Abstract

This study aims to analyze the profitability of the pecel lele business. The study was conducted in Baturaja Timur District, OKU Regency, where the research location was chosen intentionally, because it was considered to be in accordance with the criteria needed in the study. The study was conducted using a survey method. While the sampling used the census method, which was 33 catfish pecel entrepreneurs. The purpose of the study was analyzed using the profitability formula, where previously the costs, revenues and income were also calculated each month from the pecel lele business. The results of the study showed that the pecel lele business was profitable because it had a profitability value of 104.98%.

Abstract

Konsumsi sayuran hidroponik mencerminkan perubahan pada cara pandang konsumen terhadap pangan dan pertanian saat ini. Sayuran hidroponik kini tersedia di supermarket, toko online, pasar tradisional dan pedagang sayuran eceran yang berkeliling. Kemudahan dalam memperoleh dan kesadaran manfaat kesehatan menjadikan sayuran hidroponik sebagai pilihan utama dan mendorong peningkatan budidaya sayuran secara hidroponik. Smart greenhouse sistem hidroponik pada budidaya sayuran hidroponik semakin penting dalam menghadapi berbagai isu lingkungan di sektor pertanian. Sistem hidroponik dapat menghemat lebih banyak air dibandingkan dengan sistem pertanian yang konvensional. Selain dapat mengurangi masalah erosi dan degradasi tanah sistem hidroponik juga efisien dalam penggunaan nutrisi dan pengurangan limbah yang mencemari lingkungan. Produksi sayuran dengan sistem hidroponik lebih memungkinkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sayuran berkelanjutan sepanjang waktu tanpa bergantung pada musim. Namun pengembangan smart greenhouse hidroponik Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) memiliki tantangan karena tingginya biaya awal dalam pembangunan dan pengadaan teknologi canggih. Melalui pendekatan analisis kuantitatif diketahui kebutuhan biaya rancang bangun smart greenhouse NFT seluas 450 m2 dengan 2.000 lubang tanam adalah sebesar Rp. 988.954.500-. Lamanya pengembalian biaya pembangunan smart greenhouse hidroponik NFT adalah 2 tahun 1 bulan tergolong ideal dibanding dengan umur bisnis sayuran hidroponik. Strategi skema pembiayaan melalui kemitraan antara sektor publik dan swasta, hibah maupun subsidi, serta pinjaman koperasi dan berbagai sumber keuangan lainnya akan sangat membantu dalam mendorong percepatan adopsi teknologi bagi petani skala usaha kecil.

Abstract

The abundant cassava commodity resources in Talang Aman Village are an opportunity to empower the Women Farmers Group (KWT) to play an important role in increasing the added value of cassava-based local products, one of which is through processing into Mustofa cassava. This service was carried out in Talang Aman Village, Batu Kuning Village, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency, with the aim of increasing the capacity of KWT in the processing, packaging, and marketing process of Mustofa Cassava. The approach used is participatory descriptive with training, mentoring, and evaluation methods for KWT members. The results of the Service show that this empowerment program has succeeded in improving the technical skills of KWT members in processing cassava into quality Mustofa Cassava, improving packaging designs and materials, and expanding marketing networks through digital media. In addition, there was an increase in KWT members' income by 30% after the program was implemented. The conclusion of this service is that empowerment based on intensive training and mentoring can increase the added value of local commodities and encourage women's economic independence in rural areas.ABSTRAKSumber daya komoditi singkong yang banyak di Desa Talang Aman menjadi peluang pemberdayaan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) untuk berperan penting dalam meningkatkan nilai tambah produk lokal berbasis singkong, salah satunya melalui pengolahan menjadi Singkong Mustofa. Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Desa Talang Aman, Kelurahan Batu Kuning, Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas KWT dalam proses pengolahan, pengemasan, dan pemasaran Singkong Mustofa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif partisipatif dengan metode pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi terhadap anggota KWT. Hasil Pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa program pemberdayaan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan teknis anggota KWT dalam mengolah singkong menjadi Singkong Mustofa yang berkualitas, memperbaiki desain dan bahan kemasan, serta memperluas jaringan pemasaran melalui media digital. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan pendapatan anggota KWT sebesar 30% setelah program dilaksanakan. Kesimpulan dari Pengabdian ini adalah bahwa pemberdayaan berbasis pelatihan dan pendampingan secara intensif dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah komoditas lokal serta mendorong kemandirian ekonomi perempuan di pedesaan.

