Abstract

Talangkembar village, Montong, Tuban, East Java is an agricultural village in the highlands, so that the majority of the people work in the agricultural sector. Corn is the main crop of Talangkembar village farmers. A good harvest with a high selling price is the hope of the farmers, however this is difficult to realize because the plants are often attacked by “putehen” pests and exacerbated by limited subsidized fertilizers. Seeing this problem, researchers provide a solution through training in the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizers or liquid vegetable perticides as an alternative in protecting plants from “putehen” pests as well as the limitations and dependence of farmers on subsidized fertilizers. This service is carried out for one month using the agricultural training extension method and partnering with a combination of farmer groups (Gapoktan) and the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) in Montong district. Through this service, it is hoped that farmers will be able to make liquid organic fertilizer independently with ingredients that are easy to find and economical, so that they are able to overcome “putehen” pest attacks and farmer’s dependence on subsidized fertilizers which have an impact on optimizing planting and maximum yields.

Abstract

Menghadapi era teknologi, dalam dunia pendidikan sangat penting seseorang mampu menguasai teknologi digital sebagai bentuk inovasi dan kreatifitas dalam upaya pemahaman materi untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Demikian ini layaknya dilakukan dipendidikan formal ataupun non formal. Munculnya berbagai macam e-book (buku digital) merupakan salah satu dampak positif pendemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengertahui pengembangan buku digital tajwid berbasis audio visual, dan website untuk Madrasah Diniyah serta kelayakan penggunaannya dengan baik dan benar. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian dan pengembangan (research dan developmennt) dalam rangka untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Hasil peneltian ini adalah bahwa Pengembangan buku digital tajwid berbasis audio visual, dan website untuk Madrasah Diniyah dilakukan melalui pembuatan produk sebagai bahan ajar dengan menggunakan website bernama google sites berisi materi pembelajaran yang dilengkapi dengan fitur suara atau voicenote dan video pembelajaran. Instrument dan perlengkapan yang digunakan adalah Hardware yang meliputi Matan Hidayatus Sibyan fi Tajwidil Qur’an, Panduan Tahsin-Tilawah Al-Qur’an dan buku-buku tajwid lainya, Laptop yang terkoneksi internet dan handphone. Serta Software yang meliputi Google sites, Aplikasi paint, Aplikasi browsing misalnya google, google chrome. Uji kelayakan media ini diikuti oleh siswa Madrasah Diniyah bisa diterima dan dilaksanakan dengan baik. Persentase implementasi yang dicapai selama pengujian kelompok kecil tersebut yaitu 80% dalam katagori sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakagi banyaknya anak yang belum mampu membaca al Qur’an dengan benar. Hal ini disebabkan karena anak zaman sekarang terbiasa menggunakan gadget daripada membaca al Qur’an. MI Matholiul Falah Payaman Ngraho Bojonegoro merupakan Madrasah yang memiliki program pembiasaan baca tulis al Qur’an hampir setiap hari dan Madrasah ini menggunakan metode yang berbeda daripada metode baca tulis al Qur’an yang diajarkan di berbagai instansi lainnya. fokus penelitian berkaitan tentang bagaimana proses pembelajaran baca tulis al Qur’an dengan metode jet tempur, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambatnya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyadian data, verifikasi dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitiannya adalah (1) proses pembelajarannya dilaksanakan setiap hari selasa, kamis dan ahad. Di bagi menjadi 3 tingkatan pemula, lanjutan, dan tahfidz. Proses pembelajaran baca tulis al Qur’an dimulai dari membaca al Qur’an Membaca surat alfatihah dan surat-surat pendek sesuai dengan tingkatannya. Membaca materi yang ada di jet tempur sesuai tingkatannya, Menulis materi yang ada di jet tempur sesuai tingkatannya, (2) faktor pendukungnya adalah Kemampuan pendidik dalam menguasai materi, keaktifan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran, manajemen kelas. (3) faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya media pembelajaran, monotonnya pendidik dalam menyampaikan materi, kedisiplinan siswa.

Abstract

Teaching and learning is an interaction with the value of education. There is an educational interaction between teachers and students because the teacher delivers learning materials to students in the classroom. The lesson materials that the teacher provides will not provide encouragement (motivation) to students if the delivery in using strategies, methods and techniques is not right. One of the learning methods that aims to enable students to be able to think critically and be good at conversing in a lesson is to apply the Socratic Method, or commonly known as the questioning method. In the context of learning, the Socratic Method is one of the most common and frequently used learning methods in the classroom. Even Socrates viewed that asking questions by teaching was an integral activity. Socr a tic Method is a learning method that is carried out using conversations and debates conducted by two or more people who discuss each other and are faced with several questions.  As for the steps of the Socratic method in learning Islamic history material during the new normal era (1) students prepare questions based on the text that has been read to prepare for discussion; (2) the teacher guides the learner to arrange seating, for example fifteen people sit in a circle in the middle and other learners sit around the inner circle; (3) teachers or learners in the inner circle give divergent questions, for example, what are the things that cause a person to have high cholesterol? What do you do if you find someone throwing garbage into the river?, and (4) learners in the outer circle answer questions by providing data

