Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulty of students understanding the concept of integration techniques through bold learning, so that a concept understanding-based learning video is needed for flat area material. This study aims to develop learning videos and determine the validity and practicality of the videos produced. This type of research is in the form of ADDIE model development research (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects were class B students, batch 2020, the Ahmad Dahlan University Mathematics Education study program. The results of the assessment from material experts obtained an average score of 4.77 with very good criteria, from material experts obtained an average score of 4.55 with very good criteria, and from student responses a score of 3.50 was obtained with good criteria so that it can be concluded that the video Integral calculus learning is valid and practical to use. Keywords: integral calculus, learning videos, trigonometric functions

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to describe the understanding of elementary school teachers in Cirebon City about independent curriculum policies, (2) to describe the readiness of elementary school teachers in Cirebon City to formulate learning objectives for the Pancasila profile, (3) to describe the readiness of elementary school teachers in Cirebon City to implement learning 21st century, and (4) describes the readiness of elementary school teachers in Cirebon City in identifying students' self-potential. This study uses a survey research design and needs assessment. The population of this study were public elementary school teachers in Cirebon City. There are 128 public elementary schools in Cirebon city, so the population of this study is 768 teachers. The sample was determined using simple random sampling technique. Based on Issac Michael's table with a 5% sampling error, a total sample of 238 teachers was obtained. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire instrument given to teachers and interviews with several key informants. The key informants in this study were the Head of Basic Education in Cirebon City and several school principals. The results of this study are (1) public elementary school teachers in Cirebon City understand the essence of the Independent Curriculum policy, (2) public elementary school teachers in Cirebon city understand in formulating learning objectives for Pancasila student profiles, (3) public elementary school teachers in the city Cirebon is ready to implement 21st century learning, (4) Public Elementary School teachers in Cirebon City are ready to identify various kinds of potential in students. Based on these results, it can be concluded that SD Negri teachers in Cirebon City are ready to implement the independent curriculum in classroom learning. Abstract

Mathematical critical thinking skills are one of the essential skills in the 21st century. However, in reality, many students still do not have good mathematical critical thinking skills. This is because the teacher has not been able to process students' critical thinking in mathematics. Most teachers only teach mathematical concepts without seeing how the students' critical thinking processes in solving mathematics problems are given. Therefore, it is necessary to know how the critical thinking process of students so that teachers know what strategies should be applied in the classroom. This study aims to (1) describe the critical thinking skills of students in Grade 8 in solving a system of linear equations in two variables (SLETV) and (2) identify the components of critical thinking in students. It is a study with a qualitative descriptive approach. Three indicators are used as the basis, namely analyzing, evaluating, and drawing a conclusion. As many as 32 subjects were involved (14 males and 18 females). The research instrument was a test with three problems containing three indicators. Data were collected through test and interview methods, and triangulation was done to compare the outcomes between tests and interviews. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that: (1) critical thinking skills of students are classified 'low'; (2) students' ability in concluding, as one indicator of critical thinking skills, is lower than other indicators.

