Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and organizational commitment on the employees of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati. The population in this study were all 64 people of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The total sample is 64 respondents. The variables in this study are motivation (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and employee work quality (Y). Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used: classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test. Multiple regression analysis, t test, F test (Fairness Test Model / Goodness Of Fit Model), test the coefficient of determination (R2), The results of this study are: 1). Motivation has an effect on the quality of work of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The test results show the t arithmetic value of 2.541, and using a significance limit of 0.05, while t table n = 64 is 1.998, then t arithmetic 2.541 > t table 1.998, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant < 0.05 or (0.002 < 0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of motivation on the quality of employee work. 2) Organizational commitment has an effect on the quality of work of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati employees. The test results show the t-count value is 2.952 and uses a significance limit of 0.05, while t-table n = 64 is 1.998, then t-count is 1.952 > t-table is 1.998, which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, significant <0.05 or ( 0.002 < 0.05). Thus it can be interpreted that there is a positive influence of organizational commitment on the quality of employee work. The suggestions given are: 1) Leaders of KSPPS Harapan Ummah Pati should motivate their employees to work by providing welfare assistance, providing a sense of security, encouraging employees to interact with each other and work together between subordinates and superiors and fellow co-workers, giving awards 2) Leaders of KSPPS Harapan employees The Pati people should pay more attention to the organization's commitment to employees, because some employees still feel that their work needs have not been fulfilled, and the leadership of the organization to be further improved, instilling in their hearts that employees will lose if they leave the organization

Abstract

The right HRM is the key to success in achieving an organizational goal. The existence of HRM in an organization aims to increase the contribution of employees in the organization. One of the successes of HRM is determined in growing employee organizational commitment. How far the organizational commitment of employees to the organization will greatly determine the achievement of organizational goals. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between organizational culture, compensation, and competence on organizational commitment at PT. Poncol Branch Pawnshop. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Pegadaian Branch Poncol, with a sample of 35 respondents. The variables in this study are organizational culture, compensation, and competence as independent variables and organizational commitment as the dependent variable. The sampling technique was carried out by the saturated sampling method (Census). The data used is primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and the analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the first hypothesis stated "there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on organizational commitment at PT. Pegadaian Branch Poncol with a value (t-count 3.724 > t table 1.696)", hypothesis II states "there is a positive and significant effect between compensation and organizational commitment at PT. Pegadaian Branch Poncol with a value (t-count 4,007 > t table 1,696)", hypothesis III states "there is a positive and significant influence between competence and organizational commitment at PT. Poncol Branch Pawnshop with a value (t-count 3.038 > t-table 1.696)”. The results of the f test are known to be positive and significant with a value (fcount of 10.090 > ftable 2.69) and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a figure of 43.7% based on (Adjusted R Square), which means that 43.7% of the independent variables can be explained by the dependent variable and the remaining 56.3% is influenced by other factors that are not researched. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, with the better the culture applied by the organization, it is expected to have a positive influence on organizational commitment. Compensation has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, it is necessary to optimize the incentive system so that it is more adapted to the duties and responsibilities of each employee. This is expected to increase employee productivity. Competence has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment, by increasing competence through skills, self-understanding and values ​​that exist within employees, it is hoped that employees can contribute more in increasing organizational commitment at PT. Abstract

The main objective of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of Islamic service quality and Islamic product attributes on brand loyalty through brand trust, and propose an empirical model to investigate this correlation. A total of 100 respondents from BMT/KSPPS NU Sejahtera customers in the city of Semarang filled out a questionnaire about brand loyalty, Islamic service quality, Islamic product attributes and brand trust. The results of the structural equation based on PLS SEM confirms that providing Islamic service quality can directly and significantly affect brand loyalty; while the attributes of Islamic products have no significant effect on brand loyalty. So there is a need for more improvements to the attributes of Islamic products in order to increase brand loyalty.

Abstract

As an industrial center area, Wirosari sub-district has the opportunity to develop a better tile industry, so that it will affect income levels. This study aims to determine the effect of capital and labor variables on the income of roof tile business actors, Sarip Hamlet, Karangasem Village, Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The total population in this study was 1,100 tile business actors. Determination of the sample in this study used the simple random sampling method, which means that each population is given equal rights and is randomly selected to be sampled. The sample in this study were 92 respondents with the calculation of the number of samples using the Slovin formula. The results of the multiple regression analysis equation from this study are known as follows: Y = 4.553 + 0.329X1 + 0.490X2 + e. The results of the data analysis carried out, the indicators used in this study are all valid and reliable. For the results of the classical assumption test, all data are normally distributed. The results of the t test show that capital has a partial or separate effect on the income of roof tile business actors in Karangasem village, Wirosari sub-district, Grobogan district with a t count (3.276) > t table (1.987) and a significant value of 0.001 <0.05. The results of the t test show that labor has a partial or separate effect on the income of tile business actors in Sarip Hamlet, Karangasem Village, Wirosari District, Grobogan Regency with a t count (4.426) > t table (1.987) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test in this study indicate that capital and labor have a proper effect on the income of roof tile business actors in Karangasem village, Wirosari sub-district, Grobogan district with an F count (15.038) > F table (3.099) and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. The test results for the coefficient of determination in this study were 0.253, which means that the independent variables (capital and labor) have an influence on the dependent variable (income) of 25.3%. Tile business actors are advised to strengthen and increase capital for business development and maintain business continuity. There needs to be an effort to increase capital by setting aside some of the remaining business results. This is done so that the business can develop properly. Not only capital, but labor needs to be considered by tile business actors by maintaining the existing workforce and adding workers so that tile production increases and can increase sales and income