Abstract

In the tempe making business, problems often occur that pose a high risk of loss. Production risk is the potential for undesirable events or conditions to occur that can disrupt or hinder the production process, resulting in a reduction in quality, quantity, or even stopping production. Business or activity of processing raw materials and semi-finished goods to add value and make a profit. This research aims to analyze the level of production risk experienced when processing soybeans as raw material for making tempeh in Buay Madang District, East OKU Regency. And to find out the amount of added value obtained from processing soybeans as raw material for making tempeh in Buay Madang District, East OKU Regency. The results of this research show that the business of processing soybeans into tempeh has an average total revenue received by tempeh producers of IDR 2,661,933. The tempeh business in Buay Madang District, OKU Timur, was declared to be protected from losses. This can be seen from the coefficient of variation (CV) value of less than 0.5, namely 0.02 and the lower limit (L) of more than 0, namely 2,581,731. and the business of processing soybeans into tempeh provides added value of IDR 1,368.32.

Abstract

Ecoprint is a textile printing technique that uses natural materials, such as leaves, flowers, and plant stems, to create patterns on fabric. This method is environmentally friendly, reduces the use of hazardous chemicals, and produces unique motifs that cannot be repeated. The process involves direct contact between organic materials and fabric, similar to batik techniques but without special tools. Ecoprint is increasingly popular in the world of art and fashion as a sustainable alternative. The target of this PKM is children in Marga Bhakti Village, so that they can learn about the dangers of synthetic dyes and natural dyes and foster environmental literacy. The method applied in this PKM activity is to directly train children in Marga Bhakti Village to carry out eco-print activities directly. This activity can improve the knowledge and skills of children in Marga Bhakti Village. By introducing and also practicing eco-printing through eco-print making training attended by children, it will be able to improve creativity, skills and foster environmental literacy.

Abstract

Penelitian pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan kesejahteraan ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Karya Jaya melalui pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair dari limbah rumah tangga. Metode pelatihan dan pendampingan digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibu-ibu dalam membuat Pupuk Organik Cair (POC). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan (90%), kesejahteraan ekonomi (85%), dan kualitas lingkungan (80%). Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Cair juga mengurangi volume sampah rumah tangga sebesar 70%. Kegiatan ini berpotensi sebagai model pengembangan ekonomi lokal berbasis lingkungan.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan ibu-ibu PKK di Desa Karya Jaya, Kecamatan Sinar Peninjauan, dalam mengembangkan produk ramah lingkungan melalui pemanfaatan daun pandan dan jeruk nipis sebagai bahan dasar sabun cuci. Metode pelatihan dan pendampingan digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ibu-ibu dalam membuat sabun cuci alami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk sabun cuci dari daun pandan dan jeruk nipis efektif membersihkan kotoran dan ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan kemampuan ekonomi ibu-ibu PKK. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan upaya lanjutan untuk mengembangkan dan memperluas penggunaan produk ramah lingkungan di masyarakat.

Abstract

This service aims to increase environmental awareness and knowledge of horticultural plants in elementary school students of Karya Jaya Village. The training method and introduction of horticultural plants were carried out for 1 month. The results showed an increase in environmental awareness by 85% and knowledge of horticultural plants by 90%. The introduction of horticultural plants as a medium for developing environmental awareness in elementary school students of Karya Jaya Village proved to be effective.ABSTRAKPengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan dan pengetahuan tanaman hortikultura pada siswa sekolah dasar Desa Karya Jaya. Metode pelatihan dan pengenalan tanaman hortikultura dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran lingkungan sebesar 85% dan pengetahuan tanaman hortikultura sebesar 90%. Pengenalan tanaman hortikultura sebagai media pengembangan kesadaran lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar Desa Karya Jaya terbukti efektif.

Abstract

This study has directions to find out the relation to find out the relationship between rice agents and supply chain stakeholders in East Baturaja District. This research method was carried out using a quantitative method in which the research used Spearman’s rank analysis.Information material was obtained by distributing questionnaires and information material obtained from rice agent business actors in East Baturaja District. The results of this study are the results of the relationship between rice agents and supply chain stakeholder in East Baturaja District, which consist of: capital, rice millers, retailers,labor, consumers and transportation. Of the six factors, three factors have a very close relationship with stakeholders to rice agents in East Baturaja District, namely capital rice agents, consumers and retailers, and three factors that have a very weak relationship with rice agent stakeholders in East Baturaja District.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is what factors influence the decision to buy pempek in the Baturaja market. So the author wants to examine more deeply about the factors that influence the decision to continue buying pempek in the Baturaja market. The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that influence the decision to buy pempek in the upper market. The research method used is survey method. The number of population in this study is not known with certainty. Sampling in this study was using "accidental sampling". The number of respondents was 100 respondents who bought fish pempek in various forms. The analysis used includes binary logistic regression, coefficient of determination test (Negelkerke's R Square), hypothesis testing which includes the wald test and omnibus test. X1), service quality (X2), product quality (X3), location (X4), and promotion (X5).
