Abstract

Products with halal certification have become a decisive factor in consumer purchasing decisions, driven by growing public awareness regarding the halal status of food and beverages. This phenomenon aligns with the implementation of the Halal Product Assurance Law that came into effect on October 17, 2019, which is mandatory for all business entities, including large, medium, small, and micro enterprises. In this context, halal supply chains are partly evaluated based on raw materials that comply with halal rules and requirements established by the Indonesian Ulema Council (Majelis Ulama Indonesia / MUI). This situation encourages culinary business operators in Ponorogo Regency to raise awareness about producing food with Halal certification. Satay, as a culinary product with chicken meat as its main component, requires special attention regarding the perspectives of Chicken Slaughterhouse (RPA) business operators on halal certification, given their position as providers of basic ingredients in the production chain. The implementation of these regulations has generated various responses from entrepreneurs, including RPA managers. This study aims to explore the perspectives of RPA managers on the implementation of halal certification in the Ponorogo area and the factors that influence their views. A qualitative approach was applied in this research, with data collection through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis results indicate that external elements play a dominant role in shaping perspectives that subsequently form the basis for individual actions.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro (UM) Savira Frozen Food Ponorogo memiliki potensi besar dalam industri produk olahan, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produk. Keterbatasan dalam manajemen produksi, teknologi, dan pemasaran menjadi kendala utama. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk merevitalisasi UM Savira Frozen Food melalui peningkatan kapasitas produksi dan mutu produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi tiga tahap: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada berbagai aspek usaha. Kapasitas produksi meningkat sebesar 30%, efisiensi proses pengolahan meningkat melalui penerapan teknologi pembekuan cepat (blast freezing), dan pendapatan usaha naik sekitar 25% dalam dua bulan setelah pelatihan. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran digital berhasil memperluas jangkauan pasar dan menarik pelanggan baru dari luar daerah. Penerapan manajemen produksi dan inovasi produk secara berkelanjutan menjadikan UM Savira Frozen Food lebih kompetitif di industri makanan beku lokal.

Abstract

Kegiatan eco-pesantren merupakan upaya untuk mewujudkan terwujudnya kebijakan kegiatan pesantren yang ramah lingkungan dan menjadikan alam sebagai pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan pengelolaan sarana prasarana pesantren yang ramah lingkungan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melaksanakan pendampingan penerapan pertanian terpadu berkelanjutan sebagai solusi untuk penyediaan makanan sehat yang bebas bahan kimia, ramah lingkungan dan membuat kemandirian pangan bagi PP Darut Taqwa. Pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organic cair untuk para santri ini meruopakan salah satu cara yang efektif untuk memanfaatkan limbah dapur untuk kegiatan pertanian berkelanjutan. Pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organic cair, pestisida nabati dan juga budidaya tanamaan juga bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan para santri dalam hal kegiatan pertanian berkelanjutan untuk mewujudkan eco-pesantren dan menciptakan kemandirian pangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen rantai pasok halal pada usaha Sate Ayam H. Tukri berbasis prinsip Maqasid Syariah serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kepercayaan konsumen Muslim. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pemilik usaha, serta wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan konsumen. Analisis dilakukan terhadap seluruh alur rantai pasok mulai dari pengelolaan bahan baku, pemotongan, pengolahan, penyimpanan, distribusi hingga penyajian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip halal pada setiap tahapan rantai pasok telah memenuhi standar syariah terutama dalam aspek pemilihan bahan baku, higienitas alat, pemisahan material, dan kepatuhan terhadap tata cara penyembelihan. Integrasi nilai Maqasid Syariah meliputi hifz ad-din, hifz an-nafs, hifz al-‘aql, hifz an-nasl, dan hifz al-mal terlihat tercermin dalam operasional usaha, mulai dari transparansi proses, perlindungan kesehatan konsumen, hingga pengelolaan produk yang efisien. Wawancara dengan 10 konsumen menunjukkan tingginya tingkat kepercayaan terhadap kehalalan Sate Ayam H. Tukri. Faktor utama yang mendorong kepercayaan adalah reputasi usaha, kesesuaian proses dengan prinsip syariah, pemilihan bahan baku yang jelas asal-usulnya, serta pengaruh sosial dari rekomendasi keluarga dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model konseptual manajemen rantai pasok halal berbasis Maqasid Syariah yang dapat diadopsi oleh UMKM kuliner halal lainnya. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan rantai pasok halal yang konsisten merupakan strategi penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen Muslim.

Abstract

CV ABC is a food business that produces amplang crackers made from fish and faces challenges in business development amid increasing competition. This study aims to formulate appropriate business development strategies through an analysis of the company's internal and external factors. The qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and document studies were applied in this study. Data analysis is carried out using the SWOT method to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method to determine priority strategies for business development. SWOT analysis results show that CV ABC main strengths include a widely recognized brand, an efficient distribution network, consistent product quality, and halal certification. The weaknesses faced include limited product diversification, suboptimal utilization of production technology, and limited human resources. Business opportunities come from the increasing demand for cracker products, government support for food MSMEs, as well as developments in digital marketing, while the main threats include competition from similar products, fluctuations in raw materials, and changes in consumer preferences. The results of the QSPM analysis was indicate that the strategy of developing product diversification based on flavor and packaging innovation is the top priority strategy, followed by the strategy of strengthening and expanding the market through brand optimization and digital marketing. This strategy is expected to enhance competitiveness and business sustainability.

Abstract

Frozen food is a product that is frozen to extend its shelf life. Currently, this product is in demand by many people. This study aims to identify the marketing mix of Savira Frozen Food and analyze internal and external factors in its business development strategy. The methods used are qualitative surveys and direct interviews with business owners to obtain qualitative data on the business and analyzed using SWOT. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the 4P marketing mix implemented by Savira Frozen Food Ponorogo MSMEs such as (a) the products produced are of good quality, (b) the price is determined by the price of competitors, (c) it is located in a strategic place, and (d) the promotions that have been implemented by Savira Frozen Food Ponorogo MSMEs are carried out by face-to-face sales and individual sales. This business development strategy is first, maintaining product variants and quality so that consumers are more interested in the products produced; second, changes in people's consumption patterns are opportunities that must be taken advantage of; third, utilizing coolers so that they can meet consumer desires; fourth, increasing the number of employees and making financial records and the existence of easy-to-obtain raw materials so that production runs smoothly; fifth, adding product innovation so that it can maintain its competitiveness in the market and consumers are free to choose products; And sixth, increase advertising by using social media so that it can maintain its competitiveness in the market
