Abstract

This study explores how institutions and knowledge management influence the success of blue technology adoption in supporting sustainable community salt production in East Java Province. This research employs a quantitative approach, with primary data gathered through questionnaires distributed to salt farmers across various regencies/cities in East Java Province. The data was analyzed using structural equation modeling-partial least squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software to address the study’s objectives. The study results indicate that institutions positively influence sustainable production, with blue technology as a significant mediator in the relationship. In addition, knowledge management has also been proven to have a positive effect on sustainable production, where blue technology again significantly mediates this relationship. Overall, blue technology has a positive impact on the sustainability of salt production in East Java Province. This study offers novelty by highlighting the role of blue technology as a mediator in the relationship between institutions and knowledge management with sustainable production. In addition, this study emphasizes the importance of blue technology in increasing efficiency, reducing environmental impacts, and strengthening the adoption of innovative production method technology, waste management, salt processing products, and the use of renewable energy in more environmentally friendly salt businesses, which have not been widely discussed before.

Abstract

Dalam proyek pembangunan perumahan, perencanaan dan pengendalian yang tepat diperlukan untuk mencapai target waktu, anggaran biaya, dan kualitas yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimalkan waktu dan biaya proyek perumahan di perumahan Graha Lamongan Asri dengan menggunakan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dan Kurva S.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif tentang kondisi proyek berdasarkan data angka Data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskripsi pekerjaan, waktu, dan biaya proyek, teknik dan proses analisis data yang telah dikumpulkan menggunakan software Pom Qm For windows dan Microsoft Excel.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode CPM, proyek rumah selesai dalam waktu 54,9 hari dengan biaya Rp. 129.417.100,00. Berdasarkan hasil Kurva S, ada jeda waktu yang terbuang, sehingga dilakukan percepatan pada proyek yang awalnya dilakukan dari Agustus hingga November ketika percepatan selesai pada bulan Oktober. Dengan demikian, penggunaan metode CPM dapat membantu mengoptimalkan waktu dan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh perumahan Graha Lamongan Asri

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses penerapan manajemen talenta pada Divisi Public Relation dan Partnership di Program Internship Campuspedia Batch 9.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu pеnеlitiаn dеskriptif dеngаn pеndеkаtаn kuаlitаtif melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan literatur. Wawancara dilakukan dengan para narasumber, yaitu: Koordinator Human Capital dan Koordinator Public Relation dan Partnership Campuspedia. Analisis data menggunakan Interactive Model yang dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi data. Hasil analisis penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penerapan manajemen talenta pada Divisi Public Relation dan Partnership di Program Internship Campuspedia Batch 9.0 sudah cukup berjalan dengan baik, hal ini tergambar dalam tahapan-tahapan manajemen talenta yang terdapat pada proses kegiatan Program Internship Campuspedia yang meliputi Perencanaan Pegawai (Workforce Planning), Recruitment, On Boarding, Manajemen Kinerja (Performance Management), Training and Performance Support, Compensation and Benefit, serta Uraian Tugas (Job Description). Akan tetapi pada Program Internship Campuspedia Batch 9.0, Divisi Public Relation dan Partnership tidak dapat menemukan peserta terbaik yang bertalenta untuk dapat dipromosikan karena adanya permasalahan internal divisi yang menyebabkan kinerja peserta internship tidak sesuai dengan yang harapkan.Kata kunci: internship, seleksi, penilaian kinerja, manajemen talenta

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of e-service quality and e-satisfaction on e-loyalty, with e-trust as amediating variable in the Brins Mobile appli cation. The problem discussed is how the quality of electronicservices and user satisfaction can influence application user loyalty. The method used in this research is aquantitative approach with data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS), as well a s data collection throughquestionnaires involving 100 respondents using the Brins Mobile application. The research results show that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, and e-satisfaction has a positive andsignificant effect on e-loyalty. In addition, e-trust is proven to mediate the relationship between e-service qualityand e-loyalty. Overall, this research found that e-service quality contributed 74.4% to e-satisfaction and 26.1%to e-loyalty. To improve the quality of electronic services on the Brins Mobile application, it is necessary tooptimize the user interface through lighting design, increase service speed so that the application runs smoothly, and personalize services to suit user needs. When it comes to satisfying user satisfaction, it is important to provide responsive customer service channels, offer rewards programs, and regularly conduct monitoring to obtain feedback. In addition, building trust can be done by strengthening data security, providing tra nsparent information, and maintaining consistent service quality.

