Managing population data involves many complex activities from various types of organizations, stakeholders, and knowledge. Innovation is very important in increasing the efficiency of the public sector. Once the importance of innovation governance will have consequences for the failure or success of the innovation itself. Good governance of innovation is a reflection of the strategy of a process whose benefits can be felt well. The focus of this research is the investigation of the phenomenon of management of innovation in the data management and population documents sector in Southeast Aceh Regency. Furthermore, it is compared with several regions which also manage population data and documents innovatively. Qualitative methods with phenomenological analysis are used to explain and identify how the phenomenon occurs. Data collection is done inductively, interviews, discussions and observation of participation. Triangulation is used to draw conclusions on empirical data and secondary data. The results of this study found that the management of innovation must be supported by various supporting policies, apart from the capacity of the leader as the executor. Community participation, cross-border collaboration also contributes to positive support. Innovation is also an urgent need now to deliver good and competitive public services by the government.

Penelitian dengan Judul Model Kebijakan Penanggulangan Covid 19 Berskala Mikro di Kota Bogor adalah kajian ilmiah dengan tujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pelaksanaan kebijakan berskala Mikro dapat mengatasi dan menurunkan wabah Covid 19 di Kota Bogor. Menggunakan Metode deskriptif analisis yakni suatu metode yang berfungsi mendeskripsikan atau memberikan gambaran terhadap objek yang diteliti melalui observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka dan angket, dengan menyertakan 250 responden yang tersebar di 6 Kecamatan Kota Bogor, guna memastikan baik tidaknya penanganan Covid 19. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Model Kebijakan Penanggulangan Covid 19 Berskala Mikro di Kota Bogor dikategorikan Cukup Baik dengan Skor Nilai 3,13. Artinya Kebijakan Covid 19 Berskala Mikro yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kota harus dilakukan dengan baik melalui komitmen Aparat terhadap kebijakan yang dibuat, konsistensi dalam penegakan aturan, serta dukungan masyarakat melalui disiplin terhadap protokol kesehatan, sehingga dapat mengatasi pandemi Corona ini.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya sengketa tapal batas di Distrik Moraid Papua Barat. Kecenderungan masyarakat Adat Distrik Moraid dalam aktivitas sehari hari dan dalam pelbagai hal termasuk proses penerimaan pelayanan dan pengurusan surat menyurat tentang kependudukan sebagian masih dilayani oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sorong sebagai Kabupaten Induk. Menggunakan Pendekatan yuridis sosiologis (Z.Ali,2014) adalah dengan tujuan melihat dan menganalisis aspek aspek hukum yang terjadi dalam masyarakat serta mengidentifikasi masalah yang terjadi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sengketa tapal batas di Distrik Moraid adalah menjadi beban dan tanggung jawab Dewan Adat yang harus diselesaikan secara transparan dan terbuka kepada masyarakat tanpa ada kepentingan dan intervensi dari Pemerintah Daerah kedua wilayah, sehingga dalam keputusan Dewan Adat dapat menjadi rujukan perdamaian dan solusi bagi pihak pihak yang bertikai sesuai dengan kaidah hukum adat dan nilai nilai kearifan lokal yang berlaku. Atau jika belum memenuhi harapan maka dapat melakukan gugatan melalui Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara dan Mahkamah Konstitusi.

