Abstract

This study attempts to elaborate and to explore the educational background of caregivers in the Social Orphanage Children (PSAA) which belongs to the social Islamic organizations (CSOs) in the Province of Jakarta. The study which was conducted in Jakarta applied a survey method. There are 35 (thirty five) respondents from nine (9) PSAA who participated in this research. The study found that caregivers do not fully follow the principle of professionalism in the work. It can be identified by the education of the caregiver that the majority of caregivers only graduated from senior high school which is amounted to 71.43%. The low level of caregiverseducation resulted to their understanding on child protection which is very limited. Caregivers do not have a good knowledge and understanding of the norms, regulations, policies and programs on child protection. The low level education of caregivers should be supported by the human resources development programs. In fact, only 28.57% of caregivers had received training related to child care and only 2.86% of caregivers who have an educational background in social work or social welfare. Lack of knowledge and understanding of the caregiver to the child protection aspects potentially cause the child to be in one cycle of misguided, thus inhibiting the development of the child.

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik di bidang kesehatan, Pemerintah Daerah Propinsi DKI Jakarta meluncurkan inovasi layanan Call Center SPGDT 119. Penulisan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa inovasi dan kualitas layanan Call Center SPGDT 119. Penelitian ini  menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dengan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Call Center SPGDT 119 adalah inovasi proses pemberian layanan kegawatdaruratan kepada masyarakat karena memberikan cara baru dalam pelayanannya. Terdapat tiga penyakit yang banyak dialami masyarakat Indonesia, yaitu penyakit   cerebrovascular,  kecelakaan  lalu  lintas  dan  penyakit jantung  iskemik. Kebijakan pelayanan ini merupakan inovasi proses pemberian layanan kegawatdaruratan kepada masyarakat dengan cara baru dalam pelayanan yang berkualitas baik. Temuan baru dalam layanan ini adalah perlunya menjadikan Call Center SPGDT 119 sebagai sistem gawat darurat secara nasional dengan bekerja sama dengan Pihak Kepolisian dan Pemadam Kebakaran, dan menjaga kualitas layanan melalui evaluasi kinerja setiap satu bulan sekali.

Abstract

Abstrak Work from home adalah suatu istilah bekerja dari jarak jauh, lebih tepatnya bekerja dari rumah. Jadi pekerja tidak perlu datang ke kantor tatap muka dengan para pekerja lainnya. Work from home ini sudah tidak asing bagi para pekerja freelancer, namun mereka lebih sering menyebutnya dengan kerja remote atau remote working. Work from home dan remote working sebenarnya tidak ada maknanya,  hanya beda istilah saja. Perbedaan lainnya adalah peraturan perusahaan di tempat mereka bekerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh implementasi kebijakan Work From Home terhadap kinerja para pegawai selama masa pandemi di Badan Pengelolaan keuangan Dan Aset Daerah Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori Edward III mengenai Implementasi Kebijakan (X) dengan empat indikator yaitu Komunikasi, Suberdaya, Disposisi, Struktur Birokrasi. Disamping itu digunakan juga teori Mangkunegara mengenai Kinerja dengan empat indikator yaitu Kualitas, Kuantitas, Pelaksanaan Tugas, Tanggung Jawab dengan menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan Kuesioner, Dokumentasi, Observasi atau pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh implementasi kebijakan Work From Home terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Hal ini ditunjukkan pada hasil regresi linear sederhana yang memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 17,035 yang lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1.984 dan kemudian nilai koefisien determinasi dapat dilihat bahwa R Square sebesar 75%. Abstract Work from home is a term for working remotely, more precisely working from home. So workers do not need to come to the office face to face with other workers. Work from home is already familiar to freelancers, but they often call it remote work or remote working. Work from home and remote working makes no difference, only the terms, the only difference is the rules of the company they work for. The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence the implementation of the Work From Home Policy had on the performance of employees during the pandemic period at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of South Tangerang City in 2020. This study used Edward III's theory of Policy Implementation (X) with 4 indicators, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition, Bureaucratic Structure, and using Mangkunegara's theory of Performance with 4 indicators namely Quality, Quantity, Implementation of Duties, Responsibilities using the Quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, observations. The results of this study explain that the effect of implementing the work from home policy on employee performance has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown in the results of simple linear regression which has a tcount of 17.035 which is greater than ttable of 1,984 and then the value of the coefficient of determination can be seen that R Square is 75%.