Abstract

Using customer satisfaction as a mediating variable, this study examines how store environment and customer experience influence purchasing decisions at Kae Kopi, Lamongan. With 100 respondents selected using purposeful sampling using the Lemeshow algorithm, this study uses a quantitative methodology. Likert scales were used in the online survey to collect data, and SmartPLS assisted in the partial least squares (PLS) analysis. The findings of the study indicate that, through customer experience satisfaction, retail atmosphere and customer experience have a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions. Compared to the retail environment, customer experience has the greatest impact on customer satisfaction. This study only looks at one object of study and ignores other factors such as brand image and price. To provide more comprehensive insights, further research is recommended to examine more variables and broader items. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak promosi, harga, dan kualitas layanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan pada layanan laundry sepatu TYM Wash yang berlokasi di Babat, Lamongan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi dan kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sementara harga mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas layanan. Faktor utama yang memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan adalah promosi yang dilakukan secara efektif melalui media sosial, harga yang kompetitif, serta kualitas layanan yang mencakup kecepatan, ketepatan, dan keramahan. Berdasarkan temuan ini, penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan strategi promosi, meningkatkan transparansi harga, serta memperbaiki kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study involved 100 respondents to examine the influence of lifestyle and product quality on brand switching, with variety seeking as a moderating variable. Primary data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 3, which includes outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that the model shows adequate validity and reliability. Hypothesis testing reveals that both lifestyle and product quality have a significant positive effect on brand switching, meaning that consumers' preferences for lifestyle and high-quality products encourage them to switch brands. Additionally, variety seeking also has a significant positive effect on brand switching, indicating that consumers seek variety when choosing brands. However, variety seeking does not moderate the relationship between lifestyle and product quality with brand switching, meaning that while variety seeking influences brand switching, it does not strengthen or weaken the impact of lifestyle or product quality on this behavior. The implications of these results suggest that brands should focus on aligning their products with consumers' lifestyles and ensuring high product quality to drive brand switching.

Abstract

The rapid growth of technology in this modern era has triggered a shift in human behavior patterns, especially in terms of shopping. This research uses consumer trust as a mediating variable to measure the impact of affiliate marketing and live streaming on impulse buying among generation Z consumers who use Shopee in Lamongan. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling method used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling as the sample determination method. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that affiliate marketing has no effect on impulse buying, but affiliate marketing has an effect on consumer trust. Live streaming has an effect on impulse buying, but live streaming has no effect on consumer trust. Consumer trust has an effect on impulse buying. There is a mediating role from consumer trust on the influence of affiliate marketing on impulse buying, but there is no mediating role from consumer trust on the influence of live streaming on impulse buying.

Abstract

Indonesia's salt production has great potential, but is still hampered by fluctuations in quality and productivity influenced by weather factors. Dependence on the weather causes instability in salt production results, which impacts achieving salt self-sufficiency. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of climate factors on the productivity and quality of traditional salt in Central Java Province, including temperature, humidity, rainfall, and wind speed. This study uses a quantitative approach, with data collected from 8 salt-producing districts/cities in Central Java with purposive sampling. Climate data was obtained from BMKG, while productivity and quality data were obtained from the Central Java DKP. The analysis technique used panel data regression with the Least Squares (OLS) approach and the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests to select the best model. The results showed that rainfall significantly negatively affected traditional salt productivity, while temperature, humidity, and wind speed did not show a significant effect. Overall, climate conditions were shown to affect salt productivity positively. Temperature and humidity have a significant positive effect on salt quality, wind speed has a significant negative effect, and rainfall has no significant effect on salt quality. Overall, climate conditions have a positive effect on salt quality. Rainfall and temperature management are essential to increase salt productivity and quality, while climate factor management will produce optimal results. The development of modern salt production technology that reduces dependence on extreme weather and better management of natural resources and technology can support the achievement of more stable and sustainable salt self-sufficiency.

Abstract

This community service aims to diversify processed fishery products as regional souvenirs to attract tourists and increase the selling value of fishery products in Pasir Panjang Village, Rinca Island, West Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province. The method used in this service program is counselling and training with a participatory approach. Implementation of service activities includes survey and administration stages, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), implementation, and evaluation based on success indicators determined. The result of this community service activity was the creation of an innovative processed fishery product called "Fish Corndog," which can be used as a souvenir as a typical food product from Pasir Panjang Village, thus helping to increase its attractiveness in the eyes of tourists and ultimately contributing to improving the economy of the surrounding community. Apart from that, a Social Sector PKK Women's Group was also formed to re-socialize the processing of processed Fish Corndog products.
