Abstract

The state of a good apple plant can be detected by identifying the disease in apples. One method to detect apple disease can be done with K-Means. Application of apple plant disease grouping using this android based K-Means method can make it easier to detect the apple plant penyakti, this application is based on android so that users can easily run this application anywhere and anytime with the user's mobile phone. This is where the discussion is about building a detection sistem application that users can use to detect the presence of pests in apple plantations. Application of diganosa sistem of apple plant disease can display diagnosis result quickly and precisely based on the symptoms entered by user. To make the diagnosis become very valid, then the data of symptoms included into decision support sistem is a symptom data, must be complete meaning of symptoms that can lead to a disease must be entered in full, because conclusion of diagnosis result (percentage) shown counted Automatically by the sistem using K-Means.

Abstract

New college students will feel a significant difference compared to high school life, in both the academic and socio-cultural aspects. To prepare mentally and gives an overview of the learning system and life on campus so it needed the orientation program for new students to accelerate the adaptation to the new environment. In the “Pengenalan Kehidupan Kampus” (PK2) new students tend to stay in the room, students can enjoy the activities by playing the game while walking around on campus. From that problem created a game media that used for introduction to university life by using mobile devices with Augmented Reality technology. In implementation of game PK2 will be using Unity game engine and camera sensor using Vuforia SDK. On implementation, the pointer on the game will move based on the position of players. There is also mini-game that played using the camera sensor to obtain information of the campus. The information that has been obtained through mini-game can be accessed via “ensiklopedia” menu in the game. Tests performed include functionality and usability testing. Through functionality testing Filkom: exploration functionality has been going well. Through usability testing obtained reciprocal of the respondents, with an average satisfaction score 4:13 (82.67%).

Abstract

Smartphone can help activities people of disabilitie, among others, is to seek information, self-existence and eliminate burnout. But smartphones can be used also to help communicate between normal people and people with disabilities, one of which is calling people with hearing disability. If a normal person wants to call a person with hearing impairment, he or she should usually tap the shoulder or turn on the light switch to attract the attention of the deaf. But with the presence of sensors embedded in smartphones, normal people can easily call the deaf. To facilitate the calling of the deaf person then designed and implementation of an application converts voice into text. This app works if there is a voice calling the name of a person with hearing impairment, so the smartphone belonging to the deaf person can give a vibrating notification. To implement the application need to use the library to convert the sound into text that is pocketsphinx library. The application also needs to be implemented in the background service so that users can open other applications / programs without interrupting the application being run. This app also uses vibrate notifications to give notifications to app users if anyone calls This Aplication can recognize sound up to 4 meters.. Then the user response to the application tested by usability testing obtained 76.25% for caller and 81.18% for the deaf. This shows that the application is good and successful.

Abstract

System Diagnosis of Liver Disease using Naive Bayes Method is an application that aims to help people for diagnosing liver disease early. This system is built based on problems that occur in society that is difficult in liver disease. Because liver disease has many symptoms and there are similarities in symptoms. This is one of the causes of high percentage of liver disease in Indonesia, recorded from Basic Health Research in 2013, one type of liver disease that is national hepatitis B prevalence reached 21.8 percent, and ranked third highest in Indonesia.The Naive Bayes method was chosen in this study because Naive Bayes paid attention to all features of data training so as to make this method optimal in classification process. This system uses the Android operating system, because Android is quite consistent popularity in the market smarthphone Indonesia until now. The data used in this study were obtained from doctor who have been validated by the institution of Universitas Brawijaya Hospital, Malang. The results of this study indicate base on the accuracy testing of 40 data testing obtained an accuracy of 87,5%.

Abstract

Goat breeding is the main commodity in the Technical Implementation Unit of Livestock Breeding and Forage of Livestock Feed (UPT PT and HMT) Kec. Singosari Malang. Based on East Java Governor Regulation No. 130 of 2008 on Organization and Working Procedure of Technical Implementation Unit of Livestock Service Office of East Java Province, one of the tasks of UPT PT and HMT Malang is to cooperate with livestock groups, and provide livestock seed support, especially goats. Goat cattle business will experience constraints when the goat is infected with the disease. For the target group that wants to consult with the UPT and HMT should contact the agency and the doctor will come to check. This is less effective considering the distance, length of travel time and the number of animals controlled by the agency. Therefore, researchers want to make intelligent computing that can be applied to the laptop or personal computer in order to help the group of livestock assisted UPT PT and HMT Malang to diagnose the disease. The method used in this research is by Naive Bayes method. Input is a symptom that occurs in the field and the output of the diagnosis and treatment advice. The result of system testing accuracy with Naive Bayes method is 90%. With the results of such precision, the method of Naive Bayes has a good.

