Abstract

Dunia sudah memasuki era baru yaitu era teknologi dan komunikasi. Perkembangan teknologi dan komunikasi ini terjadi sangat pesat, teknologi terus menciptakan berbagai macam jenis gadget yang memiliki klasifikasi sebagai gadget high technology. Pada umumnya teknologi (gadget) telah menjadi bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan seseorang, diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan agar tetap menggunakan internet lewat gadgetnya dengan cerdas. Namun dewasa ini gadget dalam penggunaannya sering kali terjadi secara berlebihan dan mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan. Pengaruh tersebut dapat dirasakan baik pada diri tersebut dan pada orang yang berada disekitar penggunanya. Salah satu lingkungan terdekat yang dikenai pengaruh oleh pengggunaan gadget pada adalah keluarga. Keluarga yang secara harfiah memiliki fungsi dan tanggung jawab masing-masing pada anggota keluarganya menjadi terganggu akibat adanya penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan pada penggunanya. Salah satu aspek yang terganggu dalam keluarga adalah aspek interaksi sosial antar anggota keluarga, yang mencakup di dalamnya pola komunikasi dan kontak sosial. Lewat komunikasi dan kontak sosial inilah perubahan interaksi sosial dalam keluarga tersebut dapat diukur. Adanya perbedaan dan perubahan komunikasi dan kontak sosial yang terjadi di dalam keluarga sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan gadget pada anggota keluarga dapat mempengaruhi pola interaksi sosial dalam keluarga secara menyeluruh. Dengan demikian dapat dilihat pengaruh atas penggunaan gadget tersebut terhadap interaksi sosial dalam keluarga.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect of innovation orientation and entrepreneurship on the competitive advantage of culinary MSMEs in the Cilandak Barat area, South Jakarta. The population used for this study was 36 actors in the culinary field of SMEC. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling method. The data analysis tool used is PLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the innovation variable has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. And, entrepreneurial orientation has a significant influence on the culinary competitiveness of SMEC. The researcher suggests SMECs to pay attention to other factors that can influence competitive advantage. Keywords: Innovation, Entrepreneurship Orientation, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

The Indonesian government, that intiated the legislation of the treaty system was a prelude to its annual efforts to promote schools to meet the international standardsof school (SBI),the 2003 school teaching system (SBI) specifically the stature no 20,Report that “government and/or abupatent increases the one school minimum ata rate to be promoted at school with inferior international (SBI) set up SBI could only give birth to the students who is capable of advanced intelligence and more exclusive education servicesas if by the wealthy or the wealthy,and a great deal of commercial education. In this study,reserchers have attempted to describe a school of Internatiobal educatiaon.as it relates to understanding,managemen of characteristics and how developming a multi world school,with students parents showing stidents keen interest in education and more.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of educator human resource development in Islamic educational institutions in the Ibtidaiyah Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muslim Brotherhood II Tembung. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. In this qualitative research, the researcher used three data collection techniques, namely interview techniques, observation techniques, and documentation techniques. The data analysis in this study uses qualitative descriptive research analysis that only collects, writes, and concludes responses from the sources obtained. The analysis is carried out with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and decision-making. The results of the analysis show that the planning for the development of Human Resources (HR) for educators at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private Ibtidaiyah Muslim Brotherhood II Tembung has been running as it should, but it takes time and a process of supervision and improvement that is carried out continuously to be better in the future. In addition, the planning for the development of human resources for educators in madrasas starts from the social competence of teachers

Abstract

Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peranan filsafat dalam perkembangan ilmu pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peranan filsafat dalam perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Filsafat memegang peranan penting dalam pendidikan. Seiring berjalan waktu pendidikan tidak lagi sebagai kebutuhan sekunder tetapi kebutuhan primer. Tujuan filsafat pendidikan memberikan inspirasi untuk menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran yang ideal. Teori pendidikan bertujuan untuk mengembangkan gagasan tentang kebijakan dan prinsip pendidikan berdasarkan filsafat pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah literatur review yaitu sebuah pencarian literatur baik internasional maupun nasional yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Google Cendikia, ScienceDirect, dan Proquest. Berdasarkan hasil data yang dikumpulkan dan dari analisis yang dilakukan penulis mendapatkan hasil bahwa filsafat memiliki peranan dalam ilmu pendidikan. Filsafat memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam ilmu pendidikan karena filsafat memberikan arah dan pedoman dasar bagi upaya perbaikan, peningkatan kemajuan dan landasan yang kokoh untuk memelihara sistem pendidikan. Filsafat dalam pendidikan mempunyai fungsi untuk memberikan petunjuk dan arahdalam pengembangan teori-teori pendidikan menjadi ilmu pendidikan. Dari penelitian literatur yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Filsafat memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam ilmu pendidikan karena filsafat memberikan arah dan pedoman dasar bagi upaya perbaikan, peningkatan kemajuan dan landasan yang kokoh untuk memelihara sistem pendidikan. Filsafat tidak hanya menghasilkan pengetahuan baru tetapi juga menghasilkan pendidikan