Abstract

Pemahaman matematika peserta didik masih menjadi permasalahan mendasar di tingkat sekolah dasar. Sulitnya memahami konsep dalam pembelajaran matematika ini menjadi perhatian para praktisi pendidikan. Pengajaran yang abstrak tanpa alat peraga membuat peserta didik terkadang tidak menyukai pelajaran matematika. Berangkat dari akar permasalahan tersebut maka penyelesaian yang digunakan dalam meningkatan pemahaman konsep perkalian bilangan bulat di kelas VI ini menggunakan metode matematika realistik dengan memanfaatkan lagu anak untuk dapat di ingat olah peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di dapatkan hasil bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik pada materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat. Penggunaan nada dan pemilihan lirik mampu meningkatkan pemahaman mereka mengenai konsep operasi hitung bilangan bulat.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to provide an overview of the grassroots curriculum development model based on ahlisunnah waljamaah (Aswaja) at the Raudlatul Athfal (RA) education level. A curriculum model for improving the quality of education in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) in Leuwimunding District, Majalengka Regency. The research method used in this research is the R&D model. The main product in this study is the grassroots curriculum model book. The product is then tested for validity, practicality, and effectiveness so that the curriculum model developed is proven to improve the quality of education for Raudlatul Athfal (RA). The results showed that the curriculum model was declared valid by experts so that it could be tested to determine its practicality and effectiveness. To determine the practicality and effectiveness of the curriculum model, field trials were conducted. After conducting field trials, the results show that the implementation of the curriculum model is in the high category so that the curriculum model meets the criteria for practicality. Then the students' responses were included in the positive criteria and the quality of education was included in the high category. It can be concluded that the curriculum model has met the criteria for effectiveness. Therefore, the grassroots model based on ahlisunnah waljamaah (Aswaja) has met all the criteria for the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of a curriculum model.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang belum kunjung berakhir hingga saat ini, membuat pendidikan masih harus dilaksanakan secara daring. Wacana pembelajaran secara offline pada semester genap 2021 pun belum tentu menjadi pilihan mengingat penularan covid-19 yang belum juga terkendali. Akibatnya pembelajaran online menjadi sebuah keniscayaan hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana persepsi dosen dan mahasiswa tetang pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemic. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode survey yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa dan dosen di wilayah III Cirebon meliputi Kabupaten/Kota Cirebon, Kabupaten Indramayu, Kabupaten Majalengka, dan Kabupaten Kuningan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa menganggap pembelajaran daring relatif sulit, membosankan karena tidak ada interaksi langsung dengan teman dan dosen, mahal karena menghabiskan lebih banyak kuota. Meski demikian pembelajaran daring dirasa dapat memberi pengalaman baru. Dosen menganggap bahwa pembelajaran daring memberikan tantangan baru dalam mengelola perkuliahan dan membutuhkan persiapan lebih lama. Baik dosen maupun mahasiswa menganggap bahwa pembelajaran secara tatap muka (offline) dinilai lebih efektif terutama untuk matakuliah praktikum dan eksakta yang membutuhkan penjelasan secara langsung.

Abstract

 This research aims to analyze the impact of the 6E-Instructional Model Integrated Augmented Reality in improving students' 3D geometric representation abilities. A type of quasi-experimental design, one group pretest-posttest, is used for objective research of answers. The subjects of this research were 8th-grade students at a private school in Indramayu Regency, Indonesia, totaling 288 students divided into eight classes. Based on this number, one class of class VIII B was selected as the research sample. Furthermore, the research instrument uses a geometric representation ability test. In addition, the data obtained from the test results were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. The research concluded that AR technology can be integrated into constructivist learning, including 6E Instructional Mode. Furthermore, based on the paired sample t-test, it was concluded that using 6E-IM integrated AR increased the 3D geometric representation abilities of class VIII students in one of the private schools in the Indramayu Regency. Therefore, this research provides a foundation for advanced learning in mathematics, especially regarding integrated technology and learning models.

