Abstract

Senam sehat gembira merupakan aktivitas fisik yang gerakannya melibatkan otot-otot besar seperti otot tangan, otot kaki, dan semua anggota tubuh anak. Gerakan senam gembira ini terdiri dari gerakan kaki, tangan, kepala dan sebagainya. Kecerdasan psikomotorik meliputi aspek koordinasi, keseimbangan, keterampilan, dan kekuatan. Tujuan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh pengabdi adalah mengetahui gerak senam sehat gembira dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan psikomotorik anak usia dini. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di TKIT Al-Fadiyah Kab. Gowa dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan yang diawali dengan observasi dan dilanjutkan dengan praktek senam sehat gembira bersama anak-anak TKIT Al-Fadiyah Kab. Gowa Populasi dalam kegiatan ini merupakan pesererta didik TKIT Al-Fadiyah. Sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari populasi dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 82 anak. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pelatihan senam sehat gembira dengan persentase 51 anak (62%), 23 anak (28%), 8 anak (10%), dan 0 anak (0%)

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat aerobik dance sebagai salah satu pilihan gaya hidup aktif masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmaninya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan tinjauan pustaka dari beberapa penelitian sebelumnya dengan menggunakan kata kunci tunggal aerobik dance, gaya hidup aktif, kebugaran kardiovaskular, kelentukan, keseimbangan, kekuatan otot, ketepatan dan kebugaran jasmani, serta dengan menggabungkan dua atau lebih kata kunci. Literatur dikumpulkan melalui Google Scholar, Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science dan Crossref. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aerobik dance merupakan salah satu gaya hidup aktif yang banyak dijalani oleh masyarakat yang mempengaruhi kebugaran jasmani. Aerobik dance merupakan salah satu rekomendasi gaya hidup aktif yang dapat meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani.

Abstract

Aerobic exercise socialization is designed to improve adolescents' physical and mental fitness in the challenging digital era. This activity involved 76 adolescents in Makassar with a focus on educating the benefits of aerobic exercise, practicing basic movements, and promoting an active lifestyle. Pretest-posttest evaluations showed increased participants' understanding and skills related to the benefits of aerobic exercise. This program succeeded in forming independent and group exercise habits, supported by interactions through social media groups as a platform for sharing experiences. The results of the activity showed that aerobic exercise not only had an impact on improving cardiorespiratory fitness but also mental health, including reducing stress and improving mood. This activity underscores the importance of physical activity in supporting adolescent well-being holistically.

Abstract

The problem of this study was to determine the nutritional status of basketball athletes at the Rongqing Banjarmasin club. This study aims to examine the nutritional status of basketball athletes of the Rongqing Banjarmasin club. The research method used is descriptive survey method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Height and weight measurements were taken to determine the athlete's Body Mass Index (BMI). The population and sample of this study were all Rongqing Club players, as many as 20 people and using total sampling. The results showed that the majority of athletes, namely 75.0% (15 people), had normal nutritional status. A total of 15.0% (3 people) were classified as thin (mild weight loss), 10.0% (2 people) were classified as fat (mild weight gain), and there were no athletes who had a very fat nutritional status (severe weight gain). The maximum value of BMI obtained is 75.0, the minimum value is 10.0, with an average of 33.33 and a standard deviation of 29.52. The conclusion of this study shows that most athletes have a good nutritional status, which is important to support athletes' fitness, health, and performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, yang menggunakan teknik kuantitatif, dengan tujuan mengetahui sejauh mana siswa kelas X memiliki pemahaman terkait pembelajaran senam lantai terhadap materi roll belakang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket (kuisioner). Populasi siswa Kelas X di SMAS Batara Gowa, jumlah sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 79 menggunakan teknik total sampling dari populasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa kelas X di SMAS Batara Gowa memiliki kategori yang rendah terhadap pembelajaran senam lantai terkhusus pada materi roll belakang. hasil penelitian menunjukkan kategori sangat tinggi berjumlah 6 siswa (4,11%), pada kategori tinggi jumlah 17 siswa (17,09%) berada pada kategori sedang 21 siswa (14,20%) berada pada kategori rendah 30 siswa (61,01%) pada kategori sangat rendah 5 siswa (3,59%).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya korelasi kecepatan terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat Tapak Suci Ponpes Plus Tahfidz Khoiru Ummah Galesong. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan korelasional, serta desain (non-eksperimen). Sampel yang digunakan adalah (total sampling) dimana teknik penetapan sampel menggunakan seluruh anggota populasi siswa ekskul pencak silat Tapak Suci berjumlah 25 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian antara kecepatan dengan kecepatan tendangan sabit diperoleh r sebesar -0,851 yang dibandingkan dengan r tabel dalam bentuk korelasi negatif yang derajat kebebasannya 25-3 = 22, dengan taraf signifikasi 5% diperoleh -0,346. Dengan demikian r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel (-0,851 > -0,287). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan adanya korelasi antara kecepatan terhadap kecepatan tendangan sabit dengan nilai signifikan.

