Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan faktor apa saja yang menghambat dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode penelitian kualitatif, adapun teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara. Selanjutnya analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dalam pelaksanaan implementasi kurikulum 2013 meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan penilaian pembelajaran. Dalam proses pembelalajaran guru masih mengalami kesulitan untuk menjelaskan materi sesuai kurikulum 2013. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kurangnya pelatihan guru, sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai dan terbatasnya buku pegangan bagi guru maupun siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh belajar dari rumah terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Soko Tuban; 2) pengaruh penggunaan media LKS berbasis online terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Soko Tuban. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Soko Tuban terdiri dari lima kelas berjumlah 151 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel. Teknik untuk menentukan sampel dengan random sampling menggunakan formula Slovin yang hasilnya diperoleh sebanyak 60 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan nilai hasil belajar ekonomi. Sedangkan untuk mengolah data digunakan statistik inferensial dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan belajar dari rumah terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Soko Tuban dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 33,95%; 2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan media LKS berbasis online terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Soko Tuban dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 56,86%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of affirmation of the Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) values, called by “idaman jelita” character both directly and indirectly on self-efficacy, academic cheating and student economic literacy. This is explanatory research with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Warppls approach. The population and sample in this study are 254 students of UNESA, Department of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires.The results show that academic cheating committed by students has no effect on their economic literacy, and vice versa, when students do not commit fraud in academic activities, it does not have a significant effect on economic literacy. This study was conducted on college students who have different characteristics with lower education levels. For the future research conduct re-examining using high school students as participants to confirm the findings to be generalized.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of students' perceptions about the affirmation of the “idaman jelita” character towards economic literacy, also to exemine the heneral education theory. The population was students majoring in economics education in semester 3, consist of 254 students of 4 study program in the Departement of Economics Education. The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling, with a total of 176. Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are there is a significant and positive effect on the affirmation of the “idaman jelita” character on economic literacy among students of the Department of Economic Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. This indicates that the better the affirmation of the “idaman jelita” character, the better the economic literacy of students. Finally we suggests to the next researcher to confirm the results of this study with qualitative methods to dig deeper and detailed information related to the variables studied.

Abstract

The level of student participation in the field of entrepreneurship is very low, namely 1.2 percent, student participation in entrepreneurship should not be below 2 percent. Therefore it is very important in increasing entrepreneurial intentions in students. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurial intentions of UNESA students in the 2019 class of economic education study program with creativity as a mediator variable. This type of research is explanatory research. The sample that will be used is 48 students while the sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. For data analysis techniques using path analysis and sobel test. In the results of the statistical test above, it can be seen that the Z value is 2.99 1.96 where it can be concluded that the results of the data analysis are creativity is able to mediate the relationship between Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intentions of UNESA Students in Economic Education Study Program, Class of 2019 or there is an indirect influence between Self-Efficacy and Entrepreneurial Intention because of the creativity variable

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variable masa kerja dan beban mengajar terhadap kinerja professional dosen di program studi pendidikan ekonomi FKIP UIR. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 27 dosen tetap dan dosen luar biasa. metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable masa kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja professional dosen, sedangkan untuk variable beban mengajar berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kinerja professional dosen Kata kunci: masa kerja, beban mengajar, kinerja professional

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of developing interactive media for economic subjects with the Android platform. This study followed the development research using the 4D model consisting of four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The trial subjects used class X SMA Lab school Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The instruments were validated by undergoing sheets and questionnaires. The collected data were further analyzed with descriptive analysis by validating material experts, media experts, practitioners, and students’ responses. The findings indicate that the review and validation by a presentation expert showed a validation score of 85.19%. The number of students who have test scores above 78 is 26 out of 30 students. Therefore, the classical completeness obtained is 86.67%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Android-based interactive media for economics class X is feasible, practical, and effective in improving student learning outcomes. Keywords: Android platform, Economics subject, Interactive media, Senior high schools

Abstract

A beginning teacher is someone who has just started his/her career as a teacher or someone who has just graduated from college and is working as a teacher. This transition from student to worker (as a teacher) is a critical period since it is often associated with stress (Dicke et al., 2015; Smith and Ingersoll 2004). This study examines the relationship between stress exposure (seen from stress exposure in class and outside class) and the psychological well-being of beginning teachers (seen from work enthusiasm and emotional exhaustion). This study is conducted on 325 beginning teachers of senior high schools in Malang as samples collected using a random sampling technique. The data are analyzed by using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that stress exposure in class and outside class has negative effect on work enthusiasm but, on the other hand, had positive effect on emotional exhaustion. This shows that stress exposure has significant effects on beginning teachers’ psychological well-being.

Abstract

One dominant determinant of teacher psychological well-being is the problem of student discipline. This study seeks to describe how the process of student disciplin (seen of student misbehavior) may affect teacher psychological well-being (seen of enthusiasm and emotional exhaustion) by including a mediator variable, namely teacher-student relation. This study was conducted on 159 economics teachers of senior high schools in Malang (Malang City and Malang Regency) using a total population sampling. We used structural equation modeling (SEM) for data analysis, followed by a sobel test the mediating role of variable in teacher-student relationship. The results showed that student misbehavior had a negative effect on work enthusiasm but a positive effect on students' emotional exhaustion. This study also found that teacher-student relation mediate the relationship between student misbehavior and teacher psychological well-being. The results of this study explain the process of student misbehavior in establishing teacher-student relations which ultimately influences teacher work enthusiasm and emotional well-being.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Riset ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sosial ekonomi orang tua Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Surabaya dan apakah ada pengaruh sosial ekonomi orang tua pada indeks prestasi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di departemen pendidikan ekonomi tepatnya untuk siswa dari S1 kelas 1 dan kelas B. Program Studi Pendidikan Ekonomi. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Maret hingga April 2020. Dengan menerapkan acak sederhana pada teknik probability sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan daftar pertanyaan sebagai media penelitian untuk menjelaskan status sosial ekonomi keluarga dan untuk mendapatkan indeks prestasi siswa dengan mendokumentasikan. Dengan total 82 siswa diambil sampel dari 68 siswa yang terlibat. Menerapkan metode regresi Linear sederhana yang diterapkan dalam pemrosesan data. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji-t <t tabel maka untuk variabel X (status sosial ekonomi orang tua) <t tabel. Dan uji F dihitung <nilai F tabel. Data menunjukkan Rsquare 2,2%, ini berarti pengaruh kondisi status sosial ekonomi terhadap indeks prestasi siswa sangat rendah dan 97,8% yang mempengaruhi indeks prestasi siswa dapat dijelaskan dengan variabel di luar penelitian ini. dapat disimpulkan bahwa temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel status sosial ekonomi orang tua tidak mempengaruhi indeks prestasi belajar siswa
