Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of patient safety culture at Kimia Farma Kosambi Karawang Clinic using a mixed methods approach with a sequential exploratory design. The research is motivated by the importance of safety culture as an indicator of healthcare service quality, especially considering the continued occurrence of incidents such as patient falls and the use of non- sterile equipment. The qualitative method involved in-depth interviews and observations of medical staff and management, while the quantitative method used a questionnaire based on 12 dimensions from AHRQ and was analyzed using SPSS. The findings show that active involvement of management, compliance of healthcare workers, and effective communication significantly contribute to the development of a strong safety culture. Identified barriers include low incident reporting, limited regular training, and weak inter-team collaboration. Recommended strategies include strengthening transformational leadership, implementing a non-punitive reporting system, SBAR communication training, and integrating local values into the organizational culture. The study concludes that the success of safety culture implementation highly depends on collaboration between management and healthcare workers in building a safe, adaptive, and sustainable service system, while also offering theoretical and practical contributions to the development of safety culture in primary healthcare settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis proses pemberdayaan pemulung dalam pengelolaan sampah dan penguatan ekowisata, fokus pada strategi pemberdayaan, dinamika sosial, serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan dan keberlanjutan destinasi melalui tahapan penyadaran, peningkatan kapasitas, dan pendayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap penyadaran berhasil menggeser persepsi pemulung dari status marginal menjadi agen perubahan, pemahaman kritis atas nilai ekonomi dan ekologis sampah terbukti melalui partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan bank sampah serta program edukasi. Peningkatan kapasitas menghasilkan kenaikan keterampilan teknis dan kewirausahaan, penguatan modal manusia dan modal sosial melalui kelompok kerja, koperasi, dan praktik produksi bernilai tambah seperti anyaman eceng gondok dan pengolahan kompos, yang berdampak pada diversifikasi pendapatan rumah tangga. Pendayaan menegaskan institusionalisasi manfaat melalui koperasi, Sekolah Alam yang memfasilitasi redistribusi manfaat, akses kredit, dan legitimasi sosial bagi pemulung. Dari perspektif sosiologis, proses ini merepresentasikan transformasi identitas dan struktur sosial yang meningkatkan integrasi komunitas, solidaritas, dan kemandirian ekonomi berbasis ekowisata. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kelembagaan pemulung melalui dukungan pemerintah dan kolaborasi multi pihak agar pemberdayaan dan ekowisata berbasis sampah berkelanjutan dapat berkembang secara inklusif dan mandiri.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of educational content, podcasts, and patient testimonials on Instagram on Generation Z's willingness to seek treatment at M Hospital Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 125 Generation Z respondents who actively use Instagram, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires containing indicators for educational content, podcasts, patient testimonials, and treatment interest variables. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the effect of each variable on treatment interest. The findings reveal that all three variables educational content, podcasts, and patient testimonials significantly influence Generation Z's interest in seeking treatment at M Hospital Jakarta. Educational content demonstrates a positive and significant effect (coefficient 0.298, p < 0.05), podcasts show a positive and significant impact (coefficient 0.352, p < 0.05), and patient testimonials exhibit a positive and significant influence (coefficient 0.287, p < 0.05). Simultaneously, these three variables account for 69.1% of the variance in treatment interest (R² = 0.691, F = 89.941, p < 0.001). These results indicate that health-related content designed attractively and educatively on social media, particularly Instagram, can enhance Generation Z's trust and motivation to utilize healthcare services, while strengthening hospital promotional strategies. This research provides valuable implications for hospitals in designing appropriate and effective social media-based promotional strategies to reach younger generations. Through engaging and educational content, podcasts, and patient testimonials, hospitals can increase treatment interest and build a positive image among Generation Z, who are increasingly active in the digital media landscape

