Abstract

This research investigates the complex interactions between consumer trust, social norms, and economic factors in shaping purchase decisions of sustainable products in Bandung City. Using quantitative analysis, a sample of 250 participants was surveyed, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The Measurement Model confirmed the reliability and validity of the latent constructs, and the Discriminant Validity analysis highlighted the distinctiveness of the variables. Hypothesis testing showed significant relationships between Agricultural Policy, Infrastructure, Market Quality, and Crop Farm Sustainability. The Coefficient Model showed strong explanatory power (R Square = 58.8%), and the Model Fit Test confirmed the adequacy of the model. Our findings contribute nuanced insights for policy makers, businesses, and researchers interested in promoting sustainable consumer behavior in urban areas.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the gender characteristics, nationality, independence of the board of commissioners and directors in relation to green accounting policies with media exposure as a moderating variable. The population and sample of the study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2020–2022. The usable population for the research, based on the required data, consists of 29 companies with observations over three years. The analysis method employed is panel data analysis using the EViews application. The research findings demonstrate that the variables of nationality characteristics and company growth have a significant positive influence. However, gender characteristics and the independence of commissioners and directors do not affect green accounting policies. The moderating variable, media exposure, only moderates the variables of nationality characteristics and company growth.

Abstract

According to the research, the employee retention in digital-based companies has been influenced significantly by employer branding, organizational commitment, and the quality of the digital work environment. An image of a great company can not only become a source of pride but also love for the employees' hearts, which in turn will decrease their need to exit the organization. More so, loyalty to the company is strengthened when employees feel that their personal values are in line with the company's vision, mission, and work culture. Besides that, the support of a digital work environment that provides flexibility, efficiency, and easy access to technology can be a factor in spreading a more comfortable and nice work atmosphere. These results reveal that retention policies in tech companies are not only dependent on monetary aspects. Attention is also needed to pay attention to the company's reputation, the psychological relationship between individuals and the organization, and the provision of work facilities relevant to current needs. Therefore, company management needs to consistently strengthen the company's brand as an ideal workplace, foster commitment through a supportive work environment, and make continuous investments in digital infrastructure that supports productivity. With these steps, digital companies can build employee loyalty and maintain the sustainability of superior talent, the main foundation for winning the competition in the digital economy era.
