Abstract

MetaPROGRESS is a psychological consulting and human resource management institution located in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. One of the psychological tests it served is the MMPI (Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory) which can assess personality traits and psychopathology. In practice, there are obstacles experienced in the process of interpreting the MMPI test results by them. Counselors sometimes make mistakes in writing reports on test results such as writing the client identity and matching the answer incorrectly. The process of interpreting the test results takes more than 15 minutes for 1 client and can be done longer if the test is done in groups. Also, they are constrained by receiving a number of files that must be taken. These problems may impact on other counselor's productive activities that can be delayed. The suggested solution is to build an interpretation system of MMPI test results with the waterfall software process model. The system is web-based so that it can be accessed by many computer platforms. The requirement engineering process produce 35 functional and 1 nonfunctional system requirement. 100% valid results are indicated by functional testing. In compatibility testing, there are no critical problems found on all browsers tested. Based on these results, this system can be a solution to their problem.

Abstract

Jogging is one of the cheapest sports, it doesn't even need more costs so it becomes the choice of people as a regular exercise. In the city of Malang, there are many jogging track facilities and various and adequate jogging places, some of which are not widely known by the public. There are also separate preferences and also factors when someone chooses a comfortable open space for exercise activities, namely jogging. This can cause a separate problem, for someone to choose a comfortable place according to their preferences when they wanna do jogging. The preference factors mentioned are such as track length, distance of place, and rating of the place. To solve this problem a system is needed which can recommend jogging tracks to users based on the jogging track criteria user want to find. The jogging track recommendation system was developed using the TOPSIS method. The TOPSIS method used can provide recommendations or rankings from existing alternatives sorted by priority criteria that have been determined from user preferences. The system is implemented on the Android platform because it requires user location data that can be accessed using a GPS sensor on a mobile device. From the test results, the results are 100% valid in testing for system functionality. After that, testing the algorithm validation that gets 100% results by comparing the results of the system output with manual calculations. The last is usability testing, the final score is 81.0 which can be concluded that the system tested at the end user is easy to use and quite useful for the user.

Abstract

An exercise is basically a very important requirement for every human being in life so that physical and health conditions can be maintained properly. But this one activity is very easy for us to leave with various pretexts. The lack of public interest in exercise can be influenced by a variety of things, including lack of players, inappropriate time, and the distance of distant sports venues. With the current large level of community penetration in using the internet coupled with a large number of smartphone ownership, this study made a solution in the form of a sports friend search platform called "Sportify". This system uses interest in sports preferences, location and rating in finding players or friends in sports. The Haversine method is also used to find players with the closest location from the sport, and also used the Technique for Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm to recommend players. This research begins by conducting a needs analysis and getting 44 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. Then do the design and implementation stages. The development model used in this study is waterfall. This system was developed using the Java programming language on mobile devices with the Android operating system. Sportify also uses database storage technology in the form of NoSQL. The next step after implementation is testing the system. This system was successfully tested with unit testing, integration, validation, and usability. The results of the system testing are 100% valid and usability testing with System Usability Scale (SUS) is 73.5 which is in the acceptable category.

Abstract

Jakone mobile is an internet banking service product owned by PT. Bank DKI. In its application, users need information on Jakone cell phones that do not require details so that users feel less confident when using. In addition, users can make complicated transactions on the Jakone mobile application because the application often corrects errors, making customers feel dissatisfied. Based on these problems this application needs to be evaluated for usability to measure the usefulness of the Jakone mobile application and find problems and be given recommendations to improve the Jakone mobile application in the future. This study uses usability testing methods with aspects of learning ability, effectiveness, and efficiency. The distribution of the SUS questionnaire was used to obtain aspects of satisfaction. Usability testing and interviews are conducted by 5 people using the new Jakone mobile application. The SUS questionnaire is conducted by 20 active users of the Jakone mobile application. Based on the evaluation results, the learning aspects were 94%, the effectiveness aspects of the evaluation were 11%, the efficiency aspects were 19%, and the satisfaction aspects were obtained 67% of the SUS questionnaire which showed the application needed improvement. Based on the results of the interview found problems with aspects of learnbility, namely descriptions not given, difficulty choosing icons, The satisfaction aspect is considered important, button is not consistent. The efficiency aspect that is considered important is a menu that is hard to find. From these considerations a discussion based on appropriate usability guidelines is provided from the debate.

Abstract

Autoworkys is a web-based back-office system developed by PT. Prima Berkat Gemilang to serve automotive companies the requirements in performing their operational activities. Autoworkys system has been used in various automotive companies that are spread throughout Indonesia, including Dipo Angkasa Motor, Eurokars Indonesia PT, Indonesian Jeep Station, etc. Based on the observations there are problems, that are the sparepart input form can not do a search for the description but the keyword id, so the user must input the keyword id as many as 10 digits and when creating a new user there is no command to input a password, the two problems are not in accordance with the principle of heuristic evaluation, namely help and documentation and recognition rather than recall. Given the large number of customers and the problems that the autoworkys system has, it is necessary to evaluate the system's usability. The methods used to evaluate the system's usability are Nielsen heuristic which involves IT experts and John Broke System Usability Scale (SUS) which involves user perceptions. The result of heuristic evaluation showed 53 problems with the most problems found on the H7 (Flexibility and efficiency of use) and the System Usability Scale showed a value of 67,25 which means “OK” for the adjective ratings and “D” for the grade scale. The autoworksys design improvement is done based on the guidelines and expert insight. The result showed a decrement from 53 problems to 1 problem and the System Usability Scale result showed an increment from 67,25 to 86,25 which means “EXCELLENT” for the adjective ratings and “B” for the grade scale.

