The Bojonegoro Traffic Information Center (Bojonegoro TIC) application is an innovative application managed by the Transportation Agency to facilitate the process of providing public information services in the field of traffic. The government is expected to be able to implement dynamic governance, by the times but not ignoring the needs of the community. Focusing on a case study where the Bojonegoro Traffic Information Center application has been launched since 2018 and has undergone three stages of renewal, but the people of Bojonegoro city still do not know the existence of the Bojonegoro Traffic Information Center application in providing public information services. There are still several obstacles such as in 2022 the weakness of CCTV real-time data that cannot function for almost a year, there are still many people who are in remote areas, and also people who are old are not accustomed to using cellphones as a source of public information services, they think that cellphones are only limited to communication tools. This study aims to determine the dynamic governance of service delivery through the Bojonegoro Traffic Information Center application according to Neo & Chen 2007, where there are three dynamic governance capabilities: Thinking Ahead, Thinking Again, and Thinking Across. The results of the study have thought ahead by preparing public services through one service application and creating innovations to bring services closer to the community, but also have thought again by conducting regular evaluations and thinking across borders by adopting thoughts from other regions by implementing directly on the application so that it can support public services to the community.

This research aims to analyze application of good governance pronciples in supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities in the villages of Bojonegoro Regency to acvhieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Even though various social assistance programs have been distributed, there are still gaps in accessibility for people with disabilities in vilages, which indicates a lack of inclusive governance. This research uses a qualitative Approach with a case study method in several villages in Bojonegoro, Which were selected based on the relevance and diversity of regional characteristic. Data wa collected through in depth interviews. Research informants included village heads, village offocials, and people with disabilities. The research results show that the application of good governance principles such as transparency, accountability, and participation in the distribution of social assistance is not optimal, so access for people with disabilities remains low. This research provides is not optimal, so acces for people with disabilities remains low. This research provides practical contributitions that support regional policies to strengthen inclusive governance that supports the achievement of SDGs at the local level.

Studies on the interplay of teacher identity and classroom participation have contributed significant findings in transnational settings. However, in-depth research on identity construction and classroom participation of Indonesian EFL teachers serving as Indonesian language teaching assistants in U.S. universities remains scant. This study aims to explore the identity construction of Indonesian EFL teachers as they enact their roles as Indonesian language teaching assistants in U.S. universities. The study employed a narrative inquiry, collecting data through semi-structured interviews. Three EFL teachers serving as Indonesian language teaching assistants with Fulbright scholarships for Foreign Language Teaching Assistants (FLTA) participated in this study. Findings reveal that participants were actively engaged in all phases of instruction, including pre-teaching preparation, classroom interaction, and post-teaching reflection. Their collaboration with American supervisors and use of various digital tools demonstrates professional adaptability and commitment to effective language teaching. Additionally, participants constructed and negotiated their identities through daily interactions with students, colleagues, and members of the local community. Language use, cultural participation, and religious/national identity served as key dimensions in this identity construction. While participants maintained their Indonesian and Muslim values, they also embraced certain American cultural norms, illustrating the dynamic interplay between cultural adaptation and identity preservation.

Transformasi digital telah mengubah cara pandang masyarakat sebagai pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan usahanya. Di zaman yang serba teknologi ini UMKM mau tidak mau harus beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan konsumen yang berubah ke teknologi digital daripada harus bertransaksi secara ofline. Penting untuk mendorong para pelaku usaha agar mulai beradaptasi dengan e-marketing guna meningkatkan daya saing mereka. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bakulan dengan tujuan untuk mengenalkan dan mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan Facebook serta WhatsApp Bisnis sebagai alat pemasaran digital yang efektif. Program ini dirancang guna meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku usaha lokal dan membekali mereka dengan keterampilan praktis dalam promosi bisnis secara online. Melalui serangkaian sosialisasi kunjungan langsung ke tempat supaya lebih interaktif dan praktik langsung, peserta memperoleh pemahaman tentang cara membuat dan mengelola halaman Facebook serta profil WhatsApp Bisnis untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan dan kinerja usaha. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan digital peserta, yang diharapkan dapat mendorong pengembangan ekonomi berkelanjutan di lingkungan pedesaan.

This started with a large number of people in Kenep Village who complained of minor illnesses, plus lack of knowledge and lack of public awareness of health made the problem even more complex. Therefore, this research aims to provide an overview of community empowerment by developing Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) cadres to improve health in Kenep Village, Balen, and Bojonegoro. This research used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research focuses on community empowerment theory, which includes principles of equality, participation, sustainability, and self-reliance. The research results show that the development of TOGA cadres increases public knowledge and health awareness. Based on indicators of the ten most common diseases in 2021, 500 suffering from mild illnesses will decrease to 157 in 2022. This indicates a decrease in minor illnesses since the TOGA cadre empowerment program was implemented. Apart from that, the community also succeeded in innovating various processed products from TOGA, which can increase the selling value of the product. So, this community empowerment for TOGA cadres in Kenep Village is going well and beneficial for TOGA cadres, especially in terms of increasing knowledge, health, and welfare.

