Abstract

Diversifikasi olahan produk Bandeng merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mencukupi selera masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi ikan sebagai sumber protein. Dengan demikian, pengembangan produk ikan Bandeng tanpa duri menjadi produk dendeng akan mendorong minat petambak untuk melakukan produksi lebih baik lagi. Hal ini dikuatkan oleh Achmad dkk. (1993) yang menyatakan bahwa teknologi pengolahan ikan Bandeng yang semakin berkembang juga merangsang perkembangan budidaya Bandeng. Dalam usaha pemanfaatan ikan Bandeng, UKM Mentari Citra Lestari telah mengembangkan Bandeng segar tanpa duri, di Kabupaten Pangkep sebagai potensi penghasil ikan Bandeng di Sulawesi Selatan. Pengembangan olahan Bandeng tanpa duri dikembangkan di UKM Mentari Citra Lestrari dengan pembuatan dendeng Bandeng tanpa duri. Produksi dendeng Bandeng tanpa duri di UKM Mentari Citra Lestari dengan Program PPPUD tahun 2019 tiap bulan memproduksi rata-rata 1050 ekor/bulan Dendeng Bandeng tanpa duri dengan harga ikan segar Rp 5.000/ ekor setelah di buat dendeng Bandeng tanpa duri perbulan dijual Rp 15.000/ekor, jadi Rp 15.000 x 1050 ekor = 15.750.000 . Pembelian ikan bandeng Rp 5.000 x 1050 ekor = Rp. 5.250.000 -.Jadi Total Keuntungan kotor perbulan Rp. 15.750.000 – Rp 5.250.000 = Rp. 10.500.000. Keuntungan bersih = Keuntungan kotor - (bahan tambahan + gaji karyawan + pengemasan), jadi Keuntungan bersih Rp. 10.500.000 –(Rp.300.000 + Rp.525.000 + Rp189,000) = Rp 9.486.000,-( Sembilan juta empat ratus delapan puluh enam ribu rupiah). Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah (PPPUD) diharapkan dapat membantu pengembangan bahan baku ikan Bandeng sebagai potensi unggulan Kabupaten Pangkep. dengan program ini dapat memberikan nilai tambah dengan merubah produk primer menjadi produk sekunder atau produk akhir siap saji. Pengembangkan produk dendeng Bandeng tanpa duri yang berbahan bahan baku potensi unggulan Kabupaten Pangkep dapat dijadikan wirausaha yang berkembang.Kata Kunci: Ikan bandeng, Dendeng, Diversifikasi, Kewirausahaan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Diversifikasi olahan produk bandeng merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mencukupi selera masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi ikan sebagai sumber protein. Dengan demikian, pengembangan produk bandeng menjadi produk bandeng tanpa duri rasa parape akan mendorong minat petambak untuk melakukan produksi lebih baik lagi. Dalam usaha pemanfaatan ikan bandeng, UKM Mentari Citra Lestari telah mengembangkan bandeng segar tanpa duri rasa parape, di Kabupaten Pangkep sebagai potensi penghasil ikan bandeng di Sulawesi Selatan. Pengembangan produk  bandeng tanpa duri dikembangkan  di UKM Mentari Citra Lestari dengan pembuatan bandeng tanpa duri rasa parape di tahun 2020. Produksi sejak Januari sampai dengan Juni 2020, rata-rata 29 kg/bulan bandeng tanpa duri rasa parape, harga ikan segar Rp20.000,-/kg setelah dibuat bandeng tanpa duri rasa parape per bulan dijual  Rp120.000,-/kg, jadi Rp120.000,- x 29 kg = Rp3.480.000,-. Pembelian ikan bandeng Rp20.000,- x 29 kg = Rp580.000,- sehingga total keuntungan bersih per bulan Rp3.480.000.- – Rp2.820.000,- = Rp660.000,-. Keuntungan bersih = Keuntungan kotor - (bahan baku + bahan tambahan + es curah + air PDAM + gaji karyawan + pengemasan + listrik), jadi total selama 6 (enam) bulan = Rp3.960.000,-. Program Pengembangan Produk Unggulan Daerah (PPPUD) diharapkan  membantu pengembangan bahan baku ikan bandeng  sebagai potensi  unggulan Kabupaten Pangkep, program ini  memberikan nilai tambah dengan merubah produk primer menjadi produk sekunder atau produk akhir siap saji.  Pengembangan  produk  bandeng tanpa duri rasa parape dijadikan wirausaha. Kata kunci: Ikan bandeng, produk akhir, siap saji, rasa parape, wirausaha.   ABSTRACT Diversification of the processed milkfish products is one of the efforts to meet people's appetite for consuming fish as a source of protein. Thus, the development of a milkfish product to become a thornsless parape flavored milkfish product will encourage the interest of farmers to produce better. In an effort to utilize milkfish, SME Mentari Citra Lestari has developed fresh, thornless, parape-flavored milkfish in Pangkep Regency as a potential producer of milkfish in South Sulawesi. The development of thornless milkfish products was developed at the SME Mentari Citra Lestari by making parape-flavored thornless milkfish in 2020. Production from January to June 2020, averaged 29 kg / month of parape-flavored thornless milkfish, the price of fresh fish was IDR20,000/kg after making thornsless milkfish with parape flavored, the product was sold for IDR120,000/kg, therefore IDR120,000 x 29 kg = IDR3,480,000. Purchase of milkfish of IDR20,000 x 29 kg = IDR580,000 resulted in a the total net profit per month of IDR3,480,000 - IDR2,820,000 = IDR660,000. Net profit is calculated by reduce the gross profit with the cost (raw materials + additional materials + bulk ice + PDAM water + employee salaries + packaging + electricity). Hence, in 6 (six) months of IDR3,960,000. The Regional Leading Product Development Program (PPPUD) is expected to assist the development of raw material for milkfish as the superior potential of Pangkep Regency. This program provides added value by converting primary products into secondary products or ready-to-eat final products. The development of thornless milkfish products with parape-flavored was made entrepreneurial. Keywords: Milkfish, end product, ready-to-serve, parape taste, entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Herbal drinks are beverages made by infusing herbs in water, resulting in a drink with dregs. Innovation in food product fortification technology for the processing of ready-to-drink instant herbal beverages can be achieved by converting herbal drinks into instant products. This study aims to analyze the quality of instant herbal drinks, “secja”, enriched with the addition of sappanwood and Emprit Ginger. This study employed a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, utilizing a completely randomized factorial design. Data analysis was carried out using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test. The results showed that the quality of instant herbal drinks with the addition of 30 percent sappanwood extract concentration and 10 percent emprit ginger extract obtained a water content of 1.5 percent and a total sugar of 81 OBrix (SNI 011-4320-1996), polyphenols 38.21 mg GAE / 100 g, solubility 25.2 seconds, and hedonic tests of color, aroma, taste got criteria 4 (like).

