Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk memudahkan pengelolaan siswa PKL dan PSG yang melakukan On Job Training (OJT) pada PT Astra Daihatsu International Cibubur yang beralamat di Jalan Alternatif Cibubur KM1 No.68 Cimanggis Depok sehingga data yang diproses akan lebih akurat serta mempermudah proses laporan data siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam perancangan Sistem Informasi Siswa PKL Dan PSG Pada PT.Astra International Daihatsu Cibubur ini adalah Research and Development dengan metode pengambilan data studi lapangan, yaitu melalui pengamatan langsung, wawancara dengan pihak terkait, dan melakukan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan informasi yang dibutuhkan. Selain itu, peneliti juga melakukan pengembangan sistem dengan metode Waterfall . Dalam membangun sistem ini, peneliti menggunakan alatbantu perancangan sistem yaitu Diagram Aliran Data (DAD) Konteks, Nol dan Rinci. Sistem informasi informasi ini dapat mempermudah pekerjaan PIC siswa PKL dan PSG dalam mengelola data siswa.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Siswa PKL dan PSG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem yang sedang berjalan, membuat perancangan sistem, melakukan analisis dan pengujian sistem serta untuk melakukan implementasi Sistem Penggajian Karyawan Pada PT ZTE Indonesia Berbasis Java. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam sistem pengolahan data yaitu teknik pengumpulan data seperti wawancara, observasi, serta melakukan penelitian kepustakaan yang relevan dengan masalah sistem penggajian karyawan. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakanmenggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil dari melakukan penelitian Mengembangkan proses-proses yang ada secara manual menjadi proses yang terkomputerisasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja pengolahan data penggajian karyawan PT. ZTE Indonesia dan Membuat sebuah sistem aplikasi untuk mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan gaji manager dapat melihat sebuah laporan penggajian.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di PT. Cim Esa Anughrah Depok dalam penyediaan bahan bangunan masih melakukan pencatatan manual di buku besar dalam masalah ini banyak terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan barang masuk dan barang keluar sehingga untuk pembuatan laporan kepada owner membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif yang bertujuan menganalisa kenyataan yang permasalahan yang terjadi di PT. Cim Esa Anugrah Depok. Tujuan dari penulisan ini agar PT.Cim Esa Anugrah Depok dapat memperoleh sistem informasi yang membantu dalam proses penyediaan bahan bangunan yang lebih efisien. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian penulis merancang aplikasi penyediaan bahan bangunan yang memudahkan dalam pengolahan data penyediaan bahan bangunan dan mempersingkat waktu dalam pembuatan laporan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

River abrasion is a natural disaster that causes land erosion due to strong water currents or waves, leading to significant impacts on human settlements and land use. This study analyzes the extent of land loss and changes in settlement patterns caused by river abrasion in Muara Sampara Village, Kapoiala District, Konawe Regency, from 2014 to 2024. Using a Geographic Information System (GIS) approach with high-resolution satellite imagery, overlay analysis was conducted to determine the spatial dynamics of land use and the extent of areas affected by abrasion. The results show that the total land area of the village decreased by 3.23 hectares over ten years, with the highest rate of abrasion occurring between 2016 and 2018. The analysis also indicates a gradual shift in settlement patterns from riverbanks toward safer central areas of the village, reflecting community adaptation to environmental changes. These findings provide crucial spatial information to support local government policies on riverbank management, disaster mitigation, and sustainable land use planning

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance students' understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in agribusiness at SMKN PP Lembang using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach. The program involved 120 grade XII students and included a pre-test, material presentation, discussions, and a post-test to evaluate knowledge improvement. The pre-test average score was 58%, while the post-test average rose to 85%, showing a 27% improvement in comprehension. The most notable improvements were seen in topics such as CRM tools, customer segmentation, and digital marketing strategies. The findings highlight the effectiveness of integrating CRM education into vocational training to equip students with practical business skills and decision-making capabilities.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal and analyze the cultural values contained in the novel Tenggelamnya Kapal Van der Wijck by Hamka. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method to examine the representation of Minangkabau culture in the story. The results of the study conclude that the novel is rich in cultural values, especially those of Minangkabau, and highlights the conflict between traditional and modern values. The Minangkabau society is depicted as deeply rooted in customs, including a matrilineal kinship system and a strong family role in matchmaking. Cultural values influence social values, as reflected in the strong social hierarchy between the aristocracy ("blue-blooded" nobles) and common people. Social conflict between social status values and personal values (such as love, education, and morality) becomes the central theme. The love between Zainuddin and Hayati is tested by cultural pressures but remains emotionally eternal as a reflection of loyalty, sacrifice, and true love despite their separation. The novel emphasizes the importance of justice, modesty, and valuing individuals based on character rather than lineage or wealth. It strongly criticizes social inequality rooted in unjust cultural norms, while highlighting noble values such as education, loyalty, and morality. Tenggelamnya Kapal Van der Wijck is a reflection of the struggle between tradition and human conscience.

