The aim of this research is to investigate the practice of Shopee PayLater among users of the Shopee application and to examine the Islamic legal perspective on the practice of electronic money lending through Shopee PayLater. This is a field research study that is descriptive in nature, and the analysis of data is conducted using a qualitative descriptive method. The findings of this research indicate that the practice of Shopee PayLater on the Shopee application involves borrowing money that is paid back in installments with varying interest rates. The due date for payment is on the 5th day of the following month after the borrowing. A late payment penalty of 5% of the amount to be paid is charged if payment is delayed. Islamic legal perspective on the practice of electronic money lending through Shopee PayLater highlights that while the Shopee PayLater practice from the Shopee marketplace already incorporates Islamic values in its transactions, it still involves riba (interest), the addition of extra charges to the principal debt, and other additional charges that burden the borrower. Additionally, there is a provision for penalties or fines for late payment, which goes against Islamic principles. These aspects of the practice should be addressed to comply with Islamic law.

The rapid development of the e-commerce ecosystem is referred to by the majority of logistics players as a fertile climate for the growth of the logistics industry, especially courier service players and expedition services. The growth of e-commerce from 2020 to 2021 grew quite significantly, double digits. The estimate is more than 40 percent. And still waiting for the final data but still confident growth above 40 percent year-on-year, research in a qualitative approach is needed, because for data collection. In qualitative research, the presence of researchers as an instrument as well as data collectors. Data collection is a procedure for obtaining data systematically by using observation, interviews, and documentation. Problematic financing can affect the income of BPRS Daya Artha Mentari Pasuruan. This requires treatment to overcome problematic financing. The aim of this research is to find out the strategy for handling problematic financing carried out by BPRS Daya Artha Mentari Pasuruan. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. The research results discuss problematic financing caused by two factors, namely internal factors (coming from BPRS Daya Arha Mentari Pasuruan) and external factors (coming from members). Handling problematic financing at BPRS Daya Arha Mentari Pasuruan by contacting members by telephone, SP warnings, billing directly to the customer's location, conducting customer negotiations through rescheduling, Reconditioning, Restructuring, and confiscation of collateral.

JConnect Mobile Banking is one of the innovative products and services of Bank Jatim based on e-channel, which allows the Bank to provide services to its customers through mobile phones using mobile applications on android and iOS platforms that use internet data packages in transactions. This research is descriptive research that aims to collect actual information in detail that explains the Strategy for Improving Service Quality Through Digitalization of Mobile Banking Jconnect at BPD East Java. Mobile banking via cell phones is very easy to understand, does not incur additional costs, and has security features that ensure banking transactions are carried out safely and securely.

The purpose of this study was to find out what are the factors that cause problematic financing on qardhul hasan products and how to deal with problematic financing on qardhul hasan at the Dokma Islamic microfinance institution, Pasuruan Center Campus. In an effort to achieve these goals, this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach in collecting data. The authors use primary data sources taken from observation and interviews, as well as secondary data in the form of literature studies and other documentation.The results of this study are that what causes problematic financing in qardhul hasan financing products at the Dokma Syariah Center Campus Pasuruan Microfinance Institution are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are the inaccuracy of financing officers or cooperatives in analyzing the character of prospective members, and external factors are factors that occur outside of the bank's fault, external factors are also due to the intentional element of financing members not paying installments and unintentionally, namely natural disasters such as death is one of the causes of financing without collateral problems. In handling problematic financing on qardhul hasan products, it is necessary to use a rescheduling system, a reconditioning system or changes to requirements for returns and restructuring. By using these three systems, the Dokma Campus Center Pasuruan Islamic microfinance institution can reduce losses that occur or are experienced by the Dokma Campus Center Pasuruan Islamic microfinance institution in providing financing without collateral.

