Abstract

Teknologi dibuat untuk membantu manusia dalam menyelesaikan berbagai pekerjaan. Teknologi yang begitu populer pada saat ini adalah Internet of Things. Penerapan pada teknologi Internet of Things banyak digunakan dalam berbagai bidang pada saat ini. Salah satunya dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan monitoring tekanan udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu perangkat yang dapat mengirimkan kondisi tekanan udara dalam tangki melalui Internet of Things dengan protocol Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) dan terintegrasi dengan Thingsboard sebagai platform pemantauan dan pengelolaan data IoT yang kuat dan fleksibel. Kami mengintegrasikan sensor tekanan dengan mikrokontroler Raspberry Pi yang terhubung ke jaringan internet, memungkinkan pengiriman data tekanan udara ke server Thingsboard secara berkala. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk grafik yang interaktif dan mudah dimengerti melalui antarmuka pengguna Thingsboard. Hasil penelitian ini, mikrokontroller Raspberry Pi memiliki spesifikasi hardware yang lebih optimal dibandingkan Arduino sebagai media perantara antara data yang dibaca oleh sensor yang kemudian disimpan pada aplikasi Thingsboard untuk kebutuhan industri jangka panjang.

Abstract

In the digital era, the application of information technology in schools is crucial to enhance the efficiency and quality of educational management. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to assist Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu (SMPIT) Ajimutu Global Insani Tambun Utara-Bekasi in implementing digital-based school management. The main objective of this activity is to optimize the school's management system through a tailored application that meets the school's needs, called DigiMS (Digital School Management). DigiMS will be built web-based which will be hosted and use a domain name, and a mobile-based application will be created which will be submitted to the Playstore. The method used includes stages of analyzing the existing school management system, developing the DigiMS application, providing training for staff and teachers on how to use the application, and monitoring and evaluating the application's implementation. Data was collected through direct observations at the partner school, interviews with staff, and efficiency measurements before and after the implementation of the digital system. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in operational efficiency, especially in student data management, financial administration, and internal and external communication. The main conclusion from this program is that adopting digital-based management through DigiMS can improve the effectiveness of school management and ease staff workloads in their daily tasks. Additionally, this program has a positive impact on the school's readiness to face the challenges of the digital era. This program is part of the 2024 Fiscal Year PKM Grant from Kemdikbudristek-DRTPM, conducted by lecturers and students from Universitas Nusa Mandiri.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity is a collaboration of five universities under the auspices of LLDIKTI III, namely Gunadarma University, Nusa Mandiri University, Jakarta International University, Esa Unggul University, and STIK Sint Carolus. This activity aims to increase public awareness of the importance of higher education in building the future of the golden generation. The event was held on Monday, December 9, 2024, at the Jamali Village Hall, Mande District, Cianjur Regency, West Java, with the partner of the Head of Jamali Village, Mr. Cece Rusman, S.IP. Activities include outreach regarding parenting patterns for child growth and development and the importance of higher education as the key to the future of the golden generation. In addition to education, this activity resulted in an innovation in the form of the "Jamali Parenting" application, which is designed to support the management of information and education programs for village communities. The implementation method includes delivering educational materials, interactive discussions, and training in using the application. The results of the activity showed public enthusiasm for the importance of higher education as well as positive acceptance of the "Jamali Parenting" application. This application is expected to be a tool to improve the quality of education and information in Jamali Village. This activity reflects the synergy between universities and the community in realizing a common goal, namely to produce a superior and competitive generation. With this collaboration, it is hoped that a wider awareness will be created about the strategic role of higher education in creating a better future. ABSTRAK Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini merupakan kolaborasi lima perguruan tinggi di bawah naungan LLDIKTI III, yaitu Universitas Gunadarma, Universitas Nusa Mandiri, Universitas Jakarta Internasional, Universitas Esa Unggul, dan STIK Sint Carolus. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pendidikan tinggi dalam membangun masa depan generasi emas. Acara dilaksanakan pada Senin, 9 Desember 2024, di Balai Desa Jamali, Kecamatan Mande, Kabupaten Cianjur, Jawa Barat, dengan mitra Kepala Desa Jamali, Bapak Cece Rusman, S.IP.  Kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai pola asuh tumbuh kembang anak dan pentingnya Pendidikan Tinggi sebagai kunci masa depan generasi emas. Selain edukasi, kegiatan ini menghasilkan inovasi berupa aplikasi Jamali Parenting yang dirancang untuk mendukung pengelolaan informasi dan program pendidikan masyarakat desa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyampaian materi edukasi, diskusi interaktif, dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pendidikan tinggi serta penerimaan positif terhadap aplikasi Jamali Parenting. Aplikasi ini diharapkan menjadi alat bantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan informasi di Desa Jamali.  Kegiatan ini mencerminkan sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan masyarakat dalam mewujudkan tujuan bersama, yaitu mencetak generasi yang unggul dan berdaya saing. Dengan kolaborasi ini, diharapkan tercipta kesadaran yang lebih luas tentang peran strategis pendidikan tinggi dalam menciptakan masa depan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

