Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of E-Service Quality and Promotion on consumer loyalty, with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. In January 2024, a survey was conducted on 105 respondents based on TopBrand survey data. This survey was used to test the validity and reliability of the instrument and test the hypothesis to identify direct and indirect influences between the research variables. The results of the study indicate that E-Service Quality and Promotion have a direct influence on consumer satisfaction and loyalty. In addition, E-Service Quality and Promotion indirectly affect consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction. The practical implications of these findings emphasize that efforts to improve service quality and positive promotional strategies can be a strategic step in increasing consumer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to customer loyalty. The findings of this study provide strategic insights for companies, especially in the technology-based service sector, such as delivery services or e-commerce. Companies need to improve the quality of electronic services by ensuring a reliable, fast, secure, and easy-to-use platform and providing responsive customer service.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of technology acceptance (UTAUT) variables, Electronic Word of Mouth (EWOM), and trust on online airline ticket purchasing decisions in Indonesia. A purposive sampling technique was employed to collect data from 253 respondents through an online survey. The study utilized structural equation modeling to analyze the data. The findings reveal that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and EWOM significantly influence online purchase decisions, while social influence has no significant impact. Trust emerges as a critical mediator in the relationship between these variables and purchasing decisions. This study contributes to the understanding of online consumer behavior and provides valuable insights for airline companies and online travel agencies to enhance their strategies. By extending the UTAUT model with EWOM and trust, this research offers a deeper understanding of online airline ticket purchasing behavior in the Indonesian context.

Abstract

The long time required from the time the container is unloaded from the ship arrives with the import customs notification causing loading and unloading activities to be slow at the container terminal at the Jakarta International Container Terminal, Tanjung Priok Port. Another problem is that because goods take a long time to settle, increasing operational costs and the large amount of time needed to wait will be used by competitors as a means of competitivenes. The aim of this research is to determine the direct and indirect influence of service time and Dwelling Time on competitiveness which is mediated by service quality at container terminals. Structural Equation Model - Lisrel is used to determine service quality and competitiveness with simulation scenarios for improvements in loading and unloading quality. This research used a sample of 185 loading and unloading workers from Jakarta International Container Terminal, Tanjung Priok Port. The findings of this research directly and indirectly show that Dwelling Time and service time greatly influence competitiveness through service quality at the container terminal at the Jakarta International Container Terminal, Tanjung Priok Port. The key findings of this research, the existence of Dweling time causes the stockpiling of goods and handling of loading and unloading containers and the use of digitalization tools is required to minimize terminal operational costs and waiting times so that it will increase competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of digital marketing with corporate financial reporting, focusing on its impact on transparency, accountability, and the challenges associated with its implementation. The research adopts a qualitative approach through an extensive literature review, systematically examining scholarly articles, industry reports, and case studies from reputable sources. The analysis uses thematic coding to identify trends, challenges, and the implications of integrating digital marketing data into financial reporting. The findings reveal that digital marketing significantly enhances financial transparency and accountability by providing real-time data and facilitating dynamic stakeholder engagement. Platforms such as social media and corporate websites are pivotal in disseminating financial information and receiving real-time feedback, improving financial reports' accuracy. However, integrating digital marketing data poses challenges, including data security, regulatory compliance, and the need for new skills among financial professionals. Companies that effectively harness AI and big data analytics in their financial reporting demonstrate improved forecasting and decision-making capabilities. This integration offers transformative opportunities for businesses to enhance their financial reporting's accuracy and timeliness. Nevertheless, addressing the challenges of data integration and security, as well as bridging the skills gap, is crucial for realizing the full potential of digital marketing in financial reporting.

Abstract

High-quality information and services are expected to increase customer confidence in the online market. Customer trust is expected to increase customer buying interest, regardless of gender. This study aims to investigate the increase in consumer buying interest through trust as an intervening variable and gender as a moderation variable. The population in this study is online market customers. Meanwhile, the research sample amounted to 306 customers located in the Jakarta area. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Validity tests and reliability tests are carried out to find out that the indicators used meet the research requirements. Next, a research model test was carried out. The data analysis techniques used include path analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Test the model using SmartPLS 4 software. The study found that high-quality information and services significantly increased customer buying interest. The results of the direct hypothesis test and the hypothesis test were not directly accepted, except for the indirect hypothesis test regarding the indirect influence of confidence on buying interest moderated by gender variables. Further research is expected to develop similar research variables and indicators so that it can strengthen the results of this research.