Abstract

This research is a class action research (action research). This study aims to determine the increase in upper passing skills in volleyball game Target Tire Media in Students X IPA 2 SMA Negeri 4 Gowa. The subjects in this study were class X IPA 2 with a total of 37 students who would be given action in the form of target tire media on learning outcomes of upper passing in volleyball games. This study uses a class action research method, which consists of two cycles. Before the action was taken in cycle I the researcher gave an initial test to find out where the difficulties were in passing volleyball lessons, then learning is carried out using target tire media and ends with giving cycle I tests and cycle II tests with research instruments observation sheet tests of learning outcomes passing on volleyball using portfolio sheets. After the data was collected and analyzed, the results of the analysis were obtained: (1) From the data from the results of the Cycle I learning test, 20 people (54.05%) had reached the level of learning completeness, while 17 people (45.96%) had not reached the level of completeness. Study. With an average score of student learning outcomes is 64.4. (2) From the Cycle II learning achievement test, 30 people (81.08%) had reached the learning completeness level, while 7 people (18.91%) had not reached the learning mastery level, with an average score of 78 student learning outcomes. ,1. In this case it can be seen that there was an increase in the average value of student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II, namely an increase in classical completeness by 25%. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be said that through the media target tires can improve learning outcomes of upper passing in volleyball games in Students X IPA 2 SMA Negeri 4 Gowa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine BKMF Sparta FIKK UNM athletes' volleyball serviceability. This type of research is known as descriptive research. The research sample comprised 20 athletes, selected through a sampling technique from the entire population of athletes participating in the BKMF Sparta FIKK UNM, for 20 participants. This study utilizes a volleyball serviceability test. We used descriptive statistics for data analysis, ensuring a 95% truth level. The research results from the UsinprogrammeS version 25.00 program revealed that out of 20 athletes, or 100%, BKMF Sparta FIKK UNM athletes had the best serving ability in volleyball; 1 athlete, or 5.0%, falls into the excellent category, and 3 athletes, or 15.0%, belong to the good group. The moderate category included 10 athletes (50.0%), the poor category included 5 athletes (25.0%), and the very poor category included 1 athlete (5.0%). Therefore, it can be said that the best serving ability of BKMF Sparta FIKK UNM athletes in volleyball is in the medium group if you look at the final statistical percentage.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a video-based aerobic dance program in improving students' cardiorespiratory endurance and concentration. The background of this study is based on the need to develop a flexible and adaptive physical exercise model in the digital era, especially to overcome sedentary lifestyles and cognitive decline among students. The research design used was a quasi-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The sample consisted of 20 students participating in the video-based aerobic dance program for six weeks, three times a week. The instruments used included the Beep Test to measure VO₂ max capacity and the Grid Concentration test to measure concentration. The results of the analysis showed a significant increase in both variables, with a significant value in the paired sample t-test of 0.00 (p < 0.05). This study concludes that video-based aerobic dance is effective in improving cardiorespiratory endurance and concentration of students and can be used as an alternative, innovative, and adaptive exercise in higher education environments.

Abstract

Low physical activity among higher students impacts those with less than optimal cardiorespiratory capacity. One important indicator of physical fitness is VO₂ max. This study aims to evaluate the impact of aerobic exercise on higher students. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test approach without a control group. The subjects of the study were 96 students from the Faculty of Sport Science and the Faculty of Public Health, Makassar State University, aged 19–22 years, who participated in an aerobic exercise program for eight weeks with a frequency of four times a week and a duration of 60 minutes per session. VO₂ max measurements were carried out using the Modified Cooper Test. The findings of the analysis revealed that the average VO₂ max increased from 32.1 ml/kg/minute to 38.7 ml/kg/minute (p < 0.001), representing a 20.5% increase. This study proves that aerobic exercise is an effective and applicable form of intervention to improve the cardiorespiratory fitness of higher students. Aerobic exercise programs should be incorporated into the campus health agenda to promote a sustainable, active, and healthy lifestyle.