Pertumbuhan sistem keuangan global telah menyaksikan keragaman pendekatan dan prinsip yang diterapkan oleh bank konvensional dan syariah. Perbedaan mendasarnya salah satunya terletak pada prinsip dasar penanganan produk tabungan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan prinsip bunga dan bagi hasil pada produk tabungan yang ditawarkan oleh bank konvensional dan bank syariah. Penelitian ini akan mengulas konsep dasar bunga sebagai biaya pinjaman pada bank konvensional, berbeda dengan prinsip bagi hasil yang menjadi ciri utama pada bank syariah. Dengan fokus pada produk tabungan, kami akan menganalisis bagaimana sistem bunga pada bank konvensional melibatkan pembayaran bunga tetap atau mengambang kepada nasabah, sedangkan bank syariah menerapkan prinsip bagi hasil yang berorientasi pada keuntungan bersama. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan yang meliputi analisis komparatif antara struktur produk tabungan konvensional dan syariah, serta tinjauan literatur untuk memahami implikasi ekonomi dan keuangan dari penerapan prinsip bunga dan bagi hasil. Kesimpulan penelitian perbedaan bunga dan bagi hasil produk tabungan bank syariah dengan bank konvensional terdapat pada Mekanisme Pendapatan dimana bank konvensional menggunakan sistem bunga dimana nasabah menerima imbalan berupa bunga tetap atas saldo tabungannya. Sedangkan bank syariah menggunakan bagi hasil dimana nasabah membagi keuntungan atau kerugian dari investasi atau proyek yang didanai bank dengan dana tabungan.

This research is entitled marketing strategy for Batara iB Akad Wadiah savings products regarding customer interest in BTN Syariah bank. Strategy is a fundamental tool that is planned to achieve company goals by developing sustainable competitive advantages through the markets entered and marketing programs used to serve these target markets. In its activities, Bank BTN Syariah needs to market Batara iB products with the right strategy so that it can fulfill the wants and needs of the community or customers well. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the marketing strategy and constraints and efforts of the Batara iB Bank BTN Syariah Savings Product on Batara iB savings are to use the concept of promotional marketing strategies, namely individual or institutional promotional strategies, promotional strategies through the media, promotional strategies through financing and the obstacles faced in the form of competition from other products, lack of public understanding and trust regarding savings in Sharia Banks and lack of distribution in offices and machines. Apart from that, there are also efforts to overcome obstacles, namely, to prioritize savings products by providing an understanding of the benefits that savings have at the relevant banks, and also the provision of ATMs which should be more widely distributed to attract public interest.

The implementation of the Wadiah contract in the sharia banking industry, especially at Bank BTN Syariah, is an effort to provide security to customers in saving and managing funds in accordance with sharia principles. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the wadiah contract to savings products at BTN Syariah bank. The method used is qualitative, by analyzing data obtained through interviews with bank staff and customers who use wadiah contracts. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the wadiah contract by Bank BTN Syariah is the main basis for maintaining customer trust and strengthening the bank's position in the sharia banking industry. In facing the challenges and dynamics that continue to develop, Bank BTN Syariah needs to continue to improve its ability to consistently apply this principle while continuing to provide services that are competitive and in accordance with Islamic law.Keywords: Bank BTN Syariah, wadiah contract, sharia principles, fund security, transparency, customer trust.

Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT) Maslahah Gondang Wetan Pasuruan Branch is a financial institution that implements a system based on Islamic sharia. In our business activities, we apply the principle of profit sharing (nisbah) and not the principle of profit sharing (riba) to guarantee halal income. The goal of every company is to create satisfied customers. Satisfying and retaining customers requires the right service strategy. The aim is to provide customer service and satisfaction so that customers can find out the reasons why customers are interested in saving, namely the quality of service and the public's reaction to customer satisfaction at BMT Maslaha, Gondang Wetang Branch, Pasuruan Branch. I am positive about the presence of BMT Maslaha Gondan Wetang Branch Pasuruan Branch because the service provided by officers at BMT Maslaha Gondan Wetang Branch Pasuruan Branch is very good. This public recognition is mainly due to the performance of the employees of BMT Maslaha, Gondan Wetang Branch and Pasuruan Branch, all of whom are Islamic boarding school graduates and have positive attitudes among their 4,444 active members. Apart from that, BMT Maslaha, Gondangwetang and Pasuruan savings products are always available for urgent needs and profit sharing is carried out every month. The relatively easy process is also the reason members choose to save at the BMT Maslaha Gondang Wetang Branch, Pasuruan Branch. In this case the researcher uses case study research by directly investigating the research topic. Employees of the Pasuruan branch of BMT Maslaha Gondan Wetang are being tested here. The aim of this research approach is to identify employee strategies in increasing customers' interest in saving at the Pasuruan branch of BMT Maslaha Gondang Wetang.The researcher's data source is an important factor to consider when deciding on data collection methods.
