Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang ada, sehingga peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh komunikasi antar pribadi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan apakah terdapat pengaruh komunikasi antar pribadi dan kecerdasan emosional secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kantor Walikota Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pegawai Kantor Administrasi Walikota Jakarta Selatan pada bagian Pemerintahan, bagian Hukum serta bagian Kepegawaian, Ketatalaksanaan dan Pelayanan Publik yang memerlukan 35 sampel dengan alat analisis data berupa kuisioner, maka digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi IBM SPSS Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi antar pribadi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel kecerdasan emosional secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel komunikasi antar pribadi dan kecerdasan emosional secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.   The research is based on existing phenomena, so researchers are interested in doing research on the influence of interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence on employee performance.The purpose of the study is to determine whether there is an influence of interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence simultaneously on the performance of employees in the South Jakarta Mayor's Office of Administration. This study was conducted with the population of the employees of the Southern Jakarta mayor's office of Administration in the Government department, the legal department as well as the Department of Employment, Implementation and Public Service which required 35 samples with data analysis tools in the form of questionnaires, then used the technique of double linear regression analysis with the application IBM SPSS Version 26. The results show that interpersonal communication variables have a partially positive and significant impact on employee performance, the emotional intelligence variable has a partial and significant effect on employees performance and the interactive communication variable and emotional Intelligence simultaneously have a positive and meaningful impact on the employee's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workplace flexibility, continuous development programs, and job autonomy on employee performance in startups. Improving employee productivity is a key component of the digital sector and growing startups. Therefore, workplace flexibility, continuous development programs, and job autonomy are essential. A quantitative approach was used in this study by surveying 200 startup employees. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted on the collected data to determine the nature of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The results show that workplace flexibility contributes to improving employee performance by creating a better work-life balance. Continuous development programs play a role in improving employee skills and competencies, which contribute to more optimal performance. In addition, job autonomy allows employees to have more control over their work, which has a positive impact on work productivity and efficiency. These findings indicate that to improve employee performance, start-ups need to implement more flexible policies in work scheduling, provide continuous training programs, and provide greater autonomy to employees in carrying out their duties.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the possibility of financial statement fraud by using Pentagon fraud analysis. Pentagon fraud is a concept that explains the factors that cause someone to commit fraud, namely pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, and management. In this research, stress factors are proxied through the use of financial goals and external stress. Opportunity factors are proxied by utilizing industry characteristics and effective monitoring. The rationalization factor is proxied using Changes in Auditors. The competency factor is represented by changes in management use. Finally, proxy the arrogance factor using the number of frequent Key Management images. This study uses the F-score model to see the possibility of false financial reports. The sample for this research is 30 IDX30 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2024 that meet certain criteria. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t-test. The results of this research indicate that the variables financial objectives and management changes are proven to have a significant positive effect on the likelihood of detecting financial statement fraud, however the nature of external pressures and industry variables have a negative impact on the likelihood of detecting financial report fraud. Meanwhile, effective monitoring variables; Replacing auditors and management has no impact on the detection of financial reports that have the potential to be fraudulent.

Abstract

Information systems are developing rapidly due to the increasing need for information, which also results in the growth of large amounts of data. However, it is important that this data can be processed into quality information that is useful to users. Depo Bangunan Jakarta, which specializes in selling various types of hand, power, machine, and accessory tools, faces this challenge. With various types and sizes of goods, Depo Bangunan Jakarta must manage its stock well to avoid wastage in procurement. Data mining is a solution for business people to increase their company's sales. The method used in data mining includes K-Means Clustering, which classifies data into several groups based on their similar characteristics. With this clustering, it is expected that businesses can identify the right marketing strategy for their consumers. The results showed that items such as 4" WA60 LIPPRO Flexible Grinding Stone, PH2 X 65mm BOSCH Screw Eye (++), FERRARI KW 1 Iron Chalk, and 3mm Sling Clamps are the best-selling items in Jakarta Building Depot.
