Abstract

This article discusses the interpretation of Q.S. 2:233 in the context of exclusive breastfeeding and childcare through a maqāṣidī tafsir approach. The research integrates analysis of the Qur'anic text with modern psychological theory and public health policy to highlight the relevance of Islamic teachings to contemporary issues, such as reducing stunting and children's right to optimal growth and development. The results show that Q.S. 2:233 not only provides spiritual guidance but also reflects the principles of maqāṣidī sharia, particularly in safeguarding physical health (ḥifẓ al-badan) and offspring (ḥifẓ al-nasl). In addition, this study explores cultural and traditional challenges in child-rearing practices, particularly in balancing religious obligations with modern societal changes, such as career-oriented motherhood and shifting family dynamics. This interdisciplinary approach offers a more holistic understanding for policymakers and society in promoting the importance of breastfeeding and parenting based on Qur'anic values.

Abstract

Amidst the whirlwind of social change and the rapid pace of globalization, Islamic boarding schools in the archipelago preserve an intellectual heritage that has stood the test of time. One such legacy is found in the Tafsir Jalālain manuscript by Kyai Bakri Kajoran. The ta‘līq commentary on Surat Luqmān is more than a marginal note; it is a profound reflection on ethics and humanity, grounded in the realities of Javanese society. Each line of commentary fosters a dialogue between the sacred text and lived experience, linking the values of tawhid, gratitude, and filial piety with the moral challenges of the colonial era. Through a qualitative content analysis of seventy-three commentaries, this study explores how Kyai Bakri blends universal Islamic teachings with local wisdom. This makes the manuscript a space for the dialectic between tradition and the needs of the times, not merely an exegesis. Based on Abdurrahman Wahid’s theory of the indigenization of Islam, the study concludes that these ta‘līqs bridge the gap between the Qur'an's message and the social context of Javanese society, thereby strengthening the ethical and humanistic dimensions of pesantren education. This finding underscores the importance of preserving manuscripts by Nusantara scholars as a source of inspiration for developing inclusive, contextual, and transformative Islamic thought.

Abstract

This Study aim For developing learning media in the form of pop-up book narrative text and know How to level the feasibility of the media. Research is done on student class 10 SMK An-Nur Bululawang. The method of research used is Research and Development (R&D) which uses the ADDIE model. The stages include (1) Analysis needs, (2) Development product (3) Product design (4) Implementation product (4) Product evaluation. Determination feasibility is carried out with validation expert learning, validation media expert, and validation expert language. After That researcher does testing the product. Research And Development produce pop-up book media that is feasible to use based on a study from (1) Media expert validator get 90% rating (2) Expert validators learning get an evaluation by 90%. Expert validator Language gets evaluation by 85%. Assessment response students get a percentage evaluation of 88% which means the media can be received by the student. Reason choose study This is Because development previously different in place variable  And object study as well as No exists Validation expert language..

Abstract

AbstractExamining a manuscript will uncover numerous aspects of Islam. The Bahjat Al-ʻUlūm was discovered in Magelang City. This study aims to analyze the verses found in the manuscript of Bahjat Al-ʻUlūm by Abu Layts As-Samarkandi and elucidate the method and style of interpretation used. This study employed a descriptive analysis method with library study. The book Bahjat Al-ʻUlūm discusses the 'ilm al-kalam and includes nine Qur'anic verses. The analysis of these verses reveals that two verses illustrate the muqaddimah (preface); Allah’s trait Al-Razzaq is addressed in the third and fourth verses, belief in the angels is explored in the fifth verse, the names of prophets are mentioned in the sixth verse, the rewards for the believers and disbelievers are discussed in the seventh and eighth verses, and faith is elaborated in the ninth verse. The Quranic verses mentioned serve as a legal foundation. The author has determined that the verses were interpreted using the ijmali approach with a sufhi style.Keywords: Abu Layst As-Samarqandi, Bahjat Al-ʻUlūm, Manuscript, and Interpretation. AbstrakKajian pada sebuah manuskrip akan mengungkapkan berbagai aspek keislaman. Salah satu manuskrip yang ditemukan di Kota Magelang yakni manuskrip Bahjat Al-ʻUlūm. Tujuan penelitian untuk mempelajari ayat-ayat dalam manuskrip kitab Bahjat Al-ʻUlūm karya Abu layts assamarkandi, kemudian menjelaskan mengenai metode dan corak penafsirannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan studi kepustakaan. Kitab Bahjat Al-ʻUlūm menjelaskan tentang ilmu kalam dan terdapat sembilan ayat  Al-Qur’an. Temuan analisis ayat-ayat tersebut yaitu: dua ayat menjelaskan muqaddimah, Sifat Al-Razzaq dibahas pada ayat ketiga dan keempat, iman kepada malaikat dibahas pada ayat kelima, nama-nama nabi dibahas pada ayat keenam, respon orang mukmin dan kafir dibahas pada ayat ketujuh dan kedelapan, dan iman dijelaskan pada ayat kesembilan. Ayat-ayat  Alquran yang dikutip dimaksudkan sebagai landasan hukum. Setelah mempelajari ayat-ayat tersebut penulis mengetahui bahwa metode yang digunakan untuk menafsirkan ayat-ayat tersebut adalah metode ijmali dengan corak tafsir shufi. Kata Kunci: Abu Layst As-Samarqandi, Bahjat Al-ʻUlūm, Naskah, dan Tafsir.