This research aims to explain the utilization of social media by political parties and political actors towards the 2024 elections by using qualitative research methods. In this modern era, social media is starting to be recognized as a political campaign tool. This research explains how political parties and political actors utilize the Tiktok social media platform to build a good image, interact with voters and promote their political messages from the perspective of Tiktok users. By using qualitative data analysis, including observations and social media accounts. This research will provide knowledge about the strategy of utilizing social media as a medium for political campaigning and its impact on Indonesian democracy. The results of this study indicate that Tiktok users' perspectives on the use of social media as a campaign tool for the 2024 elections by political candidates show that they agree and feel effective. Tiktok users who are also voters also recommend several types of social media platforms that are also considered effective as campaign media for the 2024 Election, namely Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pemanfaatan media sosial oleh partai politik dan aktor politik menuju Pemilu 2024 dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Di zaman yang serba modern ini, media sosial mulai dikenal sebagai alat kampanye politik. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bagaimana para partai politik dan aktor politik dalam memanfaatkan platform media sosial Tiktok untuk membangun citra baik, berinteraksi dengan pemilih dan mempromosikan pesan politik mereka dalam perspektif pengguna Tiktok. Dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif, termasuk observsi dan akun media sosial. Penelitian ini akan memberikan pengetahuan tentang strategi pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media berkampanye politik serta dampaknya terhadap demokrasi Indonesia. Inclusive education is education that provides opportunities for students with special needs to participate in learning with general students. This research describes the strategy of the Bojonegoro Education Office for implementing inclusive schools. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that implementation of inclusive education in Bojonegoro has not run maximally because several problems occur, such as there is still resistance from communities towards children with special needs; there are limited competent special guidance teachers; learning curriculum still same as general students; and easily accessible learning media still less than optimal. However, on the other hand, the strategy of the Education Office in implementing inclusive education in Bojonegoro can be said to be quite good, this can be seen from the readiness of the Education Office to provide facilities needed by students with special needs and the existence of BOS funds helps meet the needs of students with special needs. Apart from that, there is also the ULD Trandiksus program which will be launched by the Ministry through BPPMP, in which case the Education Office will also provide supporting facilities for every inclusive education activity.

Abstrak: Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris di desa kecil sangat memprihatinkan, contohnya salah satu sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) berbasis pesantren di desa Jatirogo kabupaten Tuban masih kesulitan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris meskipun aplikasi pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris sudah sangat banyak dan mudah diakses melalui handphone. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan salah satu aplikasi Bahasa Inggris yakni Duolingo dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris siswa disana. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi di sebuah sekolah SMP berbasis pesantren yang ada di desa Jatirogo kabupaten Tuban. Jumlah yang ikut dalam sosialisasi adalah 90 orang. Hanya saja karena keterbatasan jumlah gadget (HP) yang bisa digunakan untuk praktik aplikasi Duolingo, maka peserta praktikum difokuskan pada kelas 7 saja yang berjumlah 26 orang. Adapun peserta lainnya tetap diberikan akses ke Duolingo diluar dari jadwal siswa kelas 7 sebagai tambahan pembelajaran namun tidak menjadi kelompok yang ditargetkan. Dalam sosialisasi ini dilakukan pretest saat sosialisasi dan posttetst dilakukan setelah satu minggu penggunaan aplikasi secara rutin untuk mengetahui keefektifan aplikasi Duolingo. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan Bahasa Inggris sebesar 83% dari nilai rata-rata pretest 20-40 menjadi 45-65 saat posttest. Hal ini menunjukkan penggunaan aplikasi Duolingo berdampak positif bagi siswa.Abstract: English language skills in small villages are very worrying, for example, one of junior high schools with the Islamic boarding school-based in Jatirogo village, Tuban district, is still having difficulty in improving English language skills even though there are many English learning applications available and easily accessible via mobile phone. This service aims to introduce one of the English applications, namely Duolingo, in improving the English language skills of students there. The method used was socialization at an Islamic boarding school-based junior high school in Jatirogo village, Tuban district. The number who took part in the socialization was 90 people. However, due to the limited number of gadgets (mobile phones) that can be used to practice the Duolingo application, the practicum participants focused on class 7 with 26 people. Other participants were given the opportunity to access Duolingo outside the class 7 schedule as additional learning but not as targeted group. In this program, a pre-test was carried out during socialization and a post-test was carried out after one week of regular use of the application to determine the effectiveness of the Duolingo application. The results show an increase with 83% in English language skills from an average pre-test score of 20-40 to 45-65 at post-test. This shows that using the Duolingo application has a positive impact on students.

This research examines the application of sound governance principles in improving the effectiveness of the Leveled Sports Potential Card (K'POB) program in Bojonegoro Regency. This program aims to capture and develop young athletes through providing incentives and sustainable coaching. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with interview and observation techniques. The results of this study indicate that implementing K'POB still needs various challenges, such as lack of supervision, misuse of incentives, and complex program structure. However, applying sound governance principles can increase the success of this program by strengthening synergies between government and non-government institutions, improving supervision, and expanding information distribution to remote areas. K'POB can be an effective solution for the sustainable development of young athletes. This research contributes to improving sports policy based on sound governance. This research has limitations that lie in a limited scope. Since this research focuses on a specific program in Bojonegoro Regency, the findings may not be generalizable to other regions.
