Abstract

The economic activity in rural areas is increasingly rapid. The need for development to expand market share. Through social media which is a driving factor as part of technological progress, it needs to be utilized as well as possible by the community. Not only can it be used as a means of entertainment, but it can also be used as a marketing medium. The advancement of social media can bring about major changes in the way we communicate, interact, and participate in digital culture. Social media can be a positive force in advancing Indonesian society in the future if we can monitor it carefully and manage it wisely. In addition, the benefits of social media for business development are that social media can help businesses such as promoting products and brands, so that products can be known by more people. Pekon Sumber Mulyo has a lot of economic potential, so intermediaries are needed to market its local products. Education in this service is expected to have a broad impact, especially on the young men and women of Karang Taruna Pekon Sumber Mulyo who are mostly social media users in order to boost their local economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas pelatihan pasar modal, persepsi return, persepsi resiko, persepsi harga dan modal minimal investasi terhadap minat investasi mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling yang diperoleh dari data-data hasil observasi dan penyebaran kuisioner pada 80 mahasiswa perguruan tinggi swasta Bandar Lampun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengaruh kualitas pelatihan pasar modal, persepsi return, persepsi resiko, persepsi harga dan modal minimal investasi memberikan kontribusi positif bagi minat investasi mahasiswa, sehingga perlu adanya perhatian yang menyeluruh agar minat investasi pada mahasiswa dapat dipupuk sejak dini demi kemandirian finansial mahasiswa di usia muda terutama di lingkungan perguruan tinggi swasta Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Pasar tradisional Merapi Seputih Mataram merupakan salah satu pusat ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah yang memiliki peran penting dalam menyediakan kebutuhan pokok masyarakat sekitar. Namun, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pasar tradisional ini mengalami tantangan dalam mempertahankan daya saingnya di tengah persaingan pasar modern dan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan yang dapat meningkatkan daya saing pedagang pasar tradisional Merapi Seputih Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi daya saing pedagang pasar tradisional Merapi, antara lain infrastruktur pasar yang kurang memadai seperti talang yang berlubang, kurangnya promosi pasar, perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat, kemajuan teknologi dan persaingan dengan pasar modern. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, beberapa strategi pengembangan direkomendasikan, seperti peningkatan infrastruktur pasar, pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pedagang untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan pelayanan, penerapan strategi promosi yang efektif, serta kerjasama antara pedagang untuk memperkuat posisi pasar tradisional dalam memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen lokal.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism is a crucial aspect in maintaining the attractiveness of tourist destinations while minimizing environmental and economic impacts. This study aims to analyze the influence of tourist satisfaction, environmental impact, and destination attractiveness on the sustainability of tourism at Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa. This research employs a quantitative approach using a simple random sampling method, involving 100 tourists visiting the destination. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using regression tests with SPSS version 23 to examine the relationships between the research variables. The findings reveal that tourist satisfaction, environmental impact, and destination attractiveness have a significant positive effect on tourism sustainability. High tourist satisfaction indicates that the services and facilities provided meet visitors’ expectations. Effective environmental management contributes to maintaining long-term destination appeal, while destination attractiveness, including natural beauty and cultural diversity, plays a key role in attracting more visitors. This study concludes that achieving tourism sustainability requires continuous improvement in service quality, sustainable environmental management strategies, and innovation in destination development. Therefore, tourism managers should enhance visitor experiences and implement sustainability principles to maintain long-term competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to educate and enhance digital financial literacy among students of SMAN 16 Bandar Lampung through the implementation of the smart money management concept, as well to provide an understanding of the growing dangers of online gambling among teenagers. In today’s digital era, easy access to financial technology, coupled with a lack of self-control, can lead to consumptive behavior and increase the risk of engaging in online gambling activities. The methods used in this activity include an educational approach through seminars, interactive discussions, and the dissemination of digital information media. The results show that students displayed high enthusiasm for wise financial management and an increased awareness of the social, legal, and psychological risks associated with online gambling. Early aducation on financial literacy and the dangers of online gambling has proven effective as a preventive measure in shaping students into financially intelligent and digitally ethical individuals..