Abstract

Abstract This article discusses the management of the formation of a research culture in MAN 2 Kudus students. The research is motivated by the lack of educational institutions that carry out research development. This research aims to determine the inclusion of research culture at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kudus, the MAN 2 Kudus Research Curriculum, and the management of establishing a MAN 2 Kudus research culture for its students. This type of research, in analyzing data, uses a qualitative approach with interviews and observations, intended for the researcher to reveal and describe in depth. The results of the research show that the introduction of research culture at MAN 2 Kudus began with Mr. and Mrs. Teachers of MAN 2 Kudus after returning from their academic research development training activities. g getting research academic assignments in its own madrasah, MAN 2 Kudus formed a Research curriculum to regulate the development of research culture in students, MAN 2 Kudus carried out stage management in forming a research culture in MAN 2 Kudus students by including research in local content subjects. Abstrak Artikel ini membahas mengenai manajemen pembentukan budaya riset (Research Culture) pada siswa MAN 2 Kudus. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya lembaga Pendidikan yang melakukan pengembangkan riset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui masuknya budaya riset di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Kudus, Kurikulum Riset MAN 2 Kudus, dan manajemen pembentukan budaya riset MAN 2 Kudus bagi Siswanya. Jenis Penelitian ini dalam menngali data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara dan Observasi, dimaksudkan agar peneliti mengungkap dan mendeskripsikan secara mendalam Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masuknya budaya riset di MAN 2 Kudus berawal dari  Bapak dan Ibu Guru MAN 2 Kudus  setelah pulang dari kegiatan pelatihan pengembangan akademik risetyan g mendapatkan tugas akedmik riset di madrasahnya sendiri, MAN 2 Kudus membentuk kurikulum Riset untuk mengatur perkembangan budaya penelitian pada siswa, MAN 2 Kudus melakukan manajemen tahapan tahapan dalam membentuk budaya riset pada siswa MAN 2 Kudus dengan memasukan Riset pada mata pelajaran muatan lokal. Abstract

This study explores the role of religious moderation education as a bullying prevention strategy among multireligious school students. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, which involves data mining through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research data was analyzed using data reduction, data display, and a conclusion drawn. Triangulation of sources and methods is used for data verification. The study results show that the bullying prevention strategy based on religious moderation education is carried out through, first, integrating religious moderation education into the educational curriculum. Second, the example of teachers in applying religious moderation. Third, students should be involved in religious moderation promotion activities. By emphasizing the importance of respecting differences, rejecting violence, and building solidarity among students, religious moderation is an effective tool to promote harmony in diversity. Overall, the results of this study support the idea that religious moderation can be a very effective strategy in preventing bullying and creating a safer and more comfortable learning atmosphere for all students.

Abstract

Pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan fase penting dalam pembentukan karakter, terutama dalam pengenalan dasar agama dan kebangsaan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan huruf hijaiyyah dan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui media permainan puzzle di TK Pertiwi Dukuhwaringin. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 4 anak kelompok A berusia 4–5 tahun, yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan puzzle sebagai media edukatif mampu meningkatkan minat dan antusiasme anak dalam belajar, memperkuat daya ingat, serta membantu pemahaman terhadap huruf hijaiyyah dan sila-sila Pancasila. Selain itu, keterlibatan guru sebagai fasilitator sangat berperan dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan dan interaktif. Kesimpulannya, permainan puzzle dapat menjadi strategi pembelajaran efektif untuk menanamkan nilai religius dan nasionalisme sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools aim to cultivate generations that are academically competent and morally virtuous. The Qur'an Tahfidz program at Pondok Pesantren Yanabiul Ulum Warrahmah (PPYUR) extends beyond mere memorization to instill values of discipline and responsibility. The second-grade Tahfidz class represents a critical phase where these values begin to be systematically formed, warranting further investigation. This study seeks to describe and analyze the process of embedding discipline and responsibility values, while examining their impact on second-grade students at Pondok Pesantren Yanabiul Ulum Warrahmah (PPYUR). Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, data was gathered through participant observation, interviews with instructors and students, and document analysis. The data underwent interactive analysis involving reduction, presentation, and verification to ensure validity. The findings demonstrate the program's effectiveness in fostering discipline and responsibility through structured routines including daily memorization targets, muroja'ah, sima'an (recitation assessment), and a partnership system. The instructors' role as direct mentors and exemplars proved pivotal to this success. This research is expected to serve as an evaluative resource for enhancing the integration of Tahfidz programs with character education in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well the NYAJI method works to enhance students' cognitive abilities and motivation in the Nahwu subjects. The type of research used is quasi-experimental with posttest-only control group design. The study sample consisted of all 10th and 11th students with a total of 466 students. Sampling technique using is random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaires to measure students' learning motivation and test sheet for the cognitive abilities. The data analysis used is Mann-Whitney test for the cognitive abilities. The results of the study was the classes that employ the NYAJI method differ from those that do not in that the former have higher cognitive abilities.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan memberikan pemahaman dan penguatan terkait dengan moderasi bergama. Kegiatan ini untuk memperkuat persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa terutama didesa balong. Metode yang dilakukan melalui lima tahap yaitu analisis target, survei lokasi, perizinan, koordinasi dan pelaksanaan. Pada tahap pelaksanaan dilaksanakan dengan workshop moderasi beragama berupa materi mengenai nilai-nilai moderat dalam beragama dan kebangsaan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi di bidang ilmu pengetahuan yaitu pada ilmu sosial, agama, sejarah, dan kebangsaan kepada Masyarakat di desa Balong Kabupaten Blora.