Abstract

It cannot be denied that the hotel industry in Indonesia is very worrying. Civil Service Police officers and the Republic of Indonesia Police often carry out raids on hotel guests who are not married couples, some who are drunk, and so on. This event is often covered by the media. However, because there are non-violent initiatives and light punishments such as administrative action and summoning parents, violators no longer feel discouraged. The authors believe that conducting research is relevant and necessary considering the issues mentioned above. Therefore, the author participated in research entitled Analysis of government Regulation Number 2 Of 2014 And Fatwa village MUI 2016 On Sharia-Based Hotel Services In Asahan District. Because the authors believe that more research is needed and is crucial regarding sharia-compliant hotel companies. Determining whether companies labeled as sharia, especially those operating in the hotel industry, truly apply sharia principles or are just symbols used to attract customers and boost profits is one of the main objectives of this research. Apart from that, the aim of this research is to find out the requirements contained in the Fatwa of the National Sharia Council-Indonesian Ulema Council No. 108/DSN-MUI/X/2016 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Tourism Based on Sharia Principles, as well as sharia aspects of sharia hotels which can be realized in the form of goods, services and management.

Abstract

The background of this research is the practice of Christianisation that tries to influence the dominant Islamic religious beliefs in the region, to cases of early marriage, free sex, drug abuse, and other juvenile delinquency, these problems cause great concern in an effort to maintain the integrity of religious and moral values. This research aims to explore and examine the concept of tawhid harmony in the context of implementing Islamic parenting in the Siosar relocation area, Simacem Village, Tigapanah District, Karo Regency. The research approach is qualitative method and case study. The data collection method is through interviews with parents and direct observation of parenting practices. The results showed that harmony of tawhid plays an important role in the Islamic parenting approach in the area, with the application of tawhid values that include strong religious understanding, open communication based on Islamic values, strict supervision of children's socialisation, and in-depth understanding of religious concepts. Thus, the findings of this research provide a valuable understanding of how the harmony of tawhid can be a strong foundation in guiding children towards a life in accordance with Islamic teachings, especially in relocation areas such as Siosar, Simacem Village. The concept of harmony of Tawhid in Islamic Parenting is not only relevant, but also a solid foundation in guiding children in the context of relocation areas such as Siosar, Simacem Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat membaca siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhwanul Muslimin. Peneliti memperoleh data dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah dan wali kelas Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ikhwanul Muslimin. mengetahui secara pasti tentang kondisi di sekolah dan di perpustakaan sebagai informan, yang kemudian penulis uraikan secara singkat dan menyeluruh sesuai kebutuhan peneliti. Tingkat minat membaca siswa Madrasah Ibtidayah Ikhwanul Muslimin secara keseluruhan kurang baik. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa akan pentingnya kegiatan membaca, sehingga mengakibatkan siswa lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu untuk melakukan kegiatan lain dibandingkan dengan kegiatan membaca.

Abstract

Community memory is a legacy that has a very high value for a community or region. Community memories can be dangerous because they fade and even disappear. This paper will describe a program to document the memories of transmigrant communities in Sungai Bahar. This service program uses data collection modalities by collecting memories through interviews and then documenting them. The community that inhabits the Sungai Bahar area has been around since the 1980s. With the development of time, these speakers are getting older and decreasing in number. The existence of this documentation is a step to document memories so that future generations can know the origin and development of the region which can be accessed through gadgets so that the history and culture of the region does not fade with time.

Abstract

As a result of the decline and fall of the Portuguese port of Malacca, old trading centers reappeared, one of which was Jambi. At the beginning of the 17th century Jambi was present as the 2nd richest port in Sumatra. Because of Jambi's reputation, Voc began to be interested in visiting Jambi. The VOC succeeded in establishing cooperative contacts with the Jambi sultanate during the leadership of Sultan Abdul Kahar (1615-1643). The VOC received a permit to open a log cabin in Muara Kumpeh and obtained monopoly rights to the pepper trade in Jambi. The VOC began to control trade in Jambi and intervened politically in the Jambi sultanate. The purpose of this writing is to look at the dualism of leadership that occurred in the Jambi Sultanate as a result of intervention by the Dutch and its impact on the economy. The method used in this paper is the historical method. Starting from the collection of sources, source criticism, interpretation and poured into written works (historiography). The results of this study indicate that the intervention carried out by the VOC succeeded in dividing the Jambi Sultanate into two, namely Upstream and Downstream (1696). The VOC succeeded in overthrew the previous power and replaced the sultan who was pro against them. The VOC's success in monopolizing the pepper trade in Jambi and manipulating the economy in the Sultanate, which unwittingly brought the Jambi Sultanate to decline and economic decline and even nearly falling into poverty.
