Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Bingin Teluk. Data penelitian didapatkan dari hasil observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) perencanaan pembelajaran telah terlihat, perlu adanya perbaikan penyesuaian dengan standar dan ketentuan yang berlaku, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran telah terlaksana dengan baik walaupun dalam dokumen masih ada kekurangan yang perlu diperbaiki, (3) evaluasi pembelajaran telah berjalan dengan baik, dan (4) faktor pendukung antara lain motivasi guru terlihat baik. Faktor penghambat antara lain masih belum adanya aktivitas penilaian antar rekan sejawat secara intensif

Abstract

Kurikulum dipandang sebagai suatu program yang didisain, direncanakan, dikembangkan, dan akan dilaksanakan dalam situasi belajar mengajar yang sengaja diciptakan di sekolah. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang penulis lakukan, penulis mendapati bahwa proses belajar mengajar di SMA Tunas Baru Ciparay belum berjalan dengan baik diakibatkan oleh administrasi kurikulum yang belum berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. sebagai berikut: (1) Penyusunan jadwal yang sering diubah yang disebabkan karena banyak guru yang mengajar di tempat lain. Pihak sekolah harus menyesuaikan jadwal para guru terutama mereka yang mengajar di sekolah lain.; (2) tingkat absensi guru dan siswa cukup tinggi ; (3) guru jarang membuat perangkat pembelajaran karena kepala sekolah jarang memeriksanya;(4) Penempatan guru yang tidak tepat, banyak guru yang mengajar di luar bidang kemampuannya. Dari keempat permasalahan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa inti permasalahan pada SMA Swasta Tunas Baru Ciparay terletak pada kelemahan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan fungsinya. Rekomendasi kepada Kepala Sekolah sebagi pelaksana kurikulum disekolah sebaiknya mengambil tindakan: (1) Memberikan teladan yang baik bagi guru dan staf dalam hal kedisiplinan;(2) memberikan sanksi bagi guru yang kurang disiplin.; (3) memberikan apresiasi/reward bagi guru yang disiplin; (4) memberikan pembinaan bagi para guru baik secara formal maupun informal; dan (5) menempatkan guru dan staf sesuai dengan kemampuannya (the right man in the right place).

Abstract

Tujuan diadakannnya penelitian adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kepuasan guru terhadap supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah yang ditinjau dari perencanaan supervisi akademik (pra supervisi),  pelaksanaan supervisi akademik (proses pelaksanaan supervisi), dan tindak lanjut pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini yaituguru di SMA Negeri Surulangunyang berjumlah 61 orang. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison of school quality management between Senior High School Number 1 and 5 Bengkulu City. This research method is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Bengkulu Province; 2) Policy planning involves school principals, school vice principals, teachers, and committees to formulate policy plans; 3) Implementation carried out by each school in accordance with the plan, namely compiling curriculum structures, competency standards, learning load estimates, making syllabus, and making educational calendars, establishing competence standard and fundamental competence, selecting appropriate learning materials; 4) Quality evaluation is determined by: curriculum structure, competency standards, learning load estimates, syllabus making, management evaluation, and assessment evaluation according to the 13 revisions of the curriculum, as well as reviewing policies that are found to be non-conformances.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the results of the literacy program evaluation using the CIPP model at SMAN Tiang Pumpung Kepungut. The research method used in this research is an evaluation study using the CIPP model (context, input, process and product) with qualitative descriptive techniques. The research results stated that the context of the literacy program in the form of a basic understanding of implementation was good because it already had a basis, objectives and cooperation built by the school. The literacy program input consisting of material and human resources has also been implemented well, the literacy program process is running well, where the program implementation is in accordance with planning, and the product in the form of students' communication skills is very good. Suggestions were conveyed to teachers and school principals to continue to be consistent in implementing this program

