Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh sosial, inovasi layanan, kepercayaan, dan hambatan komunikasi terhadap persepsi manfaat penggunaan e-Wallet di kalangan pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi Pengusaha Indonesia (APINDO) Lampung. Penggunaan e-Wallet sebagai instrumen pembayaran digital kini semakin meluas, termasuk di sektor UMKM, karena dianggap mampu meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi dan mendukung digitalisasi ekonomi. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain explanatory research. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 42 UMKM di bawah naungan APINDO Lampung, dengan teknik sampling jenuh sehingga seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup dengan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui program IBM SPSS versi 25.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial keempat variabel independen, yaitu pengaruh sosial, inovasi layanan, kepercayaan, dan hambatan komunikasi, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat e-Wallet. Uji simultan (uji F) juga menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap persepsi manfaat e-Wallet. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,624 menunjukkan bahwa 62,4% variasi persepsi manfaat dapat dijelaskan oleh keempat variabel tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 37,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa persepsi positif terhadap manfaat e-Wallet di kalangan UMKM dipengaruhi oleh faktor sosial dan inovasi layanan yang memudahkan interaksi bisnis, kepercayaan terhadap keamanan sistem, serta kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam mengatasi hambatan komunikasi teknologi.   Kata Kunci: E-Wallet, Inovasi Layanan, Kepercayaan, Hambatan Komunikasi, UMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Balai Besar Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BBPOM) Bandar Lampung dalam pemeriksaan, pemantauan label, sertifikasi, dan pemantauan siber terhadap penanggulangan kosmetik ilegal pada klinik kecantikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 45 responden yang meliputi 30 pegawai ASN BBPOM dan 15 pemilik klinik kecantikan, dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemeriksaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap izin edar, sedangkan variabel pemantauan label, sertifikasi, dan pemantauan siber berpengaruh signifikan terhadap izin edar. Secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut berpengaruh bersama-sama terhadap izin edar, yang berarti bahwa kegiatan pengawasan oleh BBPOM secara keseluruhan memiliki peran penting dalam menanggulangi peredaran kosmetik ilegal pada klinik kecantikan di Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendampingan dan kebijakan pemerintah Kota Metro terhadap Strategi Pemasaran Bagi UMKM Di Kota Metro Provinsi Lampung, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan alat pengumpulan data kuesioner atau angket. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 25. Dengan populasi 100 UMKM Kota Metro. Teknik pengumpulan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh pendamping secara parsial terhadap Strategi Pemasaran Bagi UMKM Di Kota Metro Provinsi Lampung, dan terdapat pengaruh kebijakan pemerintah Kota Metro secara parsial terhadap Strategi Pemasaran Bagi UMKM Di Kota Metro Provinsi Lampung. Terdapat pengaruh antara pendampingan dan kebijakan pemerintah Kota Metro secara simultan terhadap Strategi Pemasaran Bagi UMKM Di Kota Metro Provinsi Lampung dengan memiliki persentase sebesar 61,5% dan sisanya 38,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar persamaan regresi ini atau variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This community service program was conducted at the Student Cooperative of Lampung University (Kopma Unila) with the aim of enhancing the financial literacy of its board members. The program involved 60 Kopma Unila board members and included education on financial management, the culture of saving, and investment. The methods used consisted of material presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in the understanding and skills of the board members regarding personal and organizational financial management. This financial literacy education is expected to help Kopma Unila board members manage the cooperative's finances more effectively and efficiently, as well as avoid impulsive behaviors and a consumerist culture. The program also provides recommendations for advanced training and the integration of financial literacy into cooperative activities. These findings underscore the importance of financial literacy in the healthy and sustainable management of cooperatives.