Abstract

Jeruk Pamelo memiliki cita rasa manis, asam, dan segar karena banyak mengandung air dan mengandung vitamin B, provitamin A, vitamin B1, B2,dan asam folat. Setiap 100 gram jeruk bali mengandung 53 Kkal energi protein 0,6 g,lemak 0,2 g, karbohidrat 12,2 g, retinol 125 mcg, kalsium 23 mg, dan fosfor 27 mg. Kandungan lain seperti flavonoid, pektin, dan lycopene. Desa Allesipitoe Kecamatan Ma’rang Kabupaten Pangkep Sulawesi Selatan merupakan salah sentra budidaya jeruk pamelo dengan potensi areal 350 ha dengan jumlah 70.000 pohon. Sebagai komoditas pertanian unggulan kabupaten Pangkep jeruk pamelo memiliki potensi besar untuk dikembangkan sebagai produk olahan bernilai tambah. Produk olahan dari jeruk pamelo yang dimaksud salah satunya adalah sirup. Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini bertujuan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat desa Allesipitoe, untuk membuat minuman sirup buah dari jeruk pamelo. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pelaksanan kegiatan pengabdian adalah FGD dan pelatihan bahan baku potensi kabupaten Pangkep jeruk pamelo berfokus pelatihan bagaimana mengolah buah jeruk pamelo menjadi sirup dan selei untuk memberikan nilai tambah dari buah jeruk pamelo. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lancar sesuai dengan rencana yang telah disusun sebelumnya. Peserta kegiatan sangat terbantu dengan adanya kegiatan ini karena peserta mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan yang berkaitan dengan pengolahan jeruk pamelo mejadi sirup dan selei

