Sebenarnya yang dinamakan gender ialah perbedaan antara perempuan dan laki-laki yang bukan biologis maupun kodrat Tuhan. Gender adalah suatu anggapan yang disematkan oleh masyarakat kepada seseorang yang dianggap sebagai suatu kebiasaan pada umumnya. Gender itu selalu berubah dari waktu ke waktu, tempat ke tempat, hingga kelas ke kelas. Adapaun jenis kelamin (seks) tidak akan pernah mengalami perubahan. Selama ini, perempuan dipahami sebagai makhluk lemah yang hanya tinggal di rumah, mengurus semua pekerjaan yang berehubungan dengan sektor domestik, tidak boleh keluar rumah dan tidak boleh berinteraksi dengan kaum laki-laki. Telah lama sekali tatanan ini dianggap cukup mapan sebagai sesuatu yang alamiah bahkan oleh kaum perempuan sendiri. Padahal dalam Islam sendiri tidak membeda-bedakan antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Islam sebagai rahmat seluruh alam (rahmatan lil alamin) mengangkat derajat dan posisi perempuan. Perempuan pada masa jahiliah tidak dihargai, namun dengan kedatangan Islam ia mendapatkan tempat terhormat.

Mawaris law is still used in midst of community life. The implementation of mawaris law in Indonesia is based on customary law and islamic law. Islamic law is used because the majority of the population in Indonesia is moslem, while customary law is used because the plurality of various region and another differs according to customary law in force in the community. One of them is in Perdopo village, Gunung Wungkal district, Pati regency, Central Java province. There are two forms of implementation of mawaris law in the village of Perdopo, namely the distribution of inheritance based on customary law and the distribution of inheritance based on islamic law. If in the implementation of the mawaris law conflict occurs then reconciliation is held. Local religious leaders consider that reconciliation is also justified in islamic sharia, because inheritance is still included in matters relating to muamalah whose implementation is left to the people, provided that in the case there is no dispute. In this case the implementation of the distribution of inheritance is based on what was agreed by the relevant parties and carried out for mutual benefit.

This research is motivated by developing technology. Pesantren have the choice to adapt to technology or reject it. Both choices have their respective impacts. This study aims to explain the adaptation to the use of technology in the Darul Ulum Pesantren in Kudus and how the position of the Pesantren Kyai after the use of technology. The research method used is a qualitative research method through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and data verification. Search data using interviews, observation, and documentation. The object of this research is the Pesantren program related to the application of technology and the communication process of Kyai with Pesantren residents. The findings of this study state that Darul Ulum Kudus Pesantren is conducting an adaptation process to technological advances by approaching education, digital literacy, and the virtual Qur’an. Pesantren utilizes Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. This causes the existence of Pesantren outside to be better, meaning that more people know and know about the programs Pesantren. However, it causes a decrease in the sacredness of the Kyai for his santri. Kyai becomes dialogic and democratic rather than authoritarian. This research implies that Islamic boarding schools that choose to adapt to technological developments will change the authority of the Kyai. But the Kyai also has the authority to make his Pesantren adapt to technology or reject technology.

Darul Abror Islamic Boarding School in Purwokerto is one of the Islamic boarding schools that strive for the national spirit of the students through a national space called Pancasila Corner. This study aims to describe the form of Pancasila Corner activities at Darul Abror Islamic Boarding School and the students’ national motivations through Pancasila Corner. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by analyzing data from interviews with students and boarding school administrators, field observations, and documentation. The results of this study are: The Pancasila Corner is a scientific forum for discussing Santri’s nationality that provides national literacy. The available national literacy includes historical, political, legal and human rights literacy and contemporary national discourse with academics as facilitators. Santri gets the strengthening of national values in the form of righteousness to God Almighty, the value of tolerance, the value of love for the homeland, the value of cooperation and democratic values.

This research aims to evaluate fiqh learning during the Covid 19 pandemic using the CIPP model at MTsN in Kudus Regency. The research data analysis used is qualitative. This research concludes that the Covid 19 pandemic requires the use of e-learning as a means of learning. E-learning is organized to make learning easier for educators and students during distance learning. This system can be called an effective and efficient system. The characteristics of educators and students are said to be able to master the technology used for learning so that they can support the implementation of e-learning. The availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure, such as laptops and internet networks. For computers/laptops, the Madrasah makes it mandatory for students. The e-learning learning process makes things very easy for educators and students, both in terms of understanding and use. The final results of e-learning during the pandemic decreased but were not significant. The funds needed to implement e-learning are quite large, but this is not a worry for the madrasah because the system is supported by School Operational Assistance. Good interactions occur during e-learning so that fatal obstacles are rarely encountered. Because various stakeholders maximize their interactions so that they can produce learning that has a good impact and effectiveness in e-learning can be created.