Abstract

Abstract The boycott policy against Unilever products is seen as a form of firm legal standing on which the Indonesian people stand and aims to provide a deterrent effect against any party that supports Israel's attack on Pakistan. Therefore, this research aims to analyze these policies from the perspective of Pancasila Economics and Maslahah Al-'Ammah. This research is qualitative research with an explanatory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data that researchers obtained from scientific articles, books, magazines, credible websites, and a number of other sources that are usually used in every research. The research results show that first, The boycott policy against Unilever products has a number of strengths and opportunities as indicators of profits and a number of weaknesses and threats as indicators of equal losses. However, a number of weaknesses and threats lie in materialistic matters such as loss of salaries for employees, loss of jobs, increased unemployment, and so on. A number of strengths and opportunities as indicators of profit lie in principal matters that are in line with the philosophy of Panacasila and Maslahah Al-A'mmah including humanity, justice, welfare and equality. Second, The policy of boycotting Unilever products is in line with the principles of Pancasila economics which do not only view profits as materialistic in nature, but profits must also uphold human, divine, justice and welfare values. Last, The boycott policy of Unilever products is in line with the concept of Maslahah Al-'Ammah which upholds human values, namely that dharuriyyah needs must be fulfilled in every human being in general and the Palestinian community in particular. Thus, anything that prevents the fulfillment of these needs must be opposed at all costs. One way is to boycott Unilever products. Abstract

The influence of micro, small and medium enterprises on the economy of West Lampung Regency is very large but there are still problems that still need to be resolved. This quantitative   research   was   conducted   to   determine   the   effect   of digital marketing, product innovation   and   product   quality   partially   and simultaneously on increasing   product   sales   for   micro,   small   and   medium enterprises. The data collection technique in this study was through observation, distributing questionnaires to 40 respondents who are also small and mediumsized business actors    assisted    by    the     Small     and     Medium     Enterprises     Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Office of West Lampung Regency using google forms   and literature studies. From the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it is obtained that digital marketing   has   an   effect   on   increasing   sales,   product innovation has an effect on the variable of increasing sales, product quality has an effect on increasing sales and   digital   marketing   variables,   product   innovation and product quality will have a simultaneous effect on the variable of increasing sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Media Sosial, Variasi Menu dan Store Atmosphere terhadap Minat Kunjungan Kembali pada Cafe Daja House Bandar Lampung.Penelit ia n ini menggunaka n metode deskriptif dengan pendekat a n kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain asosiatif kausal dengan menjelaskan pengaruh Media Sosial (?1), Variasi Menu (?2) dan Store Atmosphere (?3) terhadap Minat Kunjungan Kembali pada Cafe Daja House Bandar Lampung, untuk menghitung hasil penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS Versi 3.Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan SmartPLS Versi 3 diperoleh bahwa variabel Media Sosial (?1) dan Variasi Menu (?2) dikatakan tidak dipengaruhi terhadap minat kunjungan kembali di Cafe Daja House Bandar Lampung, akan tetapi Store Atmosphere (?3) dikatakan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Kunjungan Kembali pada Cafe Daja House Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on performance and to determine and analyze the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were employees at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital, Bandar Lampung, amounting to 130 people. Data collection techniques in this study used interview techniques (interviews), document studies and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test and F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS program (version 19.0). The results of this study indicate that partial training has no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung. Work discipline partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital Bandar Lampung. Training and work discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at Pertamina Bintang Amin Hospital in Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study’s purpose is identifying lifestyle role factors that influencing free shipping impact and Paylater on impulsive purchases made by Generation Z students. Midwifery Study Program students at Malahayati University (Intake of 2019–2023) participated as respondents. This study analyzed 129 surveys. The research data was analyzed using quantitative methods and hypothesis testing, that used the MRA test using analysis tools which is IBM SPSS. This study has results that free shipping with t-value 2.252> t-table 1.984 and 0.000 <0.05 significant value on impulsive buying behavior, Paylater has a t-value of 5.923> t-table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 on impulsive buying behavior, Free shipping and Paylater have a simultaneous or joint effect on Impulsive Buying behavior, Lifestyle has an moderate ability to influence free shipping variables on Impulsive Buying Behavior, Lifestyle is able to moderate the influence of Paylater variables on Impulsive Buying Behavior. Free shipping influence variables, Paylater on Behavior of Impulsive Buying after a moderating variable presence (Lifestyle) is 62.6%. These findings support modern consumer behavior theories that emphasize the importance of psychological and lifestyle aspects in influencing purchasing decisions in the digital era.