Abstract

The discussion in this article focuses on Literacy Education in children in the perspective of Al qur’an with the method of combining a comprehensive search of academic databases, scientific articles, books, and other relevant sources to collect information about Literacy Education in children in the perspective of the Qur'an. Of course, these sources are confirmed books of exegesis. The essence of literacy from the perspective of the Qur'an is QS. Al-Alaq verses 1-5 is where one can use one's intellect to think, one's heart to feel, and one's senses to help one find meaning. contains commandments and obligations for everyone to learn and teach them. Which learning in this verse is symbolized by two terms namely iqra 'and qalam with the meaning of reading and writing as widely as possible. As well as the form of God's teaching to his servants, which is symbolized by teaching either through the medium of a pen (qalam) or God's direct teaching ('allama) as exemplified by Allah that He Himself will teach man. The things that must be done in literacy education to early childhood are: reading stories to children regularly, storytelling by telling stories, doing letter recognition, writing practice, making visits to the library and limiting screen time.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kevalidan dan keefektifan media video animasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa pada materi perpindahan kalor kelas V MI Ulul Albab Plesungan, Kapas, Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg and Gall (potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, dan uji coba pemakaian). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 3 orang ahli dan 36 siswa yang terdiri dari kelas V-A dan kelas V-B. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah wawancara, angket dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji validasi, uji instrumen tes, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) menghasilkan media video animasi berbasis animaker dengan tingkat kelayakan media dari ahli materi sebesar 94%, ahli media sebesar 86,6%, ahli bahasa sebesar 92% dengan kategori sangat layak, uji coba pada kelompok kecil sebesar 81,8% dengan kategori sangat efektif, uji pemakaian pada kelompok besar sebesar 89,3% dengan kategori sangat efektif dan (2) hasil post-test siswa pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dianalisis dengan uji mann whitney mendapatkan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.000. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media video animasi terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa.

Abstract

The importance of education as the main foundation in developing human potential has a significant impact on the progress of a country. The future of a nation really depends on the quality of education implemented in the current era. High quality education can be realized if educational institutions are serious about paying attention to the quality of education itself. The decline in the quality of education in Indonesia occurs due to a greater focus on the input and process aspects of education. One of the contributing factors is the lack of quality, competence and professionalism of the majority of Madrasah Heads. Therefore, an important step to improve the quality of education is to empower the role of Madrasah Heads. Madrasah principals have a central role as drivers of productivity in managing resources in schools, especially for teachers and school staff. The success of school activities as a whole depends greatly on the quality of leadership of the Madrasah Principal. Therefore, it is necessary to implement educational leadership by the Madrasah Head. This research, which is qualitative in nature, aims to understand the role of Madrasah Heads in improving the quality of education at MA AL-AZHAR Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan. The research results show that the role of madrasa heads in improving the quality of education is carried out through several efforts, such as developing curriculum administration, facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and community participation. Supporting factors involve togetherness in managing the curriculum, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the success of professional teachers. While inhibiting factors involve differences in students' psychological abilities and souls, low community participation, lack of funding, and lack of teacher enthusiasm.

Abstract

The government's efforts to develop the teaching profession into a strong and respected profession on e-par with other professions can be seen with the promulgation of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers Who Practice the Teaching Profession to develop legal protection. The government has made efforts to improve the professionalism and qualifications of teachers and increase the requirements for higher teacher education from schools to universities. Ki Hajar Dewantara has many ideas that have been implemented in Indonesian education. One of his most famous ideas is the concept of items, nirokke, and namambahi, known as Tri-N. If translated into Indonesian, these three words mean paying attention, imitation adding. These three elements have characteristics that are very suitable for the development of creativity. Ki Hadjar Dewantara's educational philosophy is to instill culture in children. The concept of this learning is Tri No, namely watching, eating, and korokke. Watching (cognitive), watching here is passive with all the five senses. Niteni (affective) is marking, studying, paying attention to what the five senses perceive, and nirokke (psychomotor) is imitating positive things to prepare for facing children's development. This article aims to provide alternative solutions to increase teacher professionalism through various aspects, one of which is according to Ki Hajar Dewantara. One important factor that has a big influence on the quality of education is the school principal as an educational leader. School principals are required to be able to lead organize and manage the implementation of teaching and learning programs that are organized to achieve educational goals. As well as all elements in education such as educators, students, the community environment and so on who help each other in the learning process to achieve educational goals.

Abstract

In general, Tinawun Village has a lot of potential to become a prosperous and prosperous village. In addition to having fertile soil, good human resources, healthy and conducive village government, Tinawun Village has one potential village tourism, namely Religious tourism to the Tomb of Sheikh Zakaria every Kliwon Friday. However, apart from tourism, there are many things that can be used in Tinawun Village, namely corn, which is usually only used for cooking, but now it can be used as a source of income for residents by making rice. In addition to corn, there is also ginger which is usually only used as an additional spice in the kitchen, now it can be processed into a drink that is rich in benefits and helps increase body immunity, by mixing it with various flavors, it can be turned into an immune boosting drink that can increase the body's immunity during this pandemic. Apart from the plant aspect, there is also the empowerment of catfish as an income source for local residents.