One of the leading causes of death nowadays is heart disease, so more has to be done to avoid it, such as by making prediction models work better. Among the machine learning algorithms is K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) is among the best methods for predicting heart disease based on several risk factors, including smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, age, and so on. To get accurate values and attribute selection features, we tested them with K-NN, and to improve the results of our research predictions, we combined them using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The results are very interesting after we do the calculations, the algorithm that uses PSO-based K-NN gets a higher weight compared to using only the K-NN algorithm. The predicted value of the weight resulting from the PSO-based K-NN is 97.67%. while the results only use K-NN of 64.92%. The advantages of PSO can also select attributes that can affect it, namely age, diabetes, and ejection fraction. So gathering information through data mining. The PSO-Based K-NN method, which is the primary machine learning technique used in this computation, yields the greatest results in terms of accuracy for heart disease when applied to the data assets. Using the K-NN - PSO algorithm can provide promising results for predicting symptoms that cause heart disease with very good accuracy. PSO is Used to choose features and optimize k values on the K-NN dataset, after which the accuracy is output on the K-NN.

Abstract

Air quality is an important issue in public health and the environment. This research aims to develop an air quality prediction model based on PM10 and PM2.5 parameters using various regression and machine learning approaches. The dataset used includes air pollutant standard index (ISPU) data from a number of stations in the Jakarta area with an observation period from January to April 2024. The research method includes collecting datasets, reviewing literature and testing several models of machine learning techniques. Furthermore, the handling of outliers was carried out using the numeric outliers node and data normalization to prepare the data before dividing the training and testing data. The models evaluated include Linear Regression, Random Forest Regression, Gradient Boosted Trees, and Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), with validation using 10 times cross-validation. The results showed that the Random Forest Regression and Gradient Boosted Trees models provided good prediction performance for both PM10 and PM2.5 parameters. Random Forest Regression showed the lowest RMSE value on testing data for PM10 (0.048) and PM2.5 (0.037), while Gradient Boosted Trees showed the lowest RMSE value on training data for PM2.5 (0.032). The process of handling outliers and normalizing the data successfully improved the prediction accuracy of the model. Suggestions for future research include the exploration of new models, the addition of meteorological and socio-economic variables, and the application of models in real-time air quality monitoring systems.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology is significantly influencing various sectors, including government and industry, by simplifying tasks traditionally performed by humans and creating new opportunities. The objective of this community service initiative was to enhance the technological skills of the caretakers at the Yayasan Santunan Yatim Piatu dan Sosial IRMA in South Jakarta, enabling them to utilize AI for daily activities and organizational needs. This program employed a three-step approach: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation phase, challenges faced by the organization in adopting AI were identified, and necessary permissions were secured. The implementation phase involved interactive workshops focusing on computer usage and AI applications, fostering participant engagement through discussions and hands-on activities. Monitoring and evaluation were conducted using questionnaires to assess participant understanding and gather feedback on the training's effectiveness. Results indicated a marked improvement in participants' AI skills, enhancing their organizational capabilities and contributing positively to community development.

