Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang peran guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dalam konteks kurikulum merdeka. Beberapa aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen untuk melaksanakan tugasnya dengan efektif dieksplorasi menggunakan sumber-sumber pustaka yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil eksplorasi terhadap berbagai sumber pustaka, ditemukan beberapa peran sentral guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila. Pertama, Menjadi fasilitator pembelajaran nilai Pancasila. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dapat menggunakan metode yang interaktif dan kreatif, untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan aplikasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari; Kedua, Mendidik tentang nilai-nilai Kristen dan Pancasila.  Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen memiliki tugas untuk mengajarkan siswa tentang nilai-nilai Kristen sekaligus nilai-nilai Pancasila yang sesuai dengan agama mereka; Ketiga, Membimbing dalam menjalankan ajaran agama Kristen secara konkret. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen dapat membantu pelajar memperkuat dimensi spiritual dengan memberikan pengajaran tentang iman Kristen, doa, dan ibadah; Keempat, Mengembangkan sikap toleransi dan menghormati perbedaan. Guru Pendidikan agama Kristen memiliki tanggung jawab untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan sikap toleransi, baik dalam konteks agama maupun keberagaman sosial yang ada di Indonesia; dan Kelima, Menjadi contoh teladan dalam pengamalan nilai-nilai Kristen dan Pancasila.

Abstract

Pendidikan dalam gereja berpengaruh bagi generasi gereja. Pendidikan dalam gereja sebagai bentuk partisipasi Kristen dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa didasari oleh fondasi teologis. Ada beberapa prinsip dalam Alkitab dan misi gereja yang menjadi dasar teologis pendidikan dalam gereja yaitu, pendidikan dalam gereja adalah tanggung jawab orang Kristen. Orang percaya harus meneruskan pengajaran dan pembinaan pada generasi selanjutnya. Kemudian pendidikan dalam gereja juga merupakan sebuah pembentukan karakter. Setiap anggota gereja didik untuk memiliki karakter yang serupa dengan Kristus. Selanjutnya, pendidikan dalam gereja juga adalah sebuah misi membawa orang menjadi murid Kristus. Kemudian, pendidikan dalam gereja juga untuk membawa jemaat mengenal Allah dan firman-Nya. Pendidikan dalam gereja membawa jemaat pada pembinaan iman dan ketekunan. Dari fondasi teologis yang terdapat dalam prinsip-prinsip Alkitab tersebut menghasilkan bentuk partisipasi Kristen dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa melalui pendidikan. Adapun bentuk pendidikan dalam gereja yang berkontibusi dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, yaitu Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Kontribusi yang dilakukan oleh pendidikan agama Kristen meliputi 1) Pengajaran dasar iman Kristen, studi Alkitab dan juga praktik spiritual; 2) Sekolah Minggu yang merupakan pendidikan non-formal yang diselenggaran gereja untuk memberikan pembentukan karakter anak-anak sehingga memiliki moralitas yang baik; 3) Membentuk kelompok kecil atau persekutuan dalam gereja dapat membantu anggota gereja dalam pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan rohani bagi anggota gereja dengan konsep belajar bersama, berdiskusi, saling mendudukang dan menerapkan nilai-nilai Kristen dalam kehidupan sehari-hari; 4) Gereja yang mendirikan sekolah Kristen tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi dalam aspek akademis, tetapi juga pada pengembangan karakter dan spiritual siswa; 5) Pelayanan Sosial dan Pembinaan Karakter. Gereja mendorong anggotanya untuk berkontribusi dalam pelayanan sosial sebagai bentuk partisispasi dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa.

Abstract

This study aimed to design a competitive strategy to improve the competitiveness of STT Simpson. This study was a research and development. The data were collected through observation, FGD (Focus Group Discussion) and interviews. Competitive strategies of STT Simpson are 1) Differentiation strategy: STT Simpson can offer theological education class in the evening to optimize the facilities owned for the churches in Ungaran and its surrounding; 2) Cost advantage strategy: STT Simpson has an advantage in some types of costs but STT Simpson still have to adjust the tuition course to prevent the gap with another STT and keep maintaining its competitiveness; 3) Focus strategy: STT Simpson perform its marketing by focusing on youth of the church around GKII; and 4) Marketing communication strategy with various forms of marketing communications utilizing the technologies esvolving by offering characteristics possessed.

Abstract

Teaching competence and theoretical satisfaction are factors that influence job performance. Through this research, the author tests, proves and analyzes and makes a causal relationship model the effect of competence and teaching satisfaction on the work performance of Christian Religious Education teachers. The population in this study were Christian Religious Education Teachers in Kutai Kartanegara District, East Kalimantan. The method in this study is Survey - Causal with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of data analysis show that: 1) There is positive and significant direct effect between teaching competencies on teaching achievement of Christian Religious Education teachers, 2) There is a positive and significant direct effect of teaching satisfaction on teaching achievement of Christian Religious Education teachers. Increasing teacher competence will have an impact on professionalism in carrying out teaching assignments and have an impact on work performance. Accompanied by high satisfaction makes the teacher responsible for his work and implement it oriented to achievement.

Abstract

Christianity in Indonesia can continue to thrive and grow as the church is constantly regenerating, a process that began with Sunday School. Sunday School is the church's primary means of educating the next generation of the church knowledge about Christ. However, there are still Sunday school teachers who do not take the significance of their position seriously. This cannot be separate from the lack of personality competence of Sunday school teachers; consequently, Sunday school teachers in Indonesia frequently disregard their personality competence. The significance of the personality competence of Sunday School teachers cannot be overstated. In 1 Timothy 3:1-7, it is elucidated that an elder who serves as a teacher must possess a personality that aligns with the requisite qualities of an elder. In this section, the writer performs a biblical analysis of 1 Timothy 3:1-7, identifying two distinct frameworks that outline the necessary competencies of an elder's personality. The aforementioned personality competencies encompass possessing a favourable disposition in one's surroundings as well as exhibiting a spiritually healthy personality. The personality competencies outlined have implications for Sunday school teachers in Indonesia. Specifically, it is recommended that Sunday school teachers possess a personality that aligns with both social norms and Christian values.

