Abstract

Dari pengamatan yang telah dilakukan ditemui bahwa mahasiswa masih kesulitan berbicara Bahasa inggris sesuai dengan kebutuhan bagi peserta didik dan dalam konteks lingkungan kerja. English Specific Purpose sebagai promosi pariwisata di Blitar dimana Blitar memiliki banyak potensi pariwisata yang perlu disikapi dengan cermat dengan menyiapkan SDM yang mumpuni untuk pengelolaannya. Penelitian ini merupakan pengembangan Desain Research. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan produk mata kuliah English Specific Purpose. Adapun produk berupa bahan ajar English specific purpose for English Tourism yang diajarkan untuk semester 6 mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris tahun akademik 2021/2022. Sedangkan model Penelitian ini adalah Model Plomp, yang menggunakan tahapan berupa Preliminary Research, Development or Prototyping Phase dan Assesment Phase. Untuk melihat layak dan tidaknya produk peneliti menggunakna validator untuk memvalidasi produk. Validator diantaranya adalah validator instrument, materi dan media. Dari hasil validasi yang telah dilakukan ahli diperoleh rerata tingkat kevalidan sebesar 87,50%.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SDI Wildan Mukholadun bahwa ada siswa dalam pembelajaran literasi dalam mengembangkan paragraph sederhana masih merasa sulit, selain itu dalam mengembangkan literasi seperti halnya mengarang dalam pelajaran tematik nilai siswa juga masih belum maksimal. Rumusan masalah di penelitian ini adalah: Apakah pengembangan big book dengan model TPACK dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi menulis anak SD di SDI Wildan Mukholadun? Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu memberikan solusi bagaimana memecahkan masalah yang terjadi dengan cara mengembangkan big book dengan model TPACK anak SD di SDI Wildan Mukholadun Desa Kemloko Kecamatan Nglegok Kabupaten Blitar, yang sesuai dengan kondisi saat ini. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengadopsi model Borg and Gall dengan tahapan yang terdiri dari: (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan informasi, (2 perencanaan, (3) pengembangan formulir pendahuluan, (4) pengujian pendahuluan, (5) utama revisi produk, (6) uji coba lapangan utama, (7) revisi produk operasional, (8) uji lapangan operasional, (9) revisi produk akhir, (10) mendesiminasikan produk. Subjek uji lapangan pendahuluan adalah kelas 4, 5 dan 6 dengan menggunakan metode random sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik interview yang dilakukan setelah proses observasi pembelajaran kelas selama kurun waktu 3 bulan pembelajaran kelas. Melakukan wawancara untuk proses mengumpulkan data, validasi produk, observasi serta angket. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan produk pengembangan big book dengan model TPACK yang sudah teruji dan divalidasi oleh 3 ahli bidang yaitu: 1) Reditya Wempi Ansori, M.Pd ahli instrumen, 2) Abd. Charis Fauzan, M.Kom, ahli media, dan 3) Indah Yulianti, S.Pd, ahli materi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa pengembangan big book dengan model TPACK untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa SD diperoleh tingkat kevalidan sangat baik dengan score 97%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to ascertain the relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement in second semester students of the English Education Study Program at Nahdlatul Ulama University of Blitar.  The design of this research is correlational quantitative. Interviews, documentation, and questionnaires were used to gather the data. The results of the validity analysis showed that as many as 25 questions were declared valid without exception, while the degree of validity ranged from 0.404 to 0.771.  The reliability results show a coefficient of 0.915 and it is declared reliable.  Chi-Square test and an analogous Fisher Exact test are used in data analysis. Of the 31 respondents, there were 17 students with high motivation (54.8%) and 14 students (45.2%) with low motivation.  Students with cum laude GPA as many as 24 respondents (77.4%) and very satisfactory GPA as many as 7 students (22.6%).  The outcome of the statistical test has a p-value of 1,000 (p > 0.05). This indicates that there is no relationship between learning motivation and academic achievement among second semester English Education Study Program students at Nahdlatul Ulama University of Blitar.

Abstract

In reality the profile of the Pancasila youth is still not maximally achieved. Based on data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, in 2020 the number of children victims of violence in schools (bullying) increased to 76 students from 46 students in the previous year. One of the legendary novels that holds a lot of values is the novel entitled Burlian by Tere Liye. This novel contains educational aspects that are relevant to everyday life. This study is to identify the character values in independent learning curriculum of profile of Pancasila students that can be implemented to build students’ character in the novel “Burlian”. The research method is qualitative research with intertext approach. The role of the researcher is a compulsory because the researcher is the key instrument in this study. The "Pancasila Student Profile" consists of six elements: (1) Faith, Fear of God, and Noble Manners, (2) Global Diversity, (3) Mutual Assistance, (4) Independence, (5) Critical Reasoning, (6) Creativity. The six characteristics included the Pancasila Student Profile. The instrument was used to assess the character in the Burlian Novel.  The results revealed that the character values in the Burlian Novel matched Pancasila Student Profile.

