Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economic sector is quite heavy. Based on data from the Ministry of Manpower as of April 7, 2020, it was recorded that 39,977 companies in the formal sector chose to lay off and lay off their workers. A total of 1,010,579 workers were affected. This condition results in a decline in people's purchasing power. In fact, one of the prevention efforts so that it is not easily infected with Covid-19 is to maintain the body's immune system through healthy food and lifestyle. In an effort to suppress the spread of Covid-19, the PKM Team provided Covid-19 prevention education through mini booklets and provided assistance in the form of commodities to increase body immunity for the Unesa academic community in the East Java region, especially Surabaya. The Unesa academic community who received Covid-19 prevention education through mini booklets and provided assistance in the form of immune-boosting commodities as many as 20 people consisting of students and educational staff.

Abstract

Rendahnya tingkat publikasi ilmiah guru merupakan dampak dari rendahnya penelitian yang dilakukan. Hal ini perlu mendapat perhatian serius oleh berbagai kalangan civitas akademika. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun rancangan (proposal) penelitian tindakan kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan pada 29 guru akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Magetan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini 1) penyampaian materi teoritis dan praktis tentang hakikat, anatomi dan metodologi PTK; 2) praktik penyusuan proposal PTK secara mandiri; 3) review proposal, konsultasi dan pendampingan secara daring. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan ini secara umum berhasil dengan baik, yang terlihat dari antusiasme guru selama proses pelatihan berlangsung, feedback dari kuesioner yang menunjukkan mayoritas peserta merasa puas, peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang PTK yang dilihat dari peningkatan nilai posttest, dan output proposal peserta yang menunjukkan rata-rata 80% peserta mampu menyusun proposal PTK dengan baik.Kata Kunci : Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), Proposal, Pelatihan, Guru

Abstract

This research aims to look into theories about teacher competency, educational background, and training, where the hypothesis claims that educational background and training involvement has a positive link with teacher competence. This is an explanatory study that seeks to explain the relationship between characteristics such as educational background, participation in training, and teacher competency. With 35 samples, this study was conducted on economic teachers at Malang Senior High School. Regression was employed in the data analysis. According to the findings of this study, there is no strong indication that teachers' educational background and training influenced their ability. This study was unable to demonstrate a beneficial relationship between educational background, training involvement, and teacher competency.

Abstract

Limited learning hours during Covid-19 cause students to not be optimal in receiving learning materials at school, so effective teaching materials are needed. The purpose of this research is to develop teaching materials for E-module applications, determine the feasibility of E-modules, the practicality of E-modules and determine the effectiveness of E-modules. This study uses the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The limited experiment was carried out in class X IPS 4 at SMAN 1 Kutorejo. The data collection technique uses a validation questionnaire to determine the feasibility of teaching materials and a questionnaire on the practicality of teaching materials and uses student learning outcomes to determine the effectiveness of E-modules to improve student learning outcomes. Based on the analysis and the results obtained, the average value of total validity is 3,7, the category is very valid. The practicality of teaching materials obtained a total average score of 98.8% in the very practical category. The effectiveness of teaching materials to obtain classical completeness result of 84.8% of the total students who get a score of 75 (KKM), then the teaching materials developed can be said to be effective in improving student learning outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) merupakan salah satu cara bagi guru untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, guru-guru di SMK Kabupaten Bangkalan masih jarang yang melakukan PTK. Hal ini disebabkan karena rendahnya ketertarikan dan pemahaman terhadap PTK. Tujuan dari kegiatan pendampingan ini untuk memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya PTK bagi seoran guru dan prosedur pelaksanaan PTK. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pada guru-guru SMK di Kabupaten Bangkalan dalam menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Secara umum kegiatan pendampingan ini mendapat respon positif dari peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan dan kemampuan mayoritas peserta (> 80%) dalam menyusun proposal PTK mengalami peningkatan. Implikasi dari kegiatan pendampingan ini diharapkan guru-guru SMK di Kabupaten Bangkalan dapat melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas secara mandiri untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Kata kunci— Pendampingan, Penelitian tindakan kelas, Guru Abstract Classroom action research (CAR) is the teachers’ effort to improve instructional quality. However, the research culture among the Vocational Schools teachers in Bangkalan is still rare. This situation is due to the low interest and understanding of CAR. This assistance aims to provide teachers understanding of and procedures of CAR. The assistance method is conducted through socialization, coaching, and mentoring in preparing the class action research proposal. In general, the assistance participants show positive responses. The results show that the knowledge and ability of most participants (> 80%) have increased in preparing the CAR proposal. Therefore, hopefully, the vocational school teachers in Bangkalan Regency can conduct classroom action research independently to improve classroom learning quality. Keywords— Assistance, Classroom action research, Teacher