Abstract

Processed ginger used to be limited as a spice but has now become a health drink. The purpose of this scientific work is to determine the process of making instant ginger with the basic ingredients of red ginger (Zingiber officinale). The method used is qualitative through library research. Data collection techniques through field observations. Literature research and the practice of making instant ginger. This paper provides research information on the health effects of red ginger immunity. The process of processing red ginger becomes instant in a simple way that can be done in the home industry. This instant ginger drink can help increase immunity for Covid-19 survivors and also maintain body health.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the situation of theological education in Indonesia, which still perpetuates traditional models of education, where learning still tends to be one-way, authoritative, and more focused on cognitive-academic development with “a rote learning approach.” This has left learners (a group of learners) alienated, marginalised, and even feeling pressured in the learning process. This condition makes it difficult to provide theological education that is hospitable and transformative in the lives of learners. Meanwhile, the Bible has shown that hospitality is an important theme in both the Old and New Testaments. God is a hospitable God and offers hospitality to his people. According to the author, hospitality also needs to be presented in theological education in Indonesia. From the theoretical framework of hospitality and theological education, the author analyses Matthew 11:28-30 to find the principles of hospitality relevant to theological education in Indonesia.  The author examines various thoughts on hospitality through a literature study. The selected text was studied using an exegetical approach and inductive interpretation. Based on the analysis, it was found that Jesus' learning environment differs from that of the Scribes. Jesus' learning environment is inclusive, liberating and collaborative. The implication is that theological education with hospitality provides a learning atmosphere that is liberating, uplifting, takes into account the uniqueness of the students, and provides a comfortable atmosphere.

Abstract

The main issue of education in the last few decades is the efforts and solutions in improving the quality of teaching and learning. In this case, the teacher’s steps are to conduct classroom action research, which is a form of a bottom-up approach in improving the quality of education. This action research introduces active reconnecting learning strategies for increasing student interest and learning activities. The CAR design includes three stages, namely the pre-cycle, cycle 1, and Cycle 2. Some of the instruments used in this study are checklist observation sheets, questionnaires, and learning outcomes tests, which are then analyzed using quantitative approaches. The results showed that this strategy was proven to improve student learning outcomes, interests, and activeness. Student learning interest increased from 59.35 to 65.5 in cycle 1 and 80.5 in cycle 2. Likewise, student learning activeness observations increased with the highest percentage on one indicator from 25% (pre-cycle) to 80% and 90% (cycle 1 and 2). Student learning outcomes have also increased from an average grade of 60 in the pre-cycle phase to 74.25 (cycle 1). And it rose again to 80 in cycle 2.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah memaksa pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan cara berbeda. Siswa harus belajar dari rumah, sementara Sekolah dan guru harus menyelenggarakan pembelajaran yang efektif. Demikian pula orang tua harus berperan aktif melaksanakan pembelajaran dari rumah. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terdahap upaya sekolah dan keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran di masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika upaya TK Isa Almasih mewujudkan kegiatan belajar pada masa pandemi covid-19 adalah 1) Merancang pembelajaran yang menstimulus siswa belajar sesuai dengan tema belajar dan efisien secara ekonomi; 2) Bekerjasama dengan orang tua murid dengan mengadakan pertemuan terbatas membahas perkembangan siswa; 3) Menggunakan sosial media untuk  menyampaikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan bahan ajar dan pemberitahuan hasil belajar murid. Sementara bentuk keterlibatan orang tua dalam pembelajaran dari rumah yaitu 1) Menjadi penuntun anak dalam belajar dari rumah; 2) Orang tua berperan menjadi operator. AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has forced learning to be carried out in a different way. Students must learn from home, while schools and teachers must organize effective learning. Likewise, parents must play an active role in carrying out learning from home. For this reason, the authors conducted research on school efforts and the involvement of parents in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews. The results showed that the efforts of Isa Almasih Kindergarten to realize learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic were 1) Designing learning that stimulates students to learn according to the learning theme and is economically efficient; 2) Collaborating with the parents by holding a limited meeting to discuss student development; 3) Using social media to convey information related to teaching materials and notification of student learning outcomes. While the forms of parental involvement in learning from home are 1) Being a guide for children in learning from home; 2) Parents act as operators.

Abstract

Pada tanggal 2 Desember 2024, Seminar Nasional Pendidikan Kristen dan Teologi dengan tema “Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup Berdasarkan Perspektif Teologi dan Pendidikan Kristen” telah sukses dilaksanakan. Acara yang dihadiri oleh dosen, mahasiswa, serta praktisi pendidikan Kristen dan teologi ini menjadi ajang refleksi dan diskusi penting untuk mengintegrasikan wawasan teologi dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup individu danmasyarakat.Tema Meningkatkan Kualitas Hidup Berdasarkan Perspektif Teologi dan Pendidikan Kristen sangat penting karena mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual dengan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan yang lebih tinggi dalam kehidupan individu dan masyarakat. Berikut adalah beberapa alasan mengapa tema ini: Pertama, Integrasi spiritual dan pendidikan. Pentingnya Spiritualitas. Integrasi antara nilai-nilai kekristenan dengan pendidikan, tidak hanyamendukung pertumbuhan intelektual tetapi juga mendukung pembentukan karakter moral, etika serta sosial sesuai dengan nilai-nilai kekristenan.