Abstract

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) merupakan kebijakan publik di Indonesia yang bertujuan meningkatkan gizi anak-anak usia sekolah serta mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan. Namun, di era digital, program ini menghadapi tantangan terkait legitimasi akibat maraknya disinformasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis bentuk disinformasi, persepsi masyarakat, dan dampaknya terhadap legitimasi kebijakan MBG. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disinformasi muncul dalam bentuk narasi politisasi program, isu kualitas makanan, dan persepsi negatif terkait anggaran, yang memengaruhi sikap masyarakat; sebagian mendukung karena manfaat langsung, sementara sebagian lain bersikap skeptis terhadap niat pemerintah. Rendahnya literasi digital dan komunikasi publik yang bersifat top-down memperkuat penyebaran informasi tidak akurat sehingga mengurangi partisipasi dan kepercayaan masyarakat. Legitimasi kebijakan publik dalam konteks ini tidak hanya ditentukan oleh efektivitas program, tetapi juga oleh kemampuan pemerintah membangun interaksi sosial dan partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penguatan legitimasi MBG memerlukan strategi komunikasi yang transparan, edukasi literasi digital, pelibatan aktif masyarakat, serta sistem klarifikasi cepat terhadap informasi palsu. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang program publik yang lebih efektif dan mampu mempertahankan legitimasi di tengah tantangan disinformasi.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education, training, and work experience on employee competence at Mall X in Bandung City. The research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach. The population consists of 110 active employees at Mall X, utilizing a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 19. The results indicate that: (1) education has a negative and significant effect on employee competence (t-value = 9.517, p < 0.05); (2) training has a positive and significant effect on employee competence (t-value = 23.218, p < 0.05); (3) work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee competence (t-value = 7.153, p < 0.05); and (4) simultaneously, education, training, and work experience significantly influence employee competence (F-value = 384.034, p < 0.05) with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 91.6%. These findings suggest that while formal education may not directly enhance competence in hard service operations, structured training programs and accumulated work experience significantly contribute to employee competence development in the retail industry.

Abstract

This research focuses on understanding how workforce roles and interactions influence productivity in the pharmaceutical industry, using a case study at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Gunung Putri, Bogor. The researchers believe that productivity is not solely determined by technical and procedural aspects but is also shaped by the social dynamics of the workplace. This study employed a qualitative approach, combining literature review, field observations, and in-depth interviews with several employees at PT Novell. This method was used to understand daily work practices in a production environment subject to strict regulations. The findings indicate that a clear division of roles plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth work coordination and reducing the potential for operational errors. Furthermore, the quality of social interactions among workers tends to influence the effectiveness of collaboration, particularly in processes that demand precision and consistency. These findings demonstrate that productivity in the pharmaceutical industry needs to be understood as a result of a combination of technical and social aspects, making a sociological perspective relevant in human resource management.

Abstract

Produktivitas tenaga keperawatan merupakan faktor penting dalam menjamin mutu pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kepuasan kerja, dan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja perawat serta dampaknya terhadap produktivitas kerja di Rumah Sakit Medina Garut Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif.. Penelitian bersifat analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional, melibatkan 146 perawat sebagai sampel melalui teknik purposive sampling. Variabel pelatihan (X1), kepuasan kerja (X2), insentif (X3), kinerja (Y), dan produktivitas (Z) diukur melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan path analysis berbasis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, kepuasan kerja, dan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dengan nilai t hitung masing-masing 8,247; 9,678; dan 9,715 (p-value 0,000). Secara simultan, ketiga variabel memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (F hitung 313,990 > 2,668). Kontribusi terbesar berasal dari kepuasan kerja (45,4%), diikuti insentif (26,8%) dan pelatihan (14,6%). Selanjutnya, kinerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas dengan t hitung 11,565 dan kontribusi 65,3%. Analisis mediasi juga menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan, kepuasan, dan insentif memengaruhi produktivitas melalui kinerja (F hitung 66,043 > 2,436). Triangulasi data dilakukan untuk memperkuat validitas temuan. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar penting bagi perumusan kebijakan pengembangan produktivitas yang efektif dan berkelanjutan di RS Medina Garut.