Abstract

The Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is part of the local government in a decentralized system. The responsibilities of the DPRD include three main things: development supervision, budgeting, and legislation. All three functions are carried out within the framework of community representation. The implementation of these three functions is supported by the DPRD secretariat device, whose duties/functions and authorities have been regulated in Government Regulation Number 18/2016 concerning Regional Devices. The duties and responsibility of the DPRD secretariat are to provide services to members of the DPRD. This study aims to analyze the quality of services from a new public service (NPS) perspective. For this reason, the study develops ten new public service indicators. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive/judgment sampling. Purposive/judgment sampling is a technique based on the researcher's consideration of several suitable characteristics relating to the sample members needed to answer the research objectives. All indicators are tested using Importance Performance Analysis, one of the statistical techniques to test the degree of importance of an aspect. To answer the formulation of the problem, this study provided a questionnaire (Likert scale) to fifty DPRD members. As a result, out of the ten NPS indicators, the courtesy indicator is included as the top priority that the DPRD secretariat of the Tangerang Selatan Municipality must complete. In addition, tangible indicators, competence, communication, and customer understanding are included in the low priority. Further elaboration of these results is presented in this paper

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze health service innovations at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in the readiness of the apparatus to serve patients affected by the covid 19 virus. Call center 119 health services are medical emergency services that provide ambulance facilities and the need for a referral hospital for inpatients affected by COVID-19. This study uses the New Public Management (NPM) theory developed by Osborne and Gaebler (1992), which is an improvement from the Old Public Administration marked by the emergence of the concept of managerialism and the need for a new model in public service administration. The benefits of the research are expected to provide constructive input to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, which has made breakthroughs in health services. So that health services are of higher quality by applying the principles of excellent and fast service. The 119 call center service places trained and profesional operators, nurses, and doctors. The research methodology uses qualitative-descriptive, interactive models, creating interactive, deductive situations to obtain accurate data. Primary data sources were taken directly in the field based on interviews with the head of the human resource education center at the Indonesian Ministry of Health, the head of the Covid-19 task force at the athlete’s house, operators, nurses, doctors assigned by the DKI Jakarta Regional Government Health Office. The results show that the call center 119 public health service is a breakthrough in public health services, integrated emergency services, and the speed of medical service actions that can increase the degree and acceptability of health for the community. This public health service is integrated between inpatient home athletes and inpatient hospitals for COVID-19 patients by involving operator officers, nurses, trained and profesional doctors with the assistance of the Indonesian National Army (TNI) and the Indonesian National Police.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the implementation of policies to protect children and women victims of violence during the Covid-19 pandemic in South Tangerang City. This research theory uses the theory of Policy Implementation in the Van Matter Van Horn concept with 6 (six) indicators including Policy Standard and Objectives, Resources, Inter-Organizational Communication, Characteristics of Implementers, Implementor Disposition, Social Environment, Economics and Politics. The research design used qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Methods of data collection by interview, observation and documentation. The results of the research found that the implementation of policies to protect children and women victims of violence has not yet been fully implemented. This is because there are still some findings of problems in policy implementation which include: lack of quantity of human resources, fragmentation originating from pressure from interest groups or from the legislative committee, lack of budget for policy implementation, lack of optimal support from DPRD and even the mayor in implementing child protection and women victims of violence, low commitment of policy implementers. Based on these conclusion points, this study recommends several things which include: increasing the number of staff implementing assistance in the UPTD P2TP2A South Tangerang city by 30-50 people, placing the protection of children and women victims of violence as a policy priority, re-activating social media and websites in order to facilitate socialization to the community as a whole, speed up the mentoring time to 7 days to 1 month, from 6 months to 2 years.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, western culture has established itself in Indonesia. It has become a common occurrence and has had a profound impact on the lives of the Indonesian people, particularly the millennial generation, which should be the nation's next generation. Internet-based inculcation of the Pancasila ideology's values is vitally important in the digital age. All Indonesians, even the millennial age, may comprehend and implement the Pancasila ideals in the life of society, nation, and state if they are taught the necessary formulas and procedures. This study employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. The results demonstrate that Pancasila, as a philosophy, may be stated in a variety of basic living forms. As an open worldview, Pancasila cannot be divorced from the impact of contemporary societal values. The growth of fake news, such as social politics and racial hatred, is currently putting Pancasila to the test. As a result, as members of the millennial generation born during the digital era, they must be proficient with technology and social media. In addition, social media platforms offer opportunity for millennials to adopt Pancasila values. By sticking to the significance of Pancasila, the state's position is secured and national integration is maintained