In 2024 Joko Widodo will end his tenure as President with a series of polemics at the end of his tenure. He was considered not neutral in the presidential election contest because he openly stated that he would not be neutral for the sake of the nation and state. His statement immediately received responses from various groups because he considered that what Jokowi was doing was a step to secure various projects that are still experiencing problems, such as the National Capital project which is still hampered by development investment and the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Railroad project which is experiencing swelling. cost. President Jokowi's policies must certainly receive an evaluation so that in the future what has not been done by Jokowi can be followed up by the next President, especially employment and poverty problems which until now have not been optimally resolved. This research was conducted to assess President Jokowi's performance by analyzing various sources so that it can be found what Jokowi has achieved and what he has not done. Seorang pemimpin sangat berperan besar dalam menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya suatu organisasi mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini ditentukan oleh gaya kepemimpinan yang dijalankan dalam organisasi tersebut. Bagi suatu negara, kepemimpinan seorang pemimpinan akan menentukan dalam mencapai tujuan negara yang juga erat kaitannya dengan pembangunan nasional. Persoalan pembangunan merupakan isu makro yang terus menjadi fokus pemerintah. Berbagai kebijakan pun dikeluarkan pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan pembangunan nasional. Namun, pembangunan dalam arti luas ini yang tidak hanya sebatas pembangunan infrastruktur secara fisik, masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis jenis-jenis model kepemimpinan, mengetahui permasalahan pembangunan di Indonesia dan merumuskan model kepemimpinan dalam mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan di Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu studi literatur. Kepemimpinan transformasional dapat merupakan model yang dapat dimiliki oleh seorang pemimpin nasional. Tercapai atau tidaknya pemerataan pembangunan di Indonesia akan ditentukan oleh seorang pemimpin nasional yang memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan nasional. Pemimpin nasional harus dapat memahami secara mendasar dan memetakan apa yang menjadi permasalahan pembangunan dan model pembangunan yang sedang berkembang, sehingga kebijakan yang dikeluarkan dapat tepat sasaran dan pemerataan pembangunan dapat diwujudkan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang Problematika Kebijakan Penetapan Ibu Kota Negara Dan Evaluasi Dampak Sosialnya. Penelitian ini didasarkan atas problematika yang sampai hari ini menjadi issue Nasional. Melalui metode analisis deskriptif diperkuat dengan pemikiran yang konstruktif serta berbagai literatur yang memiliki relevansi dengan kondisi terkini sesuai dengan fakta, penelitian ini menyajikan berbagai fenomena yang terjadi terhadap kebijakan penetapan Penajam Pasir Utara sebagai Ibu Kota Negara. Hasil dari Penelitian ini memberikan masukan kepada Pemerintah Pusat dan pihak-pihak terkait termasuk pemerintah daerah tentang Problematika dan dampak Sosial, ekonomi yang dirasakan baik langsung maupun tidak terhadap konstelasi kehidupan masyarakat, misalnya pelestarian nilai adat istiadat masyarakat disekitar IKN, Konflik sosial, peningkatan pendapatan serta pekerjaan baru bagi peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat bangsa dan negara.Â

This research is motivated by the issues faced by employees in receiving incentives that are not proportionate to their workload, the lack of balance between employee rights and obligations, including weak work ethics among employees. The purpose of this study is to analyze the provision of incentives at the Regional General Hospital of Bogor City. This research utilizes a descriptive analysis method with a population of 800 employees, from which a sample of 89 respondents is obtained using the Yamane formula. Data is collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. The collected data is then analyzed using the Likert scale and Weighted Mean Score. The research results show that the average value of all dimensions in the focus of incentive provision is 2.98 with a fairly good category. This is due to the existing mismatch between incentives and employee workloads, leading to implications for employee performance and service to the community accessing healthcare facilities.

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of ‘Bogor Kerja’ Program in Bogor City. There are still many people who do not know about ‘Bogor Kerja’ Program in which the availability of its information is presented on the website www.bogorkerja.kotabogor.go.id. The theory used in this research is the theory of Van Meter and Van Horn (1975). The method of this research is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation and interviews and then processed so that it can be presented as a research discussion. Data analysis techniques are carried out using data analysis techniques which include data reduction, data display, and conclusions or verification (conclusion drawing). The results of this research conclude that the implementation of ‘Bogor Kerja’ Program facilitates the community in providing the job vacancies, reduces the unemployment rates in Bogor City, and provides the wider employment opportunities, particularly for people of Bogor City.

The implementation of public service policies through online media is a service to facilitate the public in managing population documents. With this service, people do not need to queue at the Bogor City Disdukcapil office. This service policy is a form of application of presidential regulation number 95 of 2018 concerning online-based government systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of implementing service policies through online drive thru media at Disdukcapil Bogor City and the impact resulting from this policy. This research uses qualitative methods. Data was collected by interviews, observation and documentation. The data is then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the process of implementing public service policies through online drive thru at the Bogor City Disdukcapil which was seen from the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure had been carried out well. However, there are obstacles in the communication dimension, this is because there are still quite a lot of people who do not know and do not understand about the use of services through online drive thru media. On the other hand, this policy has had a positive impact. This can be seen from the fact that there are also many people who use services through online drive thru media. The implications of research on the implementation of public service policies through the online drive-thru media Disdukcapil Bogor City are theoretically good, but the resulting impact has not been maximized.

This research is motivated by the problem of effectiveness, efficiency and distribution of vaccines for Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in livestock in Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the implementation of vaccination policies on livestock in Bogor Regency and what factors support and do not support the implementation of FMD vaccination. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method using the model developed by George C. Edward III that policy implementation is influenced by 4 factors. Edward III that policy implementation is influenced by 4 (four) variables, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the implementation of FMD vaccination policy in Bogor District has been running well and successful in tackling FMD in livestock. The results include decreased FMD cases, improved livestock health and productivity. Communication, disposition, and bureaucratic structure variables are supporting factors for the successful implementation of FMD vaccination policy. Meanwhile, the resource dimension is a factor that does not support the implementation of FMD vaccination. This can be seen from the lack of staff (vaccination officers), inadequate vaccine storage (cool boxes), and lack of budget. Collaborative efforts with third parties (non-governmental organizations, private sector, universities) in terms of providing supporting facilities to ensure vaccine storage facilities meet the required standards and meet the availability of trained human resources.
