Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis keterlaksanaan disiplin positif dalam pembelajaran Fisika di SMAN 3, SMAN 6, dan SMAN 13 Kabupaten Takalar. Fokusnya adalah kesulitan guru dalam menanamkan disiplin berbasis komunikasi suportif dan pembentukan karakter, serta hambatan siswa dalam menunjukkan perilaku disiplin selama pembelajaran. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologi, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan catatan lapangan. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman—meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan verifikasi—dengan triangulasi sumber dan waktu untuk menjamin keabsahan. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa guru mengalami tantangan dalam menjaga konsistensi penguatan positif dan membentuk kebiasaan disiplin yang berkelanjutan. Dari sisi siswa, hambatan meliputi rendahnya kejujuran saat ujian, kurangnya kepedulian terhadap fasilitas, kebiasaan menunda tugas, ketergantungan pada kemudahan instan, serta kendala transportasi. Temuan ini memberi masukan penting bagi guru dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan humanis, serta menjadi acuan sekolah dalam menyusun kebijakan disiplin berbasis karakter. Bagi siswa, pendekatan ini mendukung pembentukan sikap positif, sementara bagi akademisi, penelitian ini memperkaya wacana penerapan disiplin positif dalam pendidikan sains.

Abstract

This research is descriptive research that aims to know: 1). Description of physics laboratory management related to the layout based on the standard of facilities, 2). The description of the management of physics-related physics laboratory based on the standard of facilities, and 3). Description of the management of the physics laboratory related to safety and health based on the standard of facilities and infrastructure. The population of this research was six state senior high schools (SMAN) in the north region of Makassar. Three samples were obtained by purposive sampling. The results Showed that the management of the layout of the physics had met the standard. Spatial Management of the laboratories was categorized as less appropriate with the standards. Occupational Health and safety (OHS) is categorized as less appropriate with the standards. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that only in the aspect of the management of the physics laboratories' layout is in line with the regulation of the Ministry ofNational Education No.24, 2007.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the differences in students’ scientific literacy skills through the implementation of SETS-based digital modules and SETS-based printed modules among Grade X MIPA students at SMA Negeri 8 Gowa. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a matching-only post-test control group design. The study population consisted of 248 Grade X MIPA students, from which a sample of 66 students was selected using the two-step matching sampling technique. The sample was divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group. The instrument used to measure scientific literacy was a multiple-choice test. Data analysis comprised both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results indicated that students in both the experimental and control groups demonstrated scientific literacy at the proficient level, with mean scores of 54.67 and 51.27, respectively. Based on the inferential analysis, the Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value was found to be greater than 0.05, suggesting that there is no statistically significant difference in scientific literacy skills between students taught using the digital module and those taught using the printed module, both developed based on the SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, and Society) approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Real Quest Outdoor Learning (ReQOL) di kelas X SMAN 13 Makassar, (2) mendeskripsikan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional di kelas X SMAN 13 Makassar, (3) menganalisis perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Real Quest Outdoor Learning (ReQOL) dan model pembelajaran konvensional di kelas X SMAN 13 Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Non-Equivalent Control-Group Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X di SMAN 13 Makassar yang berjumlah 175 orang dan tersebar dalam 5 kelas. Sampel pada penelitian terdiri dari 2 kelas yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu one step matching sampling. Kelas yang menjadi sampel adalah kelas X5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X6 sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 nomor. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif, analisis inferensial dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Real Quest Outdoor Learning (ReQOL) memperoleh nilai rata-rata 70,86. Kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional memperoleh nilai rata-rata 66,95. Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis antara peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Real Quest Outdoor Learning (ReQOL) dan peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. Peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Real Quest Outdoor Learning (ReQOL) berada pada kategori tinggi dan peserta didik yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional berada pada kategori sedang.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to analyze students' science process skills in introductory electronics practicum. This research was conducted in the basic electronics laboratory, Physics Education Study Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The research subjects are physics education students batch 2020 who program Basic Electronics courses in the third semester, the 2021/2022 academic year. The research subjects were 60 students spread evenly in 3 classes: Physics A, Physics B and C. The instrument used was an observation sheet. The results of this study indicate that students of the Physics Education study program class of 2020, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Alauddin Makassar, who programmed the Basic Electronics course in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, have good science process skills in introductory electronics practicum.