Abstract

The study aims to how the implementations of low No. 24 of 2007 on disaster management in the pro- vince on D.I Yogyakarta. With a view of the side of the policy instrument and its implementation any discreation when viewed from the application of technical standard in use which generally include, institutional, human resources equipment stan- dard and operationing procedure standart (SOP). The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative method, as informant is staff on Natio- nal Board for Disaster Management and Local staf of District Board for Disaster Management Province of D.I Yogyakarta. Instrument used in assessing the two indicators above is by interview, literature stu- dy and observation. The result of studies have found that both indi- cators in policy instrument showed positive result, so that the implementation of the law number 24 of 2007 on disasters management in the province of D.I Yogyakarta will be going.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the evaluation of the Sustainable Food Garden (P2L) program during the Covid-19 pandemic in Garut Regency, implemented by the Food Security Agency (DKP) using the CIPP Evaluation Model. The Food Security Agency (BKP), the Ministry of Agriculture through the Food Security Service from 2010 to 2019 has implemented Sustainable Food House Area Activities (KRPL) through optimizing the use of yard land. Since 2020, it has been transformed into a Sustainable Food Garden (P2L). This study uses a qualitative method. The research is descriptive (descriptive research), that is, describes the actual situation in accordance with the object of research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques in five farmer groups/women farmer groups in Garut Regency and in-depth interviews with ten informants who were directly involved with the Sustainable Food Garden (P2L) program. The results showed that the Sustainable Food Garden Program (P2L) in Garut Regency had been running well and effectively starting from the submission, distribution of the assistance to farmer groups/KWT as well as assistance carried out by the local office and extension workers in the fields. Although in implementation there are still some obstacles faced in the field. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the P2L program was an alternative solution to fulfill family food security. The impact is felt by the farmer groups/KWT and the surrounding community. Through the P2L program.

Abstract

Peningkatan kasus terkonfirmasi COVID-19 yaitu terjadi pada usia anak-anak. Per tanggal 29 Juni 2021 pukul 18.00 WIB tercatat hampir 260 ribu dari sekitar 2 juta kasus terkonfirmasi positif merupakan anak usia 0-18 tahun dan 108 ribu kasus berada pada rentang usia 12-17 tahun. Dari sejumlah tersebut, tercatat lebih dari 600 anak usia 0-18 tahun meninggal dan 197 anak di antaranya berumur 12-17 tahun dengan case fatality rate pada kelompok usia tersebut adalah 0,18 persen. Atas pertimbangan data itu, serta adanya rekomendasi dari Komite Penasihat Ahli Imunisasi Nasional atau ITAGI dan persetujuan penggunaan Vaksin COVID-19 produksi PT. Biofarma (Sinovac) untuk kelompok usia 12 tahun ke atas dari BPOM tertanggal 27 Juni 2021, maka vaksinasi dapat diberikan bagi anak usia 12-17 tahun. Dengan terus banyaknya kasus covid-19 dikalangan remaja maka kami melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi di lingkungan remaja yaitu SMP Labschool FIP UMJ, dengan memberikan edukasi tentang Covid-19 maupun pentingnya vaksin untuk mereka, sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan memaparkan materi tentang covid-19 dan vaksinasi, dan juga memberikan kesempatan tanya jawab kepada para siswa-siswi. an increase in confirmed cases of COVID-19 occurs at the age of children. As of June 29, 2021, at 18.00 WIB, almost 260 thousand of the approximately 2 million confirmed positive cases were children aged 0-18 years and 108 thousand cases were in the age range of 12-17 years. Of these, more than 600 children aged 0-18 years died and 197 children aged 12-17 years with a case fatality rate in this age group of 0.18 percent. Based on this data, as well as recommendations from the National Immunization Expert Advisory Committee or ITAGI and approval for the use of the COVID-19 vaccine produced by PT. Biofarma (Sinovac) for the age group 12 years and over from BPOM dated 27 June 2021, vaccination can be given to children aged 12-17 years. With the continuing number of Covid-19 cases among teenagers, we carried out socialization activities in the youth environment, namely SMP Labschool FIP UMJ, by providing education about Covid-19 and the importance of vaccines for them, this socialization was carried out by presenting material about Covid-19 and vaccinations, and It also provides an opportunity to ask questions to students