Abstract

Curriculum innovation is a strategic necessity in Islamic education, especially in madrasahs, to address contemporary challenges while preserving the religious values that form the core of Islamic educational identity. This study aims to analyze the form and implementation of pesantren-based curriculum innovation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at Madrasah Aliyah Ma’ahid Kudus. The research employed a qualitative field study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the head of the madrasah, the vice principal of curriculum, PAI teachers, boarding school managers, and students; along with classroom observations, field preaching (PDL) activities, and supporting documentation. The results reveal that MA Ma’ahid has developed a curriculum innovation by integrating the national Merdeka Curriculum with the pesantren curriculum rooted in classical Islamic texts (kitab kuning). This integration is reflected in PAI learning through traditional pesantren methods such as sorogan, bandongan, memorization, and halaqah. Additionally, field preaching practice (PDL) is implemented as a co-curricular activity to enhance students’ character and social competence. Through PDL, students are directly involved in teaching, preaching, and engaging with the community through activities like sermons, competitions, and worship practice. The novelty of this study lies in its contextually integrated curriculum model based on local wisdom, combining cognitive and spiritual aspects while fostering students' practical, leadership, and communication skills. This research offers significant value by providing an alternative model for Islamic Religious Education that is relevant, applicable, and sustainable. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other pesantren-based madrasahs seeking to develop holistic curricula that prepare students to be religious, independent, socially engaged, and globally competitive individuals in the face of modern challenges.

Abstract

Madrasah Diniyah is a non-formal Islamic educational institution. To become a pend institution. Islam requires high seriousness and motivation, high seriousness and motivation so that the goals and expectations of Madrasah Diniyah are achieved. Madrasas must continue to be an inspiration and motivation in minimizing the current moral crisis by instilling good morals in students through Islamic religious learning. This research is classified as a descriptive qualitative research conducted at Madrasah Diniyah Babus Salam Blingoh Donorojo Jepara. The purpose of this study was to find out how to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Diniyah Babus Salam. While the method of data collection using the method of observation and interviews. From the results of the study, it can be said that in improving the quality of Madrasah Diniyah education there are three elements, namely input, process, and output, but in its realization there are many obstacles in improving the quality of education in the field, namely social and economic problems.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to answer the problem of how the competitiveness of Public Islamic Elementary School 1 Pati, Central Java and how to implement Islamic Elementary School-based education marketing mix management in increasing competitiveness in new student admissions. To obtain data, the research uses a naturalistic qualitative approach with multiple methods, namely interviews, observations, and document reviews. This research was conducted at Public Islamic Elementary School 1 Pati, Central Java. Sources of data were obtained from committee administrators, teachers, parents, and the community in Public Islamic Elementary School 1 Pati. The data analysis process is carried out by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that Public Islamic Elementary School 1 Pati carried out various socialization activities aimed at getting a large number of students. This is expected to be able to foster satisfaction for school residents which has an impact on the development of community sympathy. The success of Public Islamic Elementary School 1 Pati in gaining victory in the competition between educational institutions at the elementary level is due to successfully implementing marketing mix management that combines several elements, including products, financing, location, promotion, human resources, and facilities that are able to foster competitive and comparative advantages.Keywords: marketing mix management, madrasah competitiveness, education management strategy.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan bagaimana daya saing Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 1 Pati, Jawa Tengah dan bagaimana implementasi manajemen bauran pemasaran pendidikan berbasis Madrasah dalam meningkatkan daya saing pada penerimaan peserta didik baru. Untuk mendapatkan data, penelitian menggunakan jenis pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik dengan multi metode, yaitu wawancara, pengamatan, dan penelaahan dokumen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIN 1 Pati. Sumber data didapat dari pengurus komite, guru, orang tua siswa dan masyarakat di lingkungan MIN 1 Pati. Proses analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MIN 1 Pati melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan sosialisasi yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan peserta didik dalam jumlah besar. Hal ini diharapkan mampu menumbuhkan kepuasan bagi warga sekolah yang berdampak pada berkembangnya rasa simpati masyarakat. Keberhasilan MIN 1 Pati memperoleh kemenangan dalam persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan di tingkat dasar dikarenakan berhasil mengimplementasikan manajemen bauran pemasaran yang memadukan beberapa unsur, meliputi produk, pembiayaan, lokasi, promosi, sumber daya manusia, dan sarana yang mampu menumbuhkan keunggulan kompetitif dan komparatif.Kata kunci: manajemen bauran pemasaran, daya saing madrasah, strategi manajemen pendidikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Hidayatul Mustafidin. The strategy used in implementing the learning evaluation and the results of the evaluation of learning Islamic Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Hidayatul Mustafidin. In the research process the author uses a qualitative approach. The data collection is done by means of obsevation, interviews, and literature studies. the results of the research in general can be obtained that application of the evaluation of Islamic Religious Education learning at SMA Hidayatuk Mustafidin in addition to written methods such as daily test, midterm assessments, end of semester assessments, also seen the behavior of students so that when students behave less well, guidance will be given. It can be seen from the student activity forum such as tambourine, scouting, and student council activites. The impact obtained by students is expected to be able to behave well.
