Abstract

Since August 14, 2020, the government has provided social assistance, namely Direct Cash Assistance for MSMEs, as much as 1.2 million for MSME actors. The submission process is done online through the Google Form, which is managed by the Malang City Cooperative, Industry and Trade Office. However, during the submission process, there were problems such as a lack of information on the Google Form, no follow-up announcement on whether the submission was accepted or not, and some applicants could not access the submission link. So from these various problems, researchers will design a User experience in the Application for Registration of MSMEs in Malang City Cash Direct Assistance. During the Pandemic Period. The method in this study uses the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach. This method focuses on humans and users who can assist researchers in designing solutions according to user needs and system usability to increase productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness so that people get their satisfaction. In the final stage, the researcher conducted usability testing for five respondents. The result was 100% on the effectiveness aspect, 0.085 goals/second on the efficiency aspect, and 82.5 with the excellent category and scaled A on the user satisfaction aspect. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the design of the solution that has been designed is acceptable.

Abstract

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, the trend of ornamental plants has become increasingly popular and favored by the public. Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, many MSMEs have difficulty running their businesses. Even during a pandemic like this, many people are interested in ornamental plants to be used as new hobbies or even for collection. An ornamental plant community that uses social media as a forum for interacting, sharing knowledge, and buying and selling ornamental plants. Therefore, research was conducted to design a user experience application for discussion forums and buying and selling of mobile-based ornamental plants that can help community members to discuss, and share knowledge about how to take care of ornamental plants properly, and become a forum for marketing ornamental plants. This research was conducted using the User-Centered Design method which focuses on the user, especially the user's needs. Testing is done by using the UEQ (User Experience Questionnaire) to measure the value of the user experience on the user experience design that has been made. After doing the UEQ test, it was found that the value of attractiveness is 2.23, perspicuity is 2.11, efficiency is 2.28, dependability is 2.15, stimulation is 2.19 and novelty is 2.05. Based on the value obtained, it can be seen that all aspects have an excellent category.

Abstract

The development of technology in the last decade has grown very rapidly, especially the internet. The rapid development of the technology sector, especially the internet and the digital world, has an impact on the world of marketing. However, based on the results of McKinsey's research, only about 30% of businesses in Indonesia are developing their businesses by utilizing digital instruments. Looking at the results of this research, it can be concluded that the potential for marketing through digital instruments in Indonesia is still very large, especially for MSMEs in marketing their products online through social media Facebook and conducting online transactions, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, MSME actors have difficulty to get information related to digital marketing on Facebook. This research focuses on the user experience design process on the Facebook digital marketing learning application so that the system designed meets user needs. The method used, namely Human - Centered Design (HCD) is used because at each stage of the process it involves users and can realize improvements that are more interactive and useful from the user's side. The final result of the research is a high-fidelity prototype, then the prototype is tested by usability testing. From the prototype test, the results obtained from the effectiveness aspect value of 81.42%, the overall efficiency aspect relative efficiency 100% and time-based efficiency 0.065 goals / sec, and the user satisfaction aspect using the SUS questionnaire of 86.

Abstract

Go Tour and Travel Malang is a travel and trip orgaziner that located in Jalan Perumahan Citra Mendut Kavling 14, Malang. Go Tour and Travel Malang is a part of tourism service business. Go Tour and Travel Malang have served their customer for 2 years. Tourist attractions that offered is the tour destinations where located in Malang and its environs. Go Tour and Travel Malang make an offer tour packages to their customers. Tour packages that their provide are an affordable price for a number group of people, date derparture, tour activities, accommodation, and transportation. Marketing and disseminating information strategy by distributing brochures at certain location points, information from people around and also through social media, Facebook. Updating brochure that contains of new informations become an obstacle by needing waste much time. The customers data collecting which still conventional makes Go Tour and Travel Malang difficult to evaluate their business. Customers have to come directly to the Go Tour and Travel Malang office, contacting by whatsapp message, or calling by phone to Go Tour and Travel Malang. The strategy of disseminating information, marketing, and ordering processes can be a problem for customers who are outside the city of Malang. The web-based booking tour packages system is developed to overcome the problems found in the Go Tour and Travel Malang. The development of the system uses the waterfall model with an Object-Oriented approach. The developed system has been examined by unit testing using white-box testing technique, and validation testing using black-box testing technique. The results of all tests are valid.

Abstract

The use of VR in the tourism business continues to increase. The use of VR for tourism is known as virtual tourism. virtual tourism can simulate tourist destinations using a virtual environment (VE). Virtual tourism is expected to enhance the experience for tourists and attract new markets to tourist destinations. Malang City is one of the tourist destinations in East Java, and is always visited by both domestic and foreign tourists. However, Malang City is still not a major destination in tourism, compared to Batu City (Kota Batu) and Malang Regency (Kabupaten Malang), this is due to the lack of vigorous promotion. In order to provide a pleasant experience for its users, Malang Virtual Tourism must be developed based on user needs. Based on these problems, a virtual reality application will be developed that can provide immersive experiences to users related to tourist destinations in Malang City. At the requirement analysis stage, a specification design of the system to be made includes functional and non-functional requirements needed for the development of the system in this research will be carried out. The requirement analysis process involves potential users of the system. We were identifying the requirements by numbering each requirement that has been made with a Use case diagram and Use case Scenario. This step generates a general description and system requirements. The results of this stage get five functional requirements and one non-functional, usability.