The Covid-19 pandemic has now resulted in all activities changing, one of which is education. This change is feared that there will be a setback in the future of Islamic Religious Education. The issuance of an SKB (joint decree) regarding the implementation of learning at the beginning of the 2020/2021 academic year carried out by four ministers and the Decree of the Director-General of Islamic Education Number 2791 of 2020 concerning Emergency Curriculum Guidelines for Madrasas hereby as evidence that Islamic Religious Education supports learning during the covid-19 pandemic. Following the policy of the decree, Islamic Religious Education also adapts according to the conditions of doing social and physical distancing, Work From Home (WHF) Policies, Learning From Home (BDR) using an online learning system. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive method. The purpose of this study is to discuss the redesign of the PAI learning model during the Covid-19 pandemic. The indications from the ministerial decision above show that it is time for reorientation and the format of Islamic education learning is starting to need acceleration. The period of the Covid-19 pandemic demands that the adaptation of Islamic Religious Education is a must to answer the existing challenges

The practice of euthanasia in medicine has become a topic that raises various discussions when viewed from different points of view. The existence of differences of opinion that arise from the practice of euthanasia is normal because the practice is related to human life. Based on this, this scientific study aims to determine euthanasia from a moral perspective, a medical code of ethics and in the perspective of Islamic law. The process of collecting data from scientific studies was carried out by means of literature research using qualitative descriptive methods in presenting and analyzing the data obtained. The results of the study show how euthanasia practices are in accordance with the medical code of ethics, moral views and how the law is in Islam.Praktik Euthanasia dalam kedokteran menjadi hal yang menimbulkan berbagai perbincangan bila dilihat dari sudut pandang yang berbeda. Adanya perbedaan pendapat yang muncul dari praktik euthanasia merupakan suatu kewajaran karena praktik tersebut berhubungan dengan nyawa manusia. Berdasarkan hal tersebut studi ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui euthanasia dalam pandangan moral, kode etik kedokteran dan dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Proses pengumpulan data studi ilmiah ini dilakukan dengan cara penelitian literatur menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dalam penyajian dan anlisis data yang diperoleh. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bagaimana praktik euthanasia yang sesuai kode etik kedokteran, pandangan moral dan bagaimana hukumnya dalam agama Islam.

This study examines the management of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) in fostering students' literacy interest at Al Ishom Jepara Middle School. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the GLS program is implemented in three stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation. The planning stage involves setting program objectives, assessing available resources, and forming a GLS team. The implementation stage consists of routine activities such as reading Asmaul Husna, library visits, and Quran recitation, followed by development activities like creating reading corners and wall magazines. The learning stage includes short story writing, Quran reading and writing (BTQ), and scientific extracurricular activities. The evaluation stage indicates that the program has been effective in enhancing students' reading and writing skills. The study concludes that a well-structured GLS program significantly contributes to literacy development. It is recommended that schools continuously optimize resources, encourage student participation, and integrate literacy programs into daily learning activities to sustain long-term literacy interest.

A direct order from Allah stated in his kalam namely Al-Qur’an and included the fourth pillar of Islam is zakat. Allah rules those who are able to pay zakat and give it to those who are entitled to receive or mustahiqqin. There are some assets that must be subject to zakat, one of them is zakat rented land. The obligation of zakat on rented land is a difference of opinion among the scholars, including among them who is obliged to pay zakat on leased land. In this application there is still a debate between land owners or land tenants. Imam Hanafi and the ulama 'hanafiyyah are the obligations of the renting party, while Imam Syafi'i and the Syafi'i ulama are of the opinion of the tenant's obligation, this has the opportunity to be compared.

Islamic religious education is very important for every individual who is Muslim. Each madrasa teaches Islamic religious education to produce good and quality graduates. In memorizing al-Qur'an, a proper method is needed so that the memorizer is not only memorized but is able to recite verses with the correct machroj. The research was carried out by field research through interviews with the teachers of Tahfidz Qur'an and the principal of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Islamiyah Blingoh. The research aims to determine how the learning process, the learning methods applied, and the factors that support and hinder students in carrying out the Tahfidz learning process. This can be seen from the attention and efforts of the ustadz who guide and guide students in memorizing the Qur'an. In the learning Tahfidz Qur'an, there are things that must be considered, namely arranging the intention to seek the pleasure of Allah SWT. The methods used in the Tahfidz Qur'an learning are Bin-Nadhar, talaqqi, tahfidz and murojaah. During the process of Tahfidz activities, there are supporting factors for students in the learning process, such as motivation, careful self-preparation, age factors, timing, potential for memory and intelligence as well as a comfortable place to memorize. In addition, it is a factor that hinders students from carrying out the learning process. Namely, lack of self-motivation to memorize, lack of interest in talents, commit actions that lead to sinful acts, and decreased physical health.