Abstract

The population in this study is the entire sales team at the Kadokayuku company, amounting to 400 people. Then the sample is drawn using the Slovin formula into 80 samples. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is an influence of distribution channels on sales volume. This can be seen from the tcount of 3.296> t table 1.991 or p-value = 0.001 <α 0.05. (2) there is no effect of price on sales volume. This can be seen from the tcount of 0.359 <t table 1.991 or p-value = 0.721> 0.05. (3) there is the effect of promotion on sales volume. This can be seen from the tcount of 2.283> t table 1.991 or p-value = 0.025 <0.05. (4) there is an influence of distribution channels, prices, and promotions that together have a positive and significant effect on sales volume. This can be seen from the value of fcount 13.909> ft. 2.72 and p-value <α or 0,000 <0.05. Distribution, price and promotion channels need to be considered, because based on the results of the study, the three variables together have a considerable influence on the sales volume of the Kadokayuku company by 32.9%. Based on the magnitude of the influence it is expected that Kadokayuku companies can increase the number of distribution channels, carry out more effective and innovative promotions and in determining the selling price of products, the company does not only pay attention to profits and cover production costs, but must also look at the selling prices of competing products in order to compete with prices selling other companies so that they can increase the sales volume of the Kadokayuku company.

Abstract

ievement of the target of the Patra Jasa Semarang hotel in the last 3 years. Both profit oriented and social. Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang is also one of the leading hotels in the Central Java region. This success was obtained due to high employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment, leadership, compensation, motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were 150 employees at the Patra Jasa Semarang Hotel. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula in order to obtain 109 employees of Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang. The results of this study indicate that work environment variables and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the results obtained from the partial test (t test) for variable X1 with 0.001 (P <0.05) and variable X3 with a value of 0.006 (P <0.05) and for variables X2 Motivation and X4 Leadership there is no effect. on employee performance. It means that work environment variables and compensation can increase employee performance at Hotel Patrajasa Semarang. The higher the compensation, the higher the performance, and vice versa. For the variable work environment, the better the work environment in that place, the higher the employee performance at Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang. The motivation variable has no effect, it means that high motivation does not necessarily have an impact on employee performance and vice versa, while the leadership variable does not affect employee performance, it means that the better the leadership has less meaning in giving the effect of increasing employee performance at Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang. On the other hand, the lack of good leadership does not have a significant effect on the decline in employee performance at Hotel Patra Jasa Semarang. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive influence of work environment variables on employee performance, because the P-value of the work environment variable is 0.001 (P <0.05) so that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, there is no influence of leadership variables on employee performance, because the P-value in the leadership variable of 0.451 (P> 0.05) so that the proposed hypothesis is rejected.There is a positive influence of the compensation variable on employee performance, because the P-value of the compensation variable is 0.006 (P <0.05) so that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. the influence of the motivation variable on employee performance, because the P-value of the motivation variable is 0.733 (P> 0.05) so that the proposed hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

The increasing demands of the community for good government governance, has encouraged the central government and local governments to implement public accountability. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of public sector accounting and internal controls on the quality of the Semarang City Transportation Agency's financial reports. The population in this study were all 124 employees at the Semarang City Transportation Agency. The sample in this study used Cluster Random Sampling, which is a method of sampling by cluster. The population is divided into large sampling units called clusters. The results of this study indicate that the variables of the application of public sector accounting, internal control on the quality of financial reports have a positive and significant effect on the performance accountability of government agencies. This is indicated by the results obtained from the partial test (t test) for variable X1 with a value of 2.287> 1.96 with a significance of 0.037 <0.05 and for variable X2 with a value of 2.647> 1.96 with a significance of 0.012 <0.05. This means that if the public sector accounting reporting standards and supervision of the quality of financial reports can be improved, it will produce good accountability performance. The conclusion of this study is that the application of public sector accounting and internal supervision has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports, this indicates that the higher the application of public sector accounting and internal controls, the higher the quality of financial reports

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much financial compensation affects Employee Work Motivation at PDAM Tirta Bening Pati and to find out how much non- financial compensation affects Employee Work Motivation at PDAM Tirta Bening Pati. Based on previous research by Ulfah (2016) and Sahari ( 2016) argues that compensation is very important. Because through compensation for employees is an effort to improve performance, passion and work motivation in employees, the hypothesis in this study is: Financial compensation affects employee work motivation at PDAM Tirta Bening Pati, non-financial compensation affects employee work motivation in PDAM Tirta Bening Pati The population in this study were all employees of PDAM Tirta Bening Pati with a total of 190 people. The sample is 66 respondents. The test used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. Financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Non-financial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. The work motivation of the employees of PDAM Tirta Bening Pati can be maintained or improved so that the work that is the responsibility of the employees can be carried out properly.