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital khususnya pada kegiatan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kecemasan siswa sering terjadi pada saat kegiatan evaluasi berlangsung sehingga nilai hasil belajar tidak maksimal.  SMA Lab. School merupakan sekolah dengan fasilitas memadai dan salah satu sekolah yang masuk dalam Sekolah Penggerak. Metode yang digunakan yaitu antara lain identifikasi masalah mitra, pelaksanaan pelatihan, pelaksanaan pendampingan dan hasil produk pelatihan yang dapat diterapkan guru di sekolah melalui penggunaan evaluasi digital pada pembelajaran. Kegiatan dilaksanakan tanggal 13 – 20 Agustis 2022. Implikasinya adalah Dukungan sarana dan prasarana sekolah sebagai salah satu kekuatan hasil pengabdian ini nantinya dapat diterapkan di sekolah tersebut. Sekolah sebagai bagian dari Program sekolah Penggerak dapat mewujudkan tuntutan program, yaitu Digitalisasi sekolah dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the importance of emotional, spiritual intelligence, and Self Efficacy on the performance of school principals in Sekolah Penggerak that use the Merdeka curriculum. Based on initial observations, it was found that there was a lack of emotional and spiritual intelligence in the principal, which hindered the effectiveness of the process of implementing the self-development of a principal. This study used the literature review method. The instruments used were national and international journals, reference books, and unstructured interviews for analysis using thematic analysis. The results showed that the Sekolah Penggerak was an effort to improve the quality of schools through holistic learning outcomes starting with High-Quality Human Resources (principals and teachers). Improvements were made through 5 interventions to schools to increase the capacity of Human Resources. Self-efficacy as part of emotional and spiritual intelligence can form school principals as leaders, planners, supervisors to evaluators in schools who are confident and think ahead. This intelligence can make a school principal confident in planning work programs, strongly committed, able to carry out programs well, and collaborate with teachers and administrative staff to achieve the school's goal of producing students to become Pancasila student profiles.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is analyze of the differences in education between Indonesia, which has begun to develop an independent curriculum, and education in Japan. This study used the systematic literature review method. The population consists of 99 articles that discuss education in Indonesia and Japan, and were published between 2010 and 2022. From 99 articles, 29 articles were sampled. This study used documentation instruments in the form of articles published with criteria for selecting these 29 articles as samples, which were articles published in nationally accredited journals, indexed proceedings, and Scopus-indexed international journals and then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results obtained are that the  significant fundamental differences in education in Japan and Indonesia lie in international education, character education, ethics and discipline and fields of study. The implication of this research is that in the development of a new curriculum, elements of culture and values are still prioritized as the characteristics and profile characteristics of graduates.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of learning technology training, experience in its use, openness to change and literacy assessment of the use of online assessment in distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.The research method used is quantitative with the PLS-SEM statistical analysis tool. Surveys with question items that have been tested for reliability using Cronbach's Alpha with construct validation using a correlation test. The research respondents were 200 high school teachers in East Java in July 2021.The results of the study show that only the experience variable has a significant influence on the use of online assessment in the learning process. An important finding is that teachers' experience in technology-based learning is still low, even though this is the most important thing in the integration of technology in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh variable masa kerja dan beban mengajar terhadap kinerja professional dosen di program studi pendidikan ekonomi FKIP UIR. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 27 dosen tetap dan dosen luar biasa. metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variable masa kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja professional dosen, sedangkan untuk variable beban mengajar berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kinerja professional dosen Kata kunci: masa kerja, beban mengajar, kinerja professional