Abstract

Diskusi zakat selalu menarik untuk dikaji secara akademik karena memadukan nilai taufiqi dan ijtihadi, terdapat nilai ubudiyah dan muamalah sekaligus dalam satu praktik ibadah. Surah At Taubah (9): 60 telah menunjuk secara jelas siapa saja para penerima manfaat zakat (disebut mustahiq zakat) sebagai dasar pendistribusian zakat diberikan kepada yang berhak secara tepat. Namun, kata yang menyebut delapan golongan (ashnaf) penerima zakat yang disebutkan dalam nash tidak semua selalu bisa diaplikasikan dalam kondisi kekinian secara aktual, sehingga membuka ruang diskusi akademik terutama untuk memaknai kembali kata yang menyebut para penerima manfaat zakat dengan tidak menyelisihi maqashidu asy-syariah. Penulis menawarkan pendekatan sosiologi dengan paradigma teori realitas sosial untuk memaknai kata per kata yang digunakan al-Qur’an untuk menyebut para mustahiq zakat, mulai dari fakir, miskin, amil, mualaf, riqab, gharim, fii sabilillah, dan ibn sabil. Hasil pencarian kata per kata yang paling mendekati yang disebut al-Qur’an mengenai mustahiq zakat dengan istilah kata tersebut dalam sosiologi menunjukkan bahwa identitas para penerima zakat lebih jelas diketahui indikatornya, lebih dinamis, lebih fleksibel, dan lebih sinkron sehingga lebih aktual dengan kehidupan realitas sosial

Abstract

Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) management institutions play a crucial role in promoting social welfare equality in Indonesia, thus requiring accountable and transparent reporting. PSAK 109, issued by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI), serves as the accounting standard for the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of ZIS funds in accordance with Sharia principles. This study examines the relevance of PSAK 109 as a strategic instrument for ZIS governance based on the five pillars of Good Corporate Governance (GCG). The research employs a literature review and content analysis of academic literature, regulations, and institutional reports. The results indicate that PSAK 109 supports GCG by enhancing transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and equitable distribution of funds. Structured implementation of PSAK 109 has been shown to strengthen muzakki trust, expand fund collection, and improve internal controls—for instance, a study of BAZNAS West Java reported a 72.1% contribution to good zakat governance. PSAK 109 is not only a technical guideline but also a strategy for establishing professional and sustainable ZIS governance. Future research is recommended to compare implementation across regions, develop GCG evaluation models based on maqashid sharia, and explore the integration of reporting technology.

Abstract

This community engagement activity aims to strengthen Islamic financial literacy among students of the Accounting and Financial Institutions Department (AKL) at SMKN 1 Bantul through the program “Smart Youth, Smart Finance, Smart Future.” The program was implemented using a descriptive qualitative approach within a community service framework, employing interactive lectures, discussions, and reflective activities. Data were collected through observation, field notes, and documentation to capture participants’ responses and understanding. The results indicate that the program successfully enhanced students’ awareness of smart financial management based on Islamic principles, including distinguishing between needs and wants, avoiding consumptive behavior, and understanding the ethical and social dimensions of finance. Students also gained a broader perspective on financial planning and the importance of managing wealth responsibly and sustainably. Overall, this program demonstrates that Islamic financial literacy education delivered through participatory community engagement can effectively support the development of financially literate, ethical, and future-oriented youth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing flashcard media for descriptive text learning and also to determine the results of developing flashcard media for teaching descriptive text in class VIII at MTs Syekh Subakir 2 Sumberasri, in accordance with the source of the problem that has been found, namely the ability to memorize English vocabulary which is still relatively low. This studyis a qualitative research, the technique used for data collection in this research is a simple saturation technique with a sample of 18 students, this research uses the ADDIE model development, this model was chosen because it is in accordance with the media development carried out by the researcher,The instruments used in this study were questionnaires from media experts, material experts and student response questionnaires. Based on the responses, the flashcard media development was quite effective, with expert validation showing a score of 90.0% from media experts and 83.5% from content experts. Meanwhile, the student response score was 66.8%. This indicates that flashcard learning media is suitable for use in learning.

Abstract

This study investigates how daily writing practice enhances EFL students’ recount text writing through classroom interaction. While previous research has demonstrated the benefits of regular writing practice, most studies have relied on quantitative measures and have paid limited attention to how writing development is mediated through classroom interaction in authentic learning contexts. Addressing this gap, the present study employs a qualitative design to explore both writing development and interactional processes in an Indonesian higher education setting. The study was conducted with 15 third-semester students enrolled in an Intermediate Writing course. Data were collected through classroom observations, students’ written texts, and semi-structured interviews, and were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of interaction and trajectories of writing development over time. The findings reveal that daily writing practice led to specific improvements in idea elaboration, chronological organization, and control of past tense forms in recount texts. More importantly, classroom interaction, particularly lecturer feedback, peer discussion, and guided questioning, functioned as a mediating mechanism that supported revision, genre awareness, and self-regulated writing. Students gradually shifted from fragmented and formulaic writing to more coherent and reflective recount texts. This study contributes to EFL writing pedagogy by providing qualitative evidence that writing development is not solely driven by practice frequency but also by the quality of interaction embedded within writing activities. It highlights the importance of integrating routine writing practice with interactive, genre-based instruction to foster sustained writing development in higher education contexts.

Abstract

The research carried out by the researcher aims to describe and understand the process of developing ebook teaching media as learning reading media, especially in English language learning in class VIII semester 2 and also to determine the results of ebook media development in class VIII PGRI Bakung Junior High School, in accordance with the source of the problem that has been found, the limitations of learning media that result in students being less enthusiastic in participating in learning. This research is a qualitative study, the data collection technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 12 students consisting of 5 boys and 7 girls, this study uses the ADDIE development model, this model was chosen because it is in accordance with the media development carried out by researchers. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires from media experts, material experts, and student response questionnaires. Based on the responses, the development of ebook media is quite effective, calculated from the validation of media experts showing a score of 85.0% from material experts and 97.5% from content experts. Meanwhile, the student response score was 89.5%. This shows that ebook learning media is suitable for use in learning