Abstract

Abstrak Salah satu sisi positif adanya pandemi COVID-19 yakni adanya percepatan adopsi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Disisi lain, pendidikan abad 21, menuntut guru untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pembalajaran khususnya pembalajaran matematika. Namun, masih minim pelatihan, sosialisasi dan seminar terkait dengan cara mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Oleh karena hal itu, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru Sekolah Dasar terhadap berbagai perangkat lunak, aplikasi, dan alat teknologi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Pada kegiatan pelatihan ini lokasinya ada di SDN Pondok Cabe Ilir 2, Pamulang, Tangerang Selatan. Pemilihan lokasi ini didasarkan kepada analisis potensi dan kebutuhan permasalahan. Selanjutnya, untuk mencapai tujuan dari kegiatan ini terdiri atas persiapan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Selanjutnya, hasil pengabdian ini mengindikasikan bahwa mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran matematika pada Kurikulum Merdeka di Sekolah Dasar Pondok Cabe Ilir 2 merupakan langkah yang penting dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Selain itu, pelatihan yang diadakan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang penggunaan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, dengan sebagian besar guru menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan. Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of information and communication technology (ICT) in various aspects of life, including education. 21st-century education demands teachers to integrate ICT into the learning process, especially in teaching mathematics. However, there is still a lack of training, socialization, and seminars that are valid, practical, and effective regarding ICT integration. Therefore, this community service aims to enhance elementary school teachers' understanding of various software, applications, and technological tools to teach mathematics. The training activity was conducted at SDN Pondok Cabe Ilir 2, Pamulang, South Tangerang. The location selection was based on an analysis of potential and problem needs. This activity consists of four main stages: preparation, implementation, evaluation, and reflection. The results of the community service indicate that integrating technology into mathematics teaching in the Kurikulum Merdeka at SDN Pondok Cabe Ilir 2 is an important and effective step to improve the quality of classroom learning. Additionally, the training increased teachers' understanding of using technology in the learning process, with most teachers showing significant development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan pendekatan berbasis proyek terhadap keterlibatan dan kepuasan belajar siswa tingkat SMA. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi menyesuaikan strategi pengajaran dengan kebutuhan, minat, dan gaya belajar siswa, sedangkan pendekatan berbasis proyek mendorong keterlibatan aktif melalui tugas-tugas berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen semu dengan desain matching-only posttest-only control group, yang melibatkan dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan pendekatan berbasis proyek dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran ekspositori. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket keterlibatan dan kepuasan belajar serta dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji-t independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dalam kelas eksperimen memiliki keterlibatan dan kepuasan belajar yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan siswa dalam kelas kontrol. Rata-rata keterlibatan belajar pada kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi (M=45,78) dibandingkan kelas kontrol (M=44,64), demikian pula dengan kepuasan belajar siswa (M=47,06 pada kelas eksperimen dan M=45,36 pada kelas kontrol). Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dengan pendekatan berbasis proyek memberikan dampak positif terhadap keterlibatan dan kepuasan belajar siswa, sehingga dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMA

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka untuk pembelajaran materi Tradisi Nugal Suku Dayak Sekubang di kelas VI SDN 47 Sinar Kasih. E-modul ini mengintegrasikan elemen materi, metode pengajaran, serta media interaktif seperti video, gambar, dan animasi yang relevan, dengan penekanan pada fleksibilitas pembelajaran dan konteks budaya lokal. Evaluasi dari ahli materi dan media menunjukkan e-modul ini layak digunakan, dengan kesesuaian dengan Kurikulum Merdeka dan relevansi budaya lokal. Hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang tradisi nugal, dari nilai 68,37 menjadi 85,43. Siswa juga memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap e-modul, yang mendukung pembelajaran mandiri. Kendala terkait dengan akses teknologi dan pemahaman tradisi nugal ditemukan. Secara keseluruhan, e-modul ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, motivasi belajar, dan kemandirian, meski interaksi lebih intensif dengan pengajar dan siswa lain diperlukan untuk pembelajaran yang lebih kolaboratif.Kata Kunci: e-modul, Kurikulum Merdeka, Tradisi Nugal, Suku Dayak Sekubang, pembelajaran interaktifABSTRACTThis study aims to develop an e-module based on the Merdeka Curriculum for teaching the material on the Nugal tradition of the Dayak Sekubang Tribe in grade VI of SDN 47 Sinar Kasih. The e-module integrates elements of content, teaching methods, and interactive media such as videos, images, and relevant animations, with an emphasis on flexible learning and local cultural context. Evaluation by content and media experts indicates that the e-module is suitable for use, aligning with the Merdeka Curriculum and the relevance of local culture. Pretest and posttest results show an improvement in students' understanding of the Nugal tradition, with scores increasing from 68.37 to 85.43. Students also gave positive feedback about the e-module, which supported independent learning. Challenges related to technology access and understanding of the Nugal tradition were identified. Overall, the e-module effectively enhances students' understanding, learning motivation, and independence, although more intensive interaction with teachers and peers is needed for more collaborative learning.Keywords: e-module, Independent Curriculum, Nugal Tradition, Sekubang Dayak Tribe, interactive learning