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leverage and company size as moderating variables on the relationship between ESG Risk Rating and ownership concentration on firm value. This research is included in the type of quantitative research and uses companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and have an ESG Rating value by Morningstar Sustainalytics. This research method uses linear regression in calculating the effect of independent variables (ESG Risk Rating, and ownership concentration) moderated by Leverage, and Firm Size variables on the dependent variable (Tobin's Q). The results found that the impact of firm size and leverage on the moderation of ESG score with firm value and the moderation of ownership concentration with firm value is not uniform. Specifically, leverage exerts a more substantial effect as a moderator between ESG risk score and ownership concentration and firm value than firm size.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the effect of Green Accounting and Green Intellectual Capital on the firm value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. Methodology/approach: This research adopts a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing secondary data obtained from annual and sustainability reports. The study population comprises 134 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2019 to 2023. A total of 94 firms were selected using purposive sampling based on specific criteria. Data analysis is performed using SPSS version 23, applying panel data regression methods. Firm value is represented by Tobin’s Q, Green Accounting is evaluated through environmental disclosure indicators, and Green Intellectual Capital is measured using human, structural, and relational capital proxies. Results/findings: The findings indicate that both Green Accounting and Green Intellectual Capital have a positive and significant effect on firm value. These results suggest that companies that are transparent about environmental practices and strategically manage intellectual resources are better valued in the market. Conclutions: Green Accounting and Green Intellectual Capital have a significant positive impact on firm value. Environmental transparency and effective management of intellectual resources enhance market perception, reflecting higher value for manufacturing firms in Indonesia during the 2019–2023 period. Limitations: The study only focused on listed manufacturing companies and used publicly available secondary data. Contribution: This research enriches the understanding of sustainability practices' role in increasing firm value, especially in emerging markets.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the role of education in disseminating social and economic values. The assessment is a field research that uses a qualitative approach to obtain information about programs developed by millennials, as well as their application in educational units which include targets and are instilled in educational units, most of them still focus on environmental perspectives and various program objectives, most of the program targets are educators, students and school principals; strategies for instilling various values, namely through integration into subjects, through local content, extracurriculars, habituation and acculturation, as well as other activities, which are mostly carried out, namely through integration and habituation and acculturation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the adoption of the MSME bazaar by the Malahayati University in supporting local economic growth. The research method used is primary data collection through a survey of MSME owners participating in the university bazaar, as well as secondary data obtained from relevant sources. The results showed that the adoption of the MSME bazaar by the Malahayati university had a positive effect on increasing sales and exposure of MSME products. In a survey involving MSME owners, most of the respondents reported an increase in the number of customers and income after participating in the university bazaar. In addition, this study also revealed that the presence of the MSME bazaar at Malahayati University could provide additional benefits, such as training in entrepreneurship, marketing and business management for MSME owners. This helps strengthen the capacity of local entrepreneurs to face competition and expand their market reach. This research provides recommendations to universities and related parties to continue to support and develop the MSME bazaar program. Measures such as the use of digital technology to promote MSME products and facilitate access to online markets can be scaled up to expand the positive impact of these activities. This study contributes to our understanding of the role of universities in driving local economic growth through initiatives such as the MSME bazaar.

Abstract

The success or failure of every thing we do is often caused by the maximum or not optimal plan that has been carried out and how much time we sacrifice for the success of the plan. Not only investing in the form of money, but making the right decisions in using the best possible time will make life more planned through time management.Time management is done to manage or plan one's life goals or aspirations from the beginning until the goal is achieved. This service provides knowledge about how to manage time as effectively and efficiently as possible so that the time used can be used for better purposes. This service is carried out in Kotagajah sub-district, Central Lampung. The method used is to present the material through presentations. The achievement of this goal is that the general public, youth youth organizations and Women Farmer Groups in the Kotagajah sub-district have become even more productive in utilizing their time especially in using it for business purposes.