Abstract

The workshop "Strategy and Implementation of Effective Science Laboratory Management" is a community service initiative based on service learning, aimed at improving the capacity of science/physics teachers and laboratory personnel in Gowa Regency in managing laboratories. The primary focus of this activity is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the management of laboratory equipment, materials, and environments to support a high-quality learning process and minimize the risk of accidents. The service method used follows the service learning approach, which consists of three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this activity indicate that participants' responses to both the technical aspects and content of the workshop were at a very positive level. Their response to the relevance of the material was highly favorable, and there was a significant improvement in their understanding of science laboratory management after participating in the workshop. Thus, the knowledge and experience gained by the participants are expected to be effectively implemented in school laboratories.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar fisika peserta didik yang diajar dengan metode hands on activity dan metode konvensional serta mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik antara kedua metode tersebut. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah the matching only post group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Bontonompo yang berjumlah 350 orang yang tersebar dalam 10 kelas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 40 orang yang dipilih dari dua kelas dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan teknik matching. Hasil penelitian deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar fisika peserta didik yang diajar dengan metode hands on activity berada pada ketegori rendah dengan persentase sebesar 65% dan hasil belajar peserta didik yang diajar dengan metode konvensional berada pada kategori rendah dengan persentase 75%. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik yang menunjukkan bahwa t-hitung yang diperoleh sebesar 0,98 dan t-tabel sebesar 2,02, sehingga t-hitung < t-tabel. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar fisika yang signifikan antara peserta didik yang diajar dengan metode hands on activity dan metode konvensional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik pada materi fisika kelas X, khususnya pada semester genap di SMA Negeri 1 Majene. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas X MIA SMA Negeri 1 Majene yang berjumlah 31 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Untuk analisis deskriptif mencakup mean, standar deviasi, varians dan kategorisasi daya serap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memiliki kemampuan penguasaan konsep fisika untuk materi hukum newton yang sangat baik untuk ranah kognitif mengetahui (C1) dan kurang untuk ranah kognitif memahami (C2). Penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik untuk materi gravitasi universal berada pada tingkatan baik untuk ranah kognitif mengetahui (C1) dan berada pada tingkatan kurang untuk ranah kognitif memahami (C2). Penguasaan konsep fisika peserta didik untuk materi usaha dan energi berada pada tingkatan sangat baik untuk ranah kognitif mengetahui (C1) dan berada pada tingkatan kurang untuk ranah kognitif memahami (C2)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in students' understanding of physics concepts through the application of jigsaw learning strategies and learning tournaments. The research design used was the matching only post-test group design. The research population was 286 people spread over 9 classes. The research sample amounted to 64 people obtained by using a two-step matching sampling technique and spread evenly in two classes, namely experimental class 1 and experimental class 2. Experimental class 1 was taught by jigsaw learning strategy and experimental class 2 was taught by learning tournament strategy. The instrument used is a concept understanding test instrument. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average score of understanding the concepts of students who were taught with the jigsaw strategy was 11.97 and the learning tournament strategy was 10.31. The difference test analysis shows that the arithmetic significance value = 0.01 is smaller than the 0.05 significance level, so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in understanding physics concepts between students who are taught with the Jigsaw learning strategy and students who are taught with the learning tournament strategy.

Abstract

This study is a Meta-Analysis study that aims to investigate the impact of Local Wisdom-Based Physics Learning on student learning outcomes at the SMA/MA level, to determine the impact of local wisdom-based learning on learning outcomes in physics learning based on class and based on subject matter. The type of research used is Meta Analysis, with the population used being all articles on the use of local wisdom-based physics learning and a research sample of 17 articles consisting of 13 national journals and 4 international journals using scientific articles that have been published through Google Scholar in 2013-2023 with predetermined criteria. The research instrument uses a coding sheet (data coding) and information on each research report in digital form, namely in Microsoft Excel, then analyzed using OpenMEE software. Based on the research conducted, it was obtained: (1) Local wisdom-based Physics Learning has a significant impact on student learning outcomes at the SMA/MA level with a Het value. P-Value <0.001, the impact of local wisdom-based physics learning on student learning outcomes is in the very large category with an average effect size of 2,558; (2) The impact of local wisdom-based physics learning on student learning outcomes for each class level at the SMA/MA level is significantly different, with an estimated effect size of class XI of 3,611, the highest compared to other levels, so that local wisdom-based physics learning is more effective if applied to class XI; (3) The impact of local wisdom-based physics learning on student learning outcomes based on subject matter is significantly different, with the highest estimated effect size for temperature material of 11,610 in the very large category compared to other materials. So that local wisdom-based physics learning is more effective when applied to temperature material. Local wisdom-based physics learning can be an option to be integrated into learning to improve student learning outcomes.
