05.

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at IGD RSUD Dr MM Dunda Limboto. The aim of this research was to know the relationship of knowledge and actions of nurses in the treatment of patients with CHD. This research method using cross sectional research design, with a total sample of 26 people. Measuring tool used is the observation sheet and questionnaire sheet. The research result shows the chi-square test p value = 0.028 which is smaller than α (0.05), then Ho is rejected Ha is received, so that shows that there has a relationship between knowledge and action of nursing in the treatment of patients with CHD in IGD RSUD. Dr. MM Dunda Limboto.