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the physical environment of schools in elementary school number six Manna city, which included: Planning the development of the school's physical environment, promoting the development of the school's physical environment, implementing the development of the school's physical environment, evaluating the school's physical environment development program. Specific research problems, namely: How to plan the development of the school's physical environment ?, How to socialize the development of the school's physical environment, How to carry out the development of the school's physical environment?. The study is an evaluative study, to evaluate the management of the school environment. Subjects are principals, teachers, curriculum sections, students, secondary subjects are people who are in the same environment. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are: Planning the physical environment at school has not been made formally and planning documentation has not been found. Program evaluation, Factors that inhibit the implementation of the school environment development program are lack of funds. The socialization of the school environment program, although there is no planning of the school environment program, it still exists. The implementation of the school environment program was carried out not by a team. Evaluation of the school environment development program looks at the existing conditions. Suggestions, planning the physical environment at school must be formally developed and documented. Programs need to be socialized. The implementation of the school environment program is carried out according to the plan to form a team. Program evaluation needs to be done with the aim to find out the success of the program in school environment management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan pengelolaan kurikulum merdeka di SDN 12 Bengkulu Tengah dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan analisis kualitatif. Narasumber dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatannya dalam pengelolaan kurikulum merdeka. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen.Hasil penelitian mencakup temuan penting. Perencanaan melibatkan tim penerapan kurikulum, analisis konteks, dan identifikasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan memberdayakan guru dalam penjadwalan dan pembagian tugas. Pelaksanaan melibatkan pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah melalui rapat briefing. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan dokumen, wawancara, dan supervisi kelas. Rencana tindak lanjut dilakukan setelah evaluasi.Faktor pendukung meliputi Program Sekolah Penggerak, Platform Merdeka Mengajar, kerja sama tim, kualifikasi pendidikan guru, tenaga ahli, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Namun, faktor penghambat meliputi penerapan yang mendadak, pengetahuan guru yang kurang, dan kurangnya stabilitas sinyal internet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study compares the implementation of the Mobilizing School Program at SMAN 1 Muara Beliti and SMAN Sumber Harta in Musi Rawas District, focusing on five aspects: school leadership, teacher pedagogical competencies, student character, learning environment, and supporting and hindering factors of the program. The research employs a comparative study method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that both schools implement student-centered leadership and are actively engaged in professional development but with different approaches. The principal of SMAN 1 Muara Beliti emphasizes monitoring teaching quality, while the principal of SMAN Sumber Harta focuses more on teacher mentoring. In terms of pedagogical competencies, teachers at both schools apply differentiated learning, with SMAN 1 Muara Beliti utilizing more learning strategies and technologies, whereas SMAN Sumber Harta prioritizes a personal approach. Student character highlights religious and national values, with varying program emphases. The learning environment in both schools demonstrates high enthusiasm despite socio-economic challenges, supported by parents and stakeholders. Overall, the implementation of the Mobilizing School Program in both schools positively impacts the improvement of educational quality, although challenges regarding budget and resources persist.

Abstract

Laporan perkuliahan pada Universitas Terbuka Bengkulu untuk perkuliahan menggunakan tutorial berbasis web, tutor wajib membuat laporan setiap sesi menggunakan dashboard tutorial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan dashboard untuk laporan kegiatan perkuliahan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, fokus mengkaji penggunaan aplikasi dashboard, instrumen dalam penelitian ini dibagikan melalui google form. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini penggunaan Penggunaan Aplikasi Dashboard Tutor-UT Bengkulu untuk pembuatan laporan perkuliahan tutorial webinar sangat efektif. Diharapkan bahwa penelitian lebih lanjut akan meneliti kendala dan efektivitas penggunaan dashboard tutor-UT.

Abstract

The history of Islamic education in Indonesia has experienced fluctuations over time. Until the late 1970s, the education system in Indonesia retained a strong dichotomous pattern. With the onset of reforms in the 1980s, the Muslim community began to reform its education system, which impacted the development of Islamic education in Indonesia. This is evident from the significant growth of integrated Islamic educational institutions across various levels in major cities in Indonesia. Of course, enhancing the quality of the educational process must accompany this increase. Teachers and staff play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of the educational process in schools. This research examines whether a school principal's spiritual leadership style and motivational style influence the organizational citizenship behavior among teachers and staff in Islamic schools in Bengkulu City. A proportional random sampling technique was used to select a sample of 100 respondents from these institutions, consisting of teachers and staff. Participants were asked to complete a Likert scale survey administered through Google Forms. Subsequently, the obtained data underwent multiple linear regression analysis. This research identifies the correlation between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), adherence to spiritual principles, and workplace motivation. This research aims to enhance the understanding of education stakeholders, particularly in Islamic education, by highlighting the potential positive relationship between religious devotion and increased motivation among instructors and personnel in these institutions.