Abstract

This study aims to explore the theological foundations of religious moderation through a Sufi exegetical approach and examine its relevance to the concept of religious moderation as formulated by Indonesia’s Ministry of Religious Affairs. The study analyzes three major works of Qur’anic exegesis: Ruh al-Ma‘ani fi Tafsir al-Qur’an al-‘Azim wa al-Sab‘i al-Matsani by Shihab al-Din al-Sayyid Mahmud al-Alusi (1217–1270 H), Lata’if al-Isharat by ‘Abd al-Karim ibn Hawazin al-Qushayri (d. 465 H), and Tafsir al-Azhar by Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah (Hamka, 1908–1981). The analysis focuses on three verses that reflect core values of moderation: QS. Al-Baqarah [2]:143, QS. Yunus [10]:99, and QS. Al-Nahl [16]:125. This research employs a qualitative method using a descriptive-analytical approach within the framework of library research. The findings indicate that all three exegetical interpretations—classical and modern—provide a robust theological basis for promoting religious moderation. They unanimously reject extremism and violence in the name of religion, emphasize balance in thought and practice, and uphold freedom of belief and the right to choose one’s faith. Furthermore, the exegetes advocate for a wise, educational, and culturally accommodating approach to religious propagation. These interpretations align closely with the framework of religious moderation proposed by the Ministry of Religious Affairs, which promotes peaceful religiosity, Islam as a mercy to all creation (rahmatan lil ‘alamin), and a strong commitment to the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and Pancasila as national consensus.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji kedudukan manusia dalam Islam sebagai makhluk ciptaan Allah yang memiliki hakikat spiritual dan material, eksistensi yang dimuliakan, martabat yang dijunjung tinggi, serta tanggung jawab moral dan sosial. Dengan pendekatan studi pustaka terhadap Al-Qur’an, hadis, dan literatur tafsir serta filsafat Islam, pembahasan difokuskan pada lima pokok utama: hakikat manusia, konsep manusia, eksistensi manusia, martabat manusia, dan tanggung jawab manusia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Islam memandang manusia sebagai makhluk berakal, bermoral, dan berpotensi menjadi khalifah yang menjaga keberlangsungan kehidupan melalui pengelolaan amanah, keadilan, dan kebaikan universal. Temuan juga menguatkan bahwa martabat manusia dijaga Allah tanpa memandang ras, suku, dan status sosial, sehingga manusia memiliki kewajiban menegakkan kemuliaan tersebut melalui tindakan nyata dalam kehidupan.

Abstract

Climate change is a global challenge that requires a thorough understanding of greenhouse gas (GHG) pollutants. Gases such as carbon dioxide (CO₂), methane (CH₄), and nitrous oxide (N₂O) trap heat in the atmosphere, causing global warming with serious consequences such as extreme weather events and ecosystem disruption. The main sources of emissions come from the energy, industrial, agricultural, and land-use change sectors. This paper emphasizes that identifying the types of GHG pollutants and their characteristics is crucial for developing targeted mitigation strategies. These efforts, which include a transition to renewable energy, increased energy efficiency, and strong policy implementation, are expected to significantly reduce global emissions, stabilize the climate, and control the rate of warming.

Abstract

Composites made from polylactic acid (PLA) and natural fibers offer a sustainable alternative material that is biodegradable and derived from renewable sources. This review journal examines processing techniques, types of material testing, and the enhancement of the capabilities of natural fiber PLA composites to determine their potential applications as a substitute for conventional materials. From existing research journals discussing PLA and Natural Fiber-based composite materials with applications in various sectors, such as automotive, manufacturing and healthcare, it is known that the commonly used processing techniques are hot pressing and vacuum bagging to produce homogeneous fiber distribution and strong matrix-fiber bonds. Material testing is carried out through tensile tests, elastic modulus, and elongation to evaluate the mechanical properties of the composites. The results also show an increase in mechanical ability of 25-35% compared to pure materials, with fiber surface modification that can improve interfacial adhesion. PLA and natural fiber composites provide a sustainable material solution with competitive mechanical performance. Further research is needed to develop environmentally friendly fiber surface modification methods and scalable manufacturing techniques to expand industrial applications.

Abstract

Epoxy resin is a thermosetting polymer widely used in composite materials due to its high mechanical strength, excellent chemical resistance, and strong adhesion. In composite structures, epoxy acts as a matrix that binds and protects the reinforcing fibers while transferring loads between components. The reinforcing fibers may be synthetic (e.g., fiberglass, carbon) known for their high tensile strength, or natural fibers (e.g., kenaf, ramie), which offer advantages in sustainability and low weight. With the growing demand for lightweight, efficient, and environmentally friendly automotive materials, epoxy-based composites show significant potential for use in body panels, interior parts, and structural vehicle components. However, challenges remain, such as poor interfacial bonding between epoxy and natural fibers, thermal degradation, and relatively high production costs. This study aims to systematically review current research trends, applications, and research gaps in the development of epoxy resin composites for automotive components, particularly those reinforced with natural fibers. The method used is a Scoping Review based on the PRISMA-ScR framework, covering 50 scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025. The results indicate that kenaf, ramie, and jute fibers have strong potential as sustainable reinforcements, although improvements in interfacial compatibility and processing technology are still critical. The study implies the importance of advancing bio-based epoxy resins, hybrid manufacturing techniques, and the utilization of local natural fibers as part of a sustainable automotive strategy
