Abstract

This community service initiative, conducted on May 20, 2025, at SMP Negeri 3 Bantul, Yogyakarta, aimed to enhance the digital teaching capacity of secondary educators through the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools. Aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), the program focused on equipping 40 teachers with hands-on experience using Eduaide and MagicSchool platforms designed to support adaptive content creation and classroom engagement. Implemented in four stages, preparation, training, implementation, and evaluation, the workshop provided live demonstrations, guided practice, and reflective discussions. Pre- and post-tests revealed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding, with average scores rising from 2.1 to 4.3 out of 5, and 85% of teachers achieving proficiency. Qualitative feedback highlighted increased confidence, enthusiasm, and readiness to apply AI in lesson planning and feedback automation. Challenges such as limited internet access and initial unfamiliarity with digital tools were mitigated through mentor support and accessible learning materials. This initiative demonstrated the effectiveness of structured, contextualized AI training in transforming pedagogical practices and recommends ongoing mentoring, peer collaboration, and scalable digital modules for sustained impact. The project illustrates that even short-term interventions can meaningfully empower educators and promote inclusive, future-ready education in under-resourced communities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy and peer conformity on cheating behavior in Class X vocational high schools in Jakarta. This research applies a quantitative approach through survey methods. The population used consisted of 180 students, with a sample of 120 students obtained through the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection with a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis method IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 was used in this study. The study findings indicate that the self-efficacy variable and the cheating behavior variable have a partial relationship, as evidenced by the t-value -12.080 > t-table value -1.658. The peer conformity variable shows a partial relationship with the cheating behavior variable, as evidenced by the t-value 11.292 > the t-table value 1.658. The simultaneous test results indicate that the self-efficacy variable and peer conformity have a simultaneous relationship with the cheating behavior variable, F-value 400.124 > F-table value 3.07. Implications of this study: (1) Cheating behavior variable have the highest percentage indicator, time 30%. This indicates that students cheat during certain periods, such as the last minutes before the exam paper is collected, when the teacher is busy, there is no exam supervisor, or when the teacher is not paying attention to them. (2) Self-efficacy variable has the highest percentage indicator in generality at 33.6%. This indicates that low self-efficacy among students affects their lack of focus in class due to a heavy homework load, difficulty in recovering from failure, and reluctance to try again. (3) The peer conformity variable was found to have the highest percentage indicator, namely individual agreement within the group, at 33.4%. That students are united in telling the teacher they forgot to do the homework, united in not doing the teacher's homework, or united in collaborating during the exam.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between organizational complexity in the context of management and the quality of financial reporting. Organizational complexity is analyzed through four key components: subsidiary management, segment operation management, and human resource management. The findings provide evidence that managing organizational complexity through effective governance and sound management practices supports greater accuracy, transparency, and reliability in financial reporting. Such management practices also help prevent reporting errors and fraud. Consequently, organizational complexity can significantly influence the quality of financial reporting. Drawing on insights from agency theory and information asymmetry, this paper discusses how increasing complexity may reduce reporting quality and proposes mechanisms to mitigate its adverse effects

Data analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study show that flexibility work arrangement has a positive effect on Life satisfaction, shown by p value 0.000 < 0.05 and positive path coefficient of 0.503 meaning that the higher the flexibility work arrangement, the higher Life satisfaction. Flexibility work arrangement has a positive effect on work life balance, shown by p value 0.000 < 0.05 and positive path coefficient of 0.576 meaning that the higher the flexibility of work arrangement, the higher the work life balance. Work-life balance has a positive effect on Life satisfaction, shown by p value 0.000 < 0.05 and a positive path coefficient of 0.527 meaning that the higher the work life balance, the higher the Life satisfaction. In this study it can also be concluded that Work life balance can mediate the effect of flexibility work arrangement on Life satisfaction, indicated by p value 0.000 < 0.05, based on the value of R square adjusted variable Life satisfaction of 0.833 this means 83.3% of the variable Life satisfaction is influenced by the variables flexibility work arrangement and work life balance, while the remaining 16.7% variable Life satisfaction is influenced by factors outside the variable flexibility work arrangement and work life balance. Furthermore, the variable work life balance shows an R square adjusted of 0.325, this means that 32.5% of the variability of work life balance is influenced by the variable flexibility work arrangement, while the remaining 67.5% of the variable work life balance is influenced by factors other than the variable flexibility work arrangement.