Abstract

Cycling has become one of the few favorite sports activities for many city dwellers in Indonesia. Cycling is the activity of pedaling on a bicycle with a certain rhythm. One of the cities with a significant amount of cyclists is Malang City, located in the province of East Java. However, for certain individuals, such as youngsters, have had difficulty finding cycling routes in Malang city. An application that recommends cycling routes is capable of providing cycling routes based on a user's preference.The cycling route recommendation application in Malang city is designed using the TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method which used criteria such as the distance of a cycling route, traveling time of the route, and difficulty of the terrain and implemented on an Android operating system. The application underwent three testing methods which were blackbox testing, algorithm validation testing and usability testing. Blackbox testing is the process of observing if the system output is the same as the intended output. The results from the blackbox method resulted in a 100% score, which is the equivalent of all functionalities fulfilling expectations. Testing the algorithm validation from testing is intended to compare the results of the system output with manual calculations. Testing the algorithm validation in this study produces a value of 100% or the system output is the same as manual calculation. Whereas the usability is tested thru the system's interface which was tested by users. The usability testing method resulted in a score of 84,5 from a predetermined scale (have grade B) and is equivalent to stating that the system was given a high score by the users.

Abstract

Malang District's health service offices own a pilot project whose objective is to record in the form of causes of death in the region Gondanglegi and Kepanjen. One of the ways to record such data is through verbal autopsy which is done by interviewing family members of the deceased on visible signs or symptoms of a certain individual before death. The ongoing process of the verbal autopsy is still recorded manually using paper, which when gathered is vulnerable to being lost or damaged. Otherwise, there was no system to record the data that has been gathered. Based on the above-mentioned problem, an information system is needed to ease the recording, storing, and processing of data that contains verbal autopsy. The development of the information system uses a prototyping method which presents a picture of the system in general toward the client in order to gain feedback in the form of advice or critique. Development is started with the modeling of the business process and requirements of the analysis, prototype designing, prototype evaluation, continued designing, which is finished with implementation and testing. The implementation results in a web-based verbal autopsy information system. The system is utilized to record, verify, manage, and manage verbal autopsy data and to present general information. The next step is to test the implementation results with validation testing which shows valid test results which are in accord with the identified requirements, tests towards the compatibility of the browser show that the error issues were at 9% and the system was run on a variety of browsers without any problems whatsoever.

Abstract

Assets are resources owned by a group as the effect of past events and the economic value of an asset is expected in the future. Economic value of an asset in the future is beneficial directly or indirectly to the interests of the group. Increase the number of assets requires asset management which has an effect on the use of assets, so that assets can be utilized optimally. The asset management cycle takes into account all risks from asset planning to asset elimination. Goal of asset management is to know the cheapest costs in a long period of time when determining the right policies in managing assets. To support good asset management, an asset management information system is needed. RSUD dr. Iskak is a B type hospital that located in Tulungagung. As a referral hospital, of course it has a lot of assets and have problems with asset management. The author took the initiative to develop an asset management information system to give solutions to the problems in RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. A system developed based on a website with a prototype development model. Where in this study the final or final prototype was written. Post test is used to test the ease of operation of the system with the System Usability Scale approach with results of 71.5. These results represent systems that are developed into acceptable categories and in accordance with user expectations.

Abstract

In Blitar Regency there is one public hospital in Wlingi District as a place of health services for the community, namely the Hospital of Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital. The system so far has implemented patient registration services, but still uses a manual system, in the morning patients must come first to pick up the queue number, wait around the counter and pay attention to queue information through the monitor, so that the system is less effective. The problems in the hospital at the Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital were developed by the Android-based Mobile Application for community services with the main features of new patient registration, patient registration and patient queues, with additional features of several information systems related to the Ngudi Waluyo Wlingi Hospital. The method in developing this application uses Mobile-D which requires an iterative needs analysis process, then implemented with java language programming, and uses the help of IDE Android Studio. The design process in this application was obtained twelve functional requirements as users, four requirements as admin and two non-functional requirements. Application testing is done, namely testing validation, compatibility, and usability. The results of the tests carried out obtained valid status with sixteen functional, easy to use with a SUS 72.33 score, and compatible running on several Android devices.

Abstract

Health Communication Board (HCB) is a tool that commonly used to aid communication issue between doctor or nurse with a patient who can't speak normally. HCB contains a set of illustration that represent action and some basic patient needs. To use HCB, the patient will be asked to point any illustration that represent what the patient wants to tell. But, this might become a problem if the patient also experiences motor impairment related to hand function. Which makes the patient unable to point to any illustration listed on the HCB, so that HCB become useless. In this research, an application that have the same function and mechanism as HCB will be developed. This application will be able to be controlled by using eye movements, so that patient with motor impairment will be able to use it. The result of validation testing using black box method produce a 100% conformity level which indicates that all the function is running as expected. Then, compatibility testing produces a score of 100% which indicates that the application is able to run normally when used in different devices with different API levels. For the usability testing related to respondent success rate when performing a set of given tasks, the application is able to produce a value of 90%. While for the usability testing related to respondent satisfaction using System Usability Scale (SUS), the application is able to produces a score of 84 which indicates that the application is able to deliver a good satisfaction level to its respondent by getting a B grade.