Abstract

Digitalization in the world of education encourages schools to have quality websites to provide online information and learning services. This study aims to measure the quality of the SMPIT Ajimutu Global Insani website using the Webqual 4.0 method, which involves three main dimensions: usability quality, information quality, and service interaction quality. This research method involves a survey of 50 respondents consisting of teachers, students, and parents of students. Data were analyzed descriptively using a Likert scale to evaluate the level of user satisfaction. The results showed that the information quality dimension had the highest score (4.2), followed by service interaction quality (4.0), while usability quality scored the lowest (3.8). These findings indicate that the website content is relevant, but navigation and interface design need improvement. Recommendations are given to improve the quality of the website, including optimizing interactive features and adding multimedia content. The implementation of the results of this study is expected to support the digital transformation of schools more effectively.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education is inevitable; however, many schools such as SMPIT Ajimutu Global Insani still face challenges in adopting technology. The main issue lies in the manual learning evaluation process, which leads to teacher time inefficiency and limited question variation, ultimately affecting learning quality. This community service program aims to bridge the digital gap by implementing an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based solution. The novelty of this initiative lies in the use of the Question Maker Application (QUMAA)—an innovative tool that automates question generation and includes a question difficulty analysis feature, offering a comprehensive approach to digitizing school evaluation systems. The program was carried out through a participatory method consisting of five stages: needs assessment, application development, intensive training and mentoring for teachers, implementation and evaluation, as well as monitoring and sustainability planning. The results showed that the learning evaluation process was successfully digitized, with teachers’ ability to understand and use AI increasing by more than 50%, and question preparation time reduced by up to 50%. This program not only facilitated technology transfer but also empowered teachers and strengthened the school institution. The implementation of the AI-based QUMAA proved effective in improving efficiency and quality in learning evaluation. Furthermore, this model can be replicated in other schools as a concrete contribution to achieving the SDGs in education, emphasizing the need for ongoing support and funding to sustain digital innovation in the education sector.

Abstract

Kegiatan minum kopi merupakan kebiasaan dan budaya masyarakat Indonesia. Hal ini menjadikan bisnis minum kopi menjadi bisnis yang menjanjikan karena tingginya konsumsi kopi di Indonesia. Usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) Kopi Goenoeng Berjaya, salah satu pelaku usaha dengan produk utamanya adalah kopi. Terdapat dua jenis kopi yang diproduksi, yakni robusta dan arabika. Banyaknya pelaku usaha yang sejenis menjadi tantangan UMKM Kopi Goenoeng Berjaya. Keterampilan dalam pemasaran diperlukan dengan inovasi strategi pemasaran dalam memanfaatkan teknologi Informasi, seperti penggunaan website e-commerce. Hal tersebut merupakan kebutuhan dan permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM. Oleh karenanya tim pengabdian masyarakat Universitas Nusa Mandiri memberikan hibah website e-commerce dan pelatihan optimasi search engine optimization (SEO) kepada UMKM Kopi Goenoeng Berjaya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan teknik lecture (ceramah) dan coaching (pendampingan). Kolaborasi kedua teknik ini memberikan kemudahan bagi UMKM dalam memahami teori dan mempraktekan penggunaan dan optimasi kinerja website e-commerce UMKM Kopi Goenoeng Berjaya dengan teknik SEO secara langsung. Pada akhir kegiatan diperoleh hasil evaluasi berupa kuesioner pre-test dan post-test yang diisi oleh peserta. Evaluasi tersebut diperoleh hasil signifikan. Peningkatan terdapat pada pemahaman mengenai SEO sebesar 94% dan kepercayaan penggunaan website e-commerce untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian sebesar 100%. Dari hasil tersebut, UMKM saat ini sudah adaptif dalam perkembangan teknologi untuk menunjang bisnis mereka

Abstract

Rumah makan family adalah merukan usaha yang bergerak bisnisnya dibidang rumah makan. Menyediakan makanan pokok atau nasi dengan lauk dan minumannya. Tetapi, dalam proses transaksi, pencatatan pendapatannya, penyimpanan data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual, belum terdapat sistem terkomputerisasi di Rumah makan Family. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan masalah seperti human error, kesalahan dalam penghitungan dan pencatatan pendapatan, kehilangan bukti transaksi karena penyimpanan yang tidak efisien. Dengan berkembangnya teknologi yang semakin pesat, dapat membantu dalam semua bidang, salah satunya perdagangan. Maka untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada, penulis membuat sistem yang terkomputerisasi, yaitu rancang bangun sistem informasi akuntansi penapatan pada rumah makan family. Dalam membuat aplikasi web ini penulis melakukan wawancara dan riset. Selain itu, dalam pembuatan aplikasi web ini menggunakan Laravel, Visual Studio-Code, serta Bahasa pemrograman dengan PHP, HTML. Dengan membuat sistem terkomputerisasi, rumah makan tersebut memiliki fasilitas seperti Login, data Customer, daftar menu berikut dengan kategorinya, transaksi pemesanan serta laporan yang dapat diakses oleh user. Dengan rancang bangun yang terbentuknya sistem terkomputerisasi tercapai kegiatan transaksi, penghitungan pendapatan yang lebih efektif serta efisien.
