Abstract

The role of digital-based learning has a very strategic role, including increasing students’ interest in learning and developing digital skills. To strive for quality education, teachers often find difficult to provide lesson material. Technology-based learning will makes it easier for students to understand the material taught by the teacher. This research aims to analyze how digital-based PAI learning media can be utilized optimally in high school, so that it can improve the learning process and student learning outcomes. This research method uses a systematic literature review (SLR) which aims to identify, evaluate and synthesize existing research. The literature review was carried out in stage 1) formulating research question, 2) searching for literary materials, 3) selecting literature, 4) analyzing and interpreting data, 5) drafting articles, and 6) disseminating results.

Abstract

This study explores the application of hypnoteaching in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning management to enhance senior high school students’ motivation. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through observations, interviews, and documentation at SMAN 14 Garut, the findings reveal that hypnoteaching-based planning, implementation, and evaluation improve students’ focus, participation, and learning enthusiasm. Integrating psychological and pedagogical perspectives, this study positions hypnoteaching as a holistic and applicable approach within Islamic education. The results highlight its potential to be adopted more broadly in PAI learning contexts, offering practical guidance for teachers in designing motivating and student centered instruction.

Abstract

This research seeks to explain the implementation of learning management in the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subject and its impact on students’ concentration at SMAN 14 Garut. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through triangulation methods, including observations, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that PAI teachers have implemented all stages of learning management in a structured manner, from developing lesson plans and organizing the classroom to conducting teaching and learning activities and carrying out learning evaluations. The lesson plans were designed based on students’ characteristics to foster a comfortable, supportive learning environment. Learning methods that actively involve students were also found to reduce boredom and encourage greater participation, enabling students to maintain their focus throughout the learning process. Routine evaluations help teachers identify and address weaknesses in teaching and learning. Overall, effective learning management contributes significantly to improving students’ concentration during learning and supports the creation of more effective PAI instruction.

Abstract

This study is grounded in the need to improve students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (IRE), which are often hindered by monotonous teaching methods and limited student engagement. The objective of this research is to examine the effectiveness of the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) method supported by question board media in enhancing students’ understanding and achievement. This study employed a quantitative approach using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design, involving 25 twelfth-grade students. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments, classroom observations, and student questionnaires. The findings reveal a significant improvement in learning outcomes, as indicated by the increase in mean scores from 73.8 in the pretest to 90.2 in the posttest. Statistical analysis shows that the t-count (4.30) exceeds the t-table (2.06), confirming a significant difference after the intervention. Furthermore, the implementation of TSTS encourages active participation, collaboration, and critical thinking, while the question board media supports students in understanding abstract religious concepts. This study contributes to the development of innovative and interactive learning strategies in Islamic education by integrating cooperative learning models with visual media to optimize student engagement and comprehension.

Abstract

Educational management plays a strategic role in ensuring the success of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum development in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of educational management in PAI curriculum development at SMAN 14 Sukawening Garut, encompassing aspects of curriculum planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation study, with key informants consisting of the principal, PAI teachers, and the curriculum team. Data analysis was conducted using Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that educational management at SMAN 14 Sukawening Garut plays a determinant role across all stages of PAI curriculum development, in which the active involvement of the principal, PAI teachers, and the curriculum team constitutes a key factor in ensuring the curriculum's relevance to students' needs. Nevertheless, structural constraints were identified, including limited educational resources, insufficient teacher training programs, and the absence of a comprehensive and systematic curriculum evaluation mechanism. This study proposes a Collaborative Adaptive PAI Curriculum Management Model resting on three pillars: participatory multi-stakeholder collaboration, contextual curriculum adaptivity, and continuous managerial capacity building for educators. These findings contribute to curriculum management theory by recognizing that structural constraints function as moderating variables that significantly affect curriculum development effectiveness, particularly in schools located in resource-limited regions.