Abstract

The selection of recipes on digital recipes is now done manually by comparing recipes to get recipes that match the criteria. The selection of recipes manually is less effective because it takes a lot of time in the recipe selection process from a large number of recipes. Lack of information on where to buy ingredients is also a problem because finding the location of the providers of the required ingredients takes time and sometimes the information gets less precise so mistakes in finding the location of purchasing ingredients often occur. To overcome these problems, we need a decision support system that can solve the problem of choosing recipes and can provide location information to buy the materials needed for cooking. The recipe selection decision support system is implemented using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method in the selection of recipes equipped with location-based features to provide location information where to buy ingredients. The system runs on the Android platform to take advantage of location-based features (LBS) found on Android. The result of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with calculation using Likert's Summated Rating (LSR) scaling technique obtained a total score of 804.

Abstract

Progressive Web Apps (PWA) is a Mobile Web that uses the latest technologies to create a Mobile Web with better user experiences than traditional Mobile Web. Creating a web application with such experiences, one thing that can not be forgotten is performances and the technologies behind it. Speaking of performance, many aspects could be considered, such as responses time, memory usages and storage usages. Thus, this study will discuss about comparisons between PWA and Mobile Web related to those aspects in order to provide some insights and references of this newly introduced technology. From this study, there are some things that can concluded. Response time performance depends on page resources size, caches size and the access frequencies. On a small sized page and small sized cache files, Mobile Web still faster than Progressive Web App, while on large sized page and cache files Progressive Web App is the winner. In memory usages performance, Mobile web uses memory fewer than PWA due to an additional process that PWA has (Service Worker). In storage usages performance, Mobile web is not using any of storage spaces, while the storage usages of PWA depends on the size of the caches stored in the browser.

Abstract

Culinary tour is one of the activities that are often done when visiting a city. the mistakes often made because lack of information regarding a location of a culinary tourism can cause a problem for tourists. The purpose of this study is to help the tourists in determining the location of culinary tourism that has the facilities in accordance with what they desired. K-Means Clustering is a method that groups data according to their clusters. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method for the ranking process by using a preference value. In this study, K-Means Clustering method will divide the location according to the distance calculated from the initial position of the user to the address of the location, then SAW method will sort which location best suit the user's wishes. The testing used 49 location data. The testing process is a accuracy test by comparing result from the system and results from 30 respondents. The results of the testing process is obtained an accuracy of 63.33% for very close category, 40% for near category, and 46,67% for medium category. This system can provide recommendations for very close categories with fairly accurate although for the near and medium category is still not accurate enough.

Abstract

Population increase occured in various regions of Indonesia, one of them is Malang City.With the increasing number of residents and immigrants of Malang City, then the public transportation is needed for the smoothness of their activities. Based on facts, media information for the pople of Malang City about public transportation routes is very needed. Currently, municipal government of Malang City is provides public transportation routes information on MediaCenter website. However, the information which provided is just a list of public transportation routes. So based the functional features, that information is not good enough to ease the user problem. Therefore, we need a mobile based application which built to facilitate residents and visitors of Malang City in choosing public transportation from the depature location to destination location. System was bulit using the haversine formula and best-path planning algorithm (hub-based planning). This system provides 2 starting points as an alternative to informing users that from the same depature site there are 2 starting points to get public transportation. The system scored 87% of accuracy testing on route search results. In usability testing, system earns 83% learnability, 62% efficiency, 91% memorability, 90% errors, and 88,5% statisfaction.

Abstract

Clove plants are classified into plantation crops or industries that are widely grown in Wonosalam. But not all clove plantations belong to the local people, but the owners are residents from outside the region. This causes the plant is less well groomed cloves and eventually attacked by disease. One method to diagnose clove plant disease can be done with Naive Bayes. Clove plant disease diagnosis expert system using Naive Bayes method can make it easier to detect diseases that attack the cloves based on the symptoms that arise. The Naive Bayes method is implemented on an expert system inference engine in order to make inferences based on existing knowledge on the knowledge base. Results obtained after a system accuracy test of 93% indicating that the method of Naive Bayes is suitable for clove plant disease cases.