Abstract

One of the patient safety indicators related to medical treatment of surgical wound infection is the main complication experienced by hospitalized patients, the determinants of the cause of surgical wound infection (ilo) post sectio caesaria are DM sufferers, wound care and HB levels Objective: determine hb levels, wound care and DM related to the incidence of surgical wound infection in post sc patients at H. Badaruddin Kasim Tanjung Hospital. The quantitative research method with the research design design carried out is a retrospective, retrospective observational study. The total population of 40 post-SC mothers in 2022 in September - December, total sampling technique. The data was analyzed using the Chi Square test. The results of the study found that there was a relationship between hb levels and ILO incidence in post sc patient respondents, p values = 0.001 and ? = 0.05, p < ?, there was a relationship between wound care and ILO events in post sc patient respondents, p values = 0.000 and ? = 0.05, p < ? and there was a relationship between dm and ILO events, p values = 0.000 and ? = 0.05, p < ?.

Abstract

Diabetes is a chronic disease that occurs when the pancreas can’t produce enough insulin or when the insulin hormone can’t be used effectively by the body. The condition of the increased blood sugar, known as hyperglycemia, is a short-term impact that often occurs in uncontrolled diabetes. Meanwhile, the long-term impact of uncontrolled diabetes can cause damage to various body systems, especially blood vessels and nerves. Early detection of diabetes in individuals who are susceptible to diabetes is the main key to control diabetes issues. Artificial intelligence can help this issue. Early diabetes detection with artificial intelligence can predict whether a person in the next 5 years has the potential to suffer from diabetes type 2 or not, based on six variables including 2-hour plasma glucose concentration in the oral glucose tolerance test, diastolic blood pressure, fold thickness triceps, body mass index, diabetes pedigree function, and age. The prediction was built by using similarity classifier based on p-probabilistic extension, trained with the Pima Indian Diabetes dataset with women as research subjects. The contribution of this research is to select representative features in the Pima Indian diabetes dataset then implement them with similarity classifier based on P-Probabilistic Extension. The aim of this study is to compare similarity classifier algorithm with K-nearest neighbor as classifier that widely used in Pima Indian diabetes dataset. The test scenario is carried out by dividing 70% of the training data and 30% of the testing data, then the accuracy for the Pima Indian diabetes data will be compared with K-nearest neighbor and the similarity classifier. Accuracy shows a success value of 75.38%, so the similarity classifier that is built can be used to predict potential diabetes with better performance than K-nearest neighbor.

Abstract

Abstract. Optimal healthy diet in accordance with the allocation of cost needed so that the level of nutritional adequacy of the family is maintained. The problem of optimal healthy diet (based on family budget) can be solved with genetic algorithm. The algorithm particle swarm optimization (PSO) has the same effectiveness with genetic algorithm but PSO is superior in terms of efficiency, PSO algorithm has a lower complexity than genetic algorithm. However, genetic algorithms and PSO have a problem of local optimum because these algorithm associated with random numbers. To overcome this problem, PSO algorithm will be improved by combining it with simulated annealing algorithm (SA). Simulated annealing algorithm is a numerical optimization algorithms that can avoid local optimal. From our results, optimal parameter for PSO-SA are popsize 280, crossover rate 0.6, mutation rate 0.4, first temperature 1, last temperature 0.2, alpha 0.9, and generation size 100.Keywords: PSO, SA, optimization, variation, healthy diet menu.

Abstract

Indonesian people should actively preserve Indonesian culture. A way to preserve Indonesian culture can be done by using Javanese scripts as a local content subject at elementary to middle school level. In the conventional learning method, almost all teachers teach writing Javanese manuscript with conventional instructional media by using a white board. We proposed a mobile application that can help students to learn how to write Javanese script in attractive way by using their finger. Since this application still in prototype stage, further study and analysis of the usability of this application are necessary to validate the feasibility in real implementation. Usability testing using USE questionnaire had been conducted to find out if application of Javanese script writing can be accepted by users. We give 30 questions about usability to 5 respondents that are familiar with android application. The result show that, the proposed application is acceptable to users in term of Usefulness, ease of use, ease of learning and satisfaction.

Abstract

Recipes are used as a reference in processing cooking ingredients to meet personal nutritional needs, considering the ingredients used to make food sold freely that is not necessarily guaranteed in nutritional quality and safe to consume, especially during the pandemic as it is today. So cooking itself becomes a better alternative for the community. With a large number of food recipe options available for various media, the role of a Decision Support System is needed by people who will get food recipe recommendations. Research related to recipe recommendations that have been done are using SAW only and some add experts as a source of knowledge to provide value on the variable time and complexity of cooking recipes. Therefore, in this study, a comparison between the research of recipe recommendations with SAW only and research that added a subsystem of knowledge management derived from experts to support the decision support system of food recipe recommendations was conducted by using correlation testing. The results is there is a strong correlation between knowledge based SAW and user preference to the value of 0.9774. The result is better than SAW only and user preference with the value of 0.7262.
