Abstract

The Indonesian government has chosen to implement large-scale social restrictions (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar/PSBB) to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Large-scale social restrictions is a government policy aimed at restricting the internal movement of people in a bid to reduce the spreading of SARS-CoV-2. This study aims at assessing the impact of large-scale social restriction measures on the incidence of COVID-19 cases in the four provinces of Indonesia. Time series analysis was used to describe the trends of COVID-19 case by using surveillance data from the Ministry of Health of Indonesia. Quasi- Poisson regression with an interaction model was used to estimate the incidence rate ratio (IRR). IRR was calculated to compare an incidence rate before and during PSBB implementation. The trend of COVID-19 cases in the provinces of West Java, East Java, Banten, and Jakarta continued to fluctuate. These four provinces continue to experience a significant increase in COVID-19 incidence rate ratio after the first and second PSBB period implementation compared to the time of before PSBB implementation. Lack of proper implementation of the large-scale social restriction led to the PSBB’s ineffectiveness in reducing the number of COVID19 cases in each of the provinces.

Abstract

Entamoeba gingivalis is protozoa (non-pathogen amoeba) that lives in the oral cavity and act as opportunistic parasite. The parasite is most common found within oral cavity with advance periodontal disease. This study aimed to find the existence Entamoeba gingivalis within oral cavity with mild oral hygiene. The study was conducted by making preparation of plaque taken from patient's oral cavity with mild oral hygiene. The degree of oral hygiene was determined by using Silness and Loe Index and Ramfjord Periodontal Index. The number of Entamoeba gingivalis was gained by counting them from the preparation examined under microscope. The result demonstrates that mild oral hygiene has a high percentage of Entamoeba gingivalis is that 80 % either for various plaque index or ages.

Abstract

Sejalan dengan sasaran global untuk mengakhiri epidemi HIV/AIDS pada tahun 2030, pemerintah dan masyarakat bersinergi dalam komitmen untuk mengendalikan HIV/AIDS dengan target eliminasi 95-95-95. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran input, proses, dan output dalam pelaksanaan upaya Triple Eliminasi HIV/AIDS di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan pada tahun 2025. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Informan terdiri dari empat orang: koordinator P2PM, pengelola program HIV/AIDS, tenaga Technical Officer TB-HIV/AIDS, dan Data Officer HIV/AIDS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program telah sesuai dengan Permenkes RI No. 23 Tahun 2022, dengan monitoring dan evaluasi rutin bulanan dan triwulanan, serta adanya koordinasi lintas sektor, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM), fasilitas kesehatan, dan komunitas. Namun, hambatan masih ditemui, yaitu kurangnya sosialisasi dan edukasi, keterbatasan SDM (hanya 1 orang pengelola program), serta tidak adanya pelatihan yang diselenggarakan langsung oleh Sudinkes Jakarta Selatan. Disarankan agar Sudinkes menambah jumlah SDM, memperluas jejaring dengan mitra, meningkatkan sosialisasi dan edukasi, serta menyelenggarakan pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) mandiri.

Abstract

Kinerja perawat adalah salah satu faktor penting dalam menentukan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Banyak faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja perawat, baik dari internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit ‘X’ Kota Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh 42 perawat di Rumah Sakit ‘X’, (total sampling). Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dalam bentuk G-form dan analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM (Diklat) (p=0,012, PR=2,890), motivasi kerja (p=0,010, PR=3,333), dan disiplin kerja (p=0,000, PR=4,000),  dengan kinerja perawat (p-value < 0,05). Disarankan rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan kualitas Diklat bagi perawat serta membangun motivasi dan kedisiplinan perawat guna menjaga mutu pelayanan.

Abstract

The achievement performance indicator is a variable to measure and assess the quality of service that has an impact on health services. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse performance in the Inpatient Room of the Syekh Yusuf Gowa Regional General Hospital in 2022. This quantitative research design is Cross Sectional. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed in December 2022 - January 2023. The sample in the study amounted to 115 nurses in the inpatient room of the Syekh Yusuf Gowa Regional General Hospital and proportional random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a relationship between the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of the Regional General Hospital of Syekh Yusuf Gowa with age (p value = 0.000), education (p value = 0.999), legal and cultural ethical professional abilities (p value = 0. 018), (professional development ability (p value = 0.008), physiological motivation (p value = 0.000), security motivation (p value = 0.001), affiliation motivation (p value = 0.010), reward motivation (p value = 0.005), and self-actualization motivation (p value value = 0.012). The variable that has a significant effect on the performance of nurses in the inpatient room of the Syekh Yusuf Gowa Regional General Hospital is motivation as safe, the recommendation of this study is that hospital management can make improvements to the welfare and guarantee of nurses in increasing the motivation of a sense of security.
