Abstract

Study This aim For analyze influence culture organization and motivation Work to performance MSME actors in the Bekasi Hands Up Community (TDA). MSMEs have role important in Indonesia's economy , however Still face various challenge in increase performance they . Study This use approach quantitative with method survey towards 95 MSME actors who joined in Bekasi TDA Community . Data is collected through questionnaire and analyzed use method analysis regression multiple . Research result show that culture organization and motivation Work own influence positive and significant to performance MSME actors . Culture strong and adaptive organization in the TDA Bekasi community is proven capable increase performance its members . Temporary that 's motivation high work also contributes to the increase productivity and efficiency MSME actors . Study This give implications important for MSME development , in particular in context community business , as well highlighting importance build culture supporting and enhancing organizations motivation work of MSME actors.

Abstract

At the South Jakarta Public Accounting Firm, the interpersonal communication implemented focuses more on open dialogue. This approach encourages self-disclosure, which often results in better feedback and understanding between employees. This strategy is implemented as an effort to improve employee performance. This research aims to analyze the impact of interpersonal communication on employee performance at the South Jakarta Public Accounting Firm. Using quantitative descriptive methods, data was collected through questionnaires and literature studies. The research sample included 62 employees, selected using the saturated sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression techniques. Research findings show that there is a significant influence between interpersonal communication and employee performance at the South Jakarta Public Accounting Firm. Interpersonal communication is proven to have a strong impact on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide a valuable contribution to further research in the field of organizational communication and performance management

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of training on employee work productivity at PT. Atrust Mitra UsahaIndonesian Ice Tea Division Jabodetabek This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses the method saturated sampling which are used in total 74 employees at PT. Atrust Mitra Usaha Indonesian Ice Tea Division Jabodetabek, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between training and performance work productivity positive influence strong and has an influential contribution of 68,2% on work productivity variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine work stress on the work of PT. ISM Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta Division This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 38 employees of PT. ISM Division Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is no effect of work stress on the performance of PT employees. ISM Bogasari Flour Mils Jakarta Division, work stress variable has a low effect and has an influence contribution of 2.4% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment on employee productivity at PT. Sahih Arta Logistics. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used amounting to 35 employees at PT. Sahih Arta Logistics, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between the work environment on work productivity which has a very strong positive effect and has an influence contribution of 87.8% on work productivity variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis perumahan di Indonesia sangat ketat dan dinamis, dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor ekonomi, demografis, dan regulasi. Berikut ini adalah beberapa aspek penting dari persaingan tersebut:segmentasi pasar, lokasi, harga dan pembiayaan, desain dan fasilitas, branding dan pemasaran, regulasi pemerintah, dan diversifikasi produk. Persaingan ini terus berkembang seiring dengan perubahan preferensi konsumen, kondisi ekonomi, dan kebijakan pemerintah. Pengembang yang mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat dan menawarkan nilai terbaik bagi konsumen cenderung akan unggul dalam persaingan ini. Untuk itu penulis tertarik membuat penelitian dengan judul ” Pengaruh Diferensiasi Produk Dan Inovasi Produk Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Rumah Kavling Permata Adiwarna Kota Bekasi.”Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara diferensiasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial antara inovasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, pengaruh antara diferensiasi produk dan inovasi produk Secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian rumah Kavling Permata Adiwarna Kota Bekasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan 80 orang konsumen perumahan.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara diferensiasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara inovasi produk terhadapkeputusan pembelian, pengaruh antara diferensiasi produk dan inovasi produk secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian Rumah Kavling Permata Adiwarna Kota Bekasi

Abstract

Seminar Parenting: Edukasi Pola Asuh Anak di Era Digital merupakan bentuk nyata implementasi Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi melalui program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang diselenggarakan Universitas Pertiwi bekerja sama dengan BBC English Language Institute. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tantangan pengasuhan anak di era modern, khususnya di wilayah urban seperti Kelurahan Koja, Jakarta Utara, yang menghadapi pengaruh teknologi digital, perubahan nilai keluarga, serta dinamika komunikasi antar-generasi. Seminar ini dirancang dalam format interaktif dengan penyampaian materi dan diskusi tanya jawab, melibatkan 30 peserta yang terdiri dari orang tua dan masyarakat sekitar. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman peserta sebesar 45% melalui pre-test dan post-test, terutama dalam mengidentifikasi dampak teknologi digital terhadap perkembangan anak serta strategi praktis pengelolaan penggunaan gawai dan media sosial. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menghasilkan modul parenting digital yang terstruktur dan dapat direplikasi untuk komunitas lain, sekaligus memperkuat komitmen Universitas Pertiwi dan BBC English dalam program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) tahunan. Hasil seminar menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi akademisi dan praktisi dalam membekali masyarakat dengan literasi pengasuhan yang relevan, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan manfaat langsung bagi peserta, tetapi juga menjadi model intervensi sosial yang dapat dijadikan blueprint untuk program pengabdian masyarakat di masa mendatang.