Abstract

The online food delivery trend has become rapid due to the COVID-19 incident, which limited mobility, while the broader challenge in the online food delivery system is maximizing quality of service (QoS). However, studies show that driver selection and delivery time are important in customer satisfaction. The solution is our research aim, which is the selection of optimal drivers for online food delivery using random forest regression and the genetic algorithm (GA) method. Our research contribution is a novel approach to minimizing delivery time in online food delivery by combining a random forest regression model and genetic algorithms. We compare random forest regression with three other state-of-the-art regression models: linear regression, k-nearest neighbor (KNN), and adaptive boosting (AdaBoost) regression. We compare the four models with metrics including , mean squared error (MSE), root mean squared error (RMSE), mean total error (MAE), and mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). We use the optimum model as the fitness function in GA. The test results show that random forest performs better than linear, KNN, and AdaBoost regression, with an , RMSE, and MAE value of 0.98, 54.3, and 11, respectively. We leverage the optimum random forest regression model as the GA fitness function. The best efficiency is reducing the delivery time from 54 to 15 minutes, achieved through rigorous testing on various cases. In addition, by completing this research, we also achieve some practical implications, such as an increase in customer satisfaction, a reduction in cost, and a paramount finding in the field of data-driven decision-making. The first key finding is an optimum driver selection model in random forest regression, while the second is an optimum driver selection model in GA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui derajat implementasi kebijakan smart campus di Universitas Tadulako sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan perguruan tinggi. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan model implementasi kebijakan Merilee S. Grindle dengan mempertimbangkan pendekatan kerangka kerja smart campus oleh Ken Polin dan Josephine Sulasula. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif melalui pengumpulan data pokok terhadap studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Validitas informasi yang dikumpulkan dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap sejumlah informan kunci dan informan pendukung. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inisiasi dan program kebijakan smart campus telah disusun secara sistemik dan strategis dengan tetap memperhatikan konteks pengaruh yang diberikan atas faktor-faktor implementasinya. Namun demikian, masih terdapat kekurangan terhadap tindakan-tindakan admnistratif yang masih mempengaruhi konsolidasi pimpinan dan unit kerja terkait dengan kesepahaman kebijakan dan regulasi yang ditentukan. Disamping itu, penerimaan dan perubahan terhadap sivitas akademika sebagai hasil indikator keberhasilan atas implementasi program kebijakan sudah dapat diamati melalui restrukturisasi anggaran, adaptasi teknologi, serta kerja sama kolaboratif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengguna (user-centered) sistem e-commerce dengan studi kasus pada situs belanja online Shoope, Tokopedia dan Lazada terhadap keputusan pembelian pada mahasiswa FTI UNISKA Banjarmasin. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online kepada 127 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa FTI UNISKA Banjarmasin. Data yang diperoleh diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis Business-to-Consumer (B2C) dan Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) di mana produk atau jasa dijual oleh perusahaan kepada konsumen akhir dan konsumen bisa juga menjual kembali kepada konsumen lainnya. Contoh: Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee. Setelah melakukan analisis dan pengujian, dapat disimpulkan dari 13 komponen identifikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian secara online, aplikasi Shopee yang lebih Puas atau dibeli oleh responden  sebesar 80 % dan hasil ini dapat dijadikan rujukan oleh pengembang aplikasi marketplace yang ada di Indonesia.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the government, through the Indonesian National Police (POLRI), has just released a new regulation, the Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE). A traffic ticket policy is carried out electronically through camera monitoring connected directly to the vehicle registration certificates (STNK) database. The government can measure people's likes or dislikes of these public policies through sentiment analysis. There have been studies that have applied sentiment analysis to find out people's responses to ETLE. However, in terms of performance, this model only has an accuracy of 0.42. This study proposes the use of a support vector machine (SVM), term frequency-inversed document frequency (TF-IDF), and mean decrease in impurity (MDI) to evaluate polarization sentiment analysis on ETLE policies. First, we retrieve tweets about ETLE from Twitter. Then we do text analysis pre-processing and the remove stop words process. The next step is to carry out the TF-IDF process. We apply two feature selection methods for our comparison: MDI and recurrent feature elimination (RFE). Next, we compare two classification models, namely naïve Bayes and SVM. Some  of the metrics that we use to evaluate the pre-processing stage are the probability density function (PDF) and the t-test. We use the bag of words (BoW) to evaluate the remove stop words stage. Finally, sensitivity, specificity, and the receiver operating curve (ROC) are for evaluating feature selection methods and classification methods. The test results show that TF-IDF produces 1,022 new features. The combination of the methods we used resulted in the six models we compared. SVM+TF-IDF+MDI is the model with the best performance compared to the other five models. Accuracy and area under curve (AUC) scores are 0.99 and 0.97, respectively.