Abstract

Data altimetri biasanya digunakan untuk penelitian di wilayah laut. Namun seiring berkembangnya teknologi, resolusi spasial satelit altimetri meningkat sehingga dapat digunakan untuk melakukan penelitian tentang perairan di wilayah darat. Pada penelitian ini bermaksud mengaplikasikan salah satu satelit altimetri yaitu CryoSat-2. Data yang digunakan adalah SAR Intermediate Level 2 untuk menentukan water level di Danau Towuti dengan cakupan waktu pengukuran tahun 2011 hingga 2018. Metode yang digunakan yaitu membandingkan data satelit altimetri dengan data in-situ. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa data satelit altimetri CryoSat-2 dapat digunakan untuk menentukan water level di Danau Towuti dengan menghilangkan data outliner.

Abstract

The concept of shāliḥ in the Qur’an is often narrowly interpreted as individual spiritual piety, while in fact it encompasses broader social and leadership dimensions. Such a partial understanding may lead to the neglect of social responsibility and moral leadership in Muslim society. This study aims to: (1) examine the linguistic meaning of the term shāliḥ in the Qur’an; (2) analyze how al-Qurṭubī interprets verses containing the term; and (3) explore its relevance in individual, social, and leadership contexts. This research uses a qualitative approach through library research and applies thematic interpretation (tafsīr mawḍū‘ī). The findings indicate that al-Qurṭubī views shāliḥ as an integrative concept that connects ritual devotion, social responsibility, and ethical leadership. The study implies that the understanding of piety should be expanded beyond ritual obedience toward contributing to social justice. This perspective is relevant to Islamic education, public preaching, and social policy to foster a more holistic vision of piety in contemporary Muslim societies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti bagaimana lama perendaman dalam ekstrak bawang putih memengaruhi kualitas internal telur. Kualitas intrinsik telur menjadi perhatian penting karena mempengaruhi nilai gizi dan fungsionalitasnya. Bawang putih (Allium sativum) diketahui memiliki senyawa aktif yang berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas telur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 7 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan untuk berbagai lama perendaman dalam ekstrak bawang putih. Analisis data kualitas intrinsik telur, yang meliputi persentase penyusutan bobot telur, HU telur, IPT, dan IKT, dilakukan dengan menggunakan ANOVA satu arah dan uji lanjut Duncan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perendaman telur dalam ekstrak bawang putih selama 25 menit secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas internal telur. Peningkatan ini diduga terkait dengan aktivitas senyawa aktif dalam bawang putih yang memengaruhi komposisi telur. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa ekstrak bawang putih berpotensi menjadi larutan perendam alami untuk meningkatkan kualitas telur dengan perendaman selama 25 menit dan penyimpanan pada suhu ruang selama 12 hari. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan produk telur yang lebih berkualitas dan bernilai gizi tinggi.   Kata kunci: Bawang putih, Ekstrak bawang putih, Kualitas intrinsik, Lama perendaman, Telur

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to create an educational media in the form of a Pictionary Game to help seventh-grade students at MTsN 3 Blitar improve their speaking and writing abilities. Many students considered English difficult and uninteresting owing to traditional teaching techniques, which resulted in poor enthusiasm and confidence in utilizing the language. The researcher created and assessed the efficacy of Pictionary Game media using the ADDIE paradigm. Data gathering methods included observations, questionnaires, and pre- and post-tests. Media, instrument, and material specialists validated the product and gave it "very valid" ratings ranging from 80% to 92.5%. The post-test findings showed a 10.69% improvement in speaking and a 12.7% improvement in writing abilities over the pre-test levels. Student satisfaction reached 85%, indicating the media was “very feasible” for learning. These findings suggest that Pictionary Game media can effectively improve English speaking and writing skills in a fun and engaging way.

Abstract

This research focused on developing flashcard-based learning media to support vocabulary improvement among seventh-grade students at MTs Nurul Huda Ngadirejo. The development followed the ADDIE model, which includes the phases of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. It responded to key issues identified in the needs analysis, such as students limited vocabulary and low engagement caused by traditional teaching methods. The flashcards incorporated visual features and contextualized vocabulary to enhance both memory retention and student interest. Expert validation rated the media as “Good” with a score of 80%, confirming its appropriateness for use. Reliability testing yielded a Cronbach’s Alpha of 0.956, indicating a high level of internal consistency. Student satisfaction reached 80.92% in the “Very Good” category, particularly noting the media’s visual appeal, motivational impact, and support for vocabulary retention. Revisions based on expert feedback helped improve the final product. In conclusion, the flashcard media proved to be an effective and engaging tool for vocabulary instruction, offering a viable option for wider classroom application.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an interactive PowerPoint (PPT) as a learning media to enhance students’ writing skills, specifically in composing procedure texts for 10th grade students at MA Ma’arif NU Blitar. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, using the ADDIE model which consists of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, pre-tests, and post-tests. The findings revealed that the developed interactive PPT significantly improved students’ writing performance. This improvement was evident in the increase of average scores from pre-test to post-test, and supported by positive responses from students regarding the clarity, engagement, and effectiveness of the media. Media validation results also showed a high level of feasibility and appropriateness. The interactive PPT includes animations, quizzes, and hyperlinks to foster active learning. In conclusion, this interactive PPT proved to be a feasible and effective media to support writing instruction and enhance students’ engagement and achievement.
