Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Panca Jangka Program at Yayasan Darunnajah, aimed at enhancing educational quality and character development among students. The program encompasses five main aspects: academics, religious education, social skills, independence, and health. Utilizing qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that the Panca Jangka Program successfully creates a positive learning environment and encourages active student participation. This research is expected to serve as a model for other educational institutions in improving student development programs.

Abstract

Publications on the topic of women's leadership have grown rapidly since gender equality became a strategic issue worldwide. The aim of this publication is to map publication trends on the topic of women's leadership, including authors who write extensively on the topic, organizations involved in the publication, and publication trends from year to year. The method used is bibliometric analysis using VosViewer. The data used is from the Scopus database with the search keyword “women's leadership,” yielding 74,046 documents, consisting of 54,288 journal articles, 6,582 book chapters, 4,747 reviews, 3,568 conference proceedings, 2,497 books, 1,046 notes, 707 editorials, 311 short surveys, 164 letters, 70 errata, 32 conference reviews, 26 retracted publications, and 6 data papers. The results of the analysis show that publication trends from 1980 to 2024 have continued to increase significantly. The two authors with the most publications are not primarily focused on the social sciences. Two institutions have the highest number of publications on “women's leadership in education,” namely the University of Alabama and Northwestern University. Authors from these two universities are known to have collaborated on publications. Further recommendations suggest that publications on the “women's leadership in education” theme can be developed into empirical research, particularly by connecting it to other fields of study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) Description of Paedagogic Competence (2) Description of Utilization of ICT-Based Media (3) Description of Student Learning Quality, (4) correlation of pedagogic competence variables to quality of learning (5) correlation of variables of ICT-based media utilization (6) correlation of pedagogic competence and utilization of ICT-based media. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population which is also the research sample is the teachers of State Middle School in Sidang Beliti Ilir District, totaling 44 teachers from three State Middle Schools, namely State Middle School 20, State Middle School 28 and State Middle School 38, Rejang Lebong Regency. The results of the study revealed that (1) Teacher Paedagogic competency variables at State Junior High Schools throughout Sidang Beliti Ilir District were in the good category, (2) ICT-based media utilization variables were in the good category, (3) Teacher Pedagogic Competence was in the good category (4) There is a very strong correlation between teacher pedagogic competence and the quality of student learning (5) There is a very strong correlation between the use of ICT-based media and the quality of student learning (6) There is a very strong correlation between teacher pedagogic competence and the use of based media. Suggestions are given to schools, especially teachers and principals, to pay more attention to improving the quality of student learning through ICT-based media facilities.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe: 1) The effect of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance in learning 2) The effect of teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning; 3) The influence of the principal's supervision and teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning. Quantitative research method with associative approach. Saturated sampling (census) is that all teachers are taken as a sample of 50 people. Data was obtained through research instruments in the form of questionnaires, and data processing using SPSS Vers.22. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence of the principal's supervision on teacher performance in learning, this was proven by the t test. (2) there was a positive and significant influence of teacher commitment on teacher performance in learning, this was proven by the t test. (3) there is a positive and significant influence of the principal's supervision and teacher commitment to teacher performance in learning, this is evidenced by test F. From the results of the study, it is concluded that there is an influence of the principal's academic supervision and teacher commitment to teacher performance in learning at SDN cluster one Rawas Ulu District.

Abstract

Change in the world is very fast. Specifically in the world of education, changes often occur due to thedemands of curriculum changes that are tailored to the learning needs of today's students. The purpose of this researchis to describe the transformation of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating learning as well as problemsand solutions in the transformation of learning management in the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 16 SouthBengkulu. The research approach used is descriptive-qualitative. The subjects in this study were the principal, viceprincipal, and teachers. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Theanalysis technique uses data reduction, conclusion drawing, summarizing research results, and data triangulation. Theresults showed that since 2 years, SD Negeri 16 Bengkulu Selatan has implemented an independent curriculum,starting with changes in planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation of learning in stages with the supportof all school stakeholders and the surrounding community. The problems that arise are related to the technology thatmust be used in implementing the independent curriculum, but the school's solution is to provide continuousassistance from the driving school facilitator and supervisor to motivate teachers to use the independent teachingplatform. Advice is given to the school to continue to carry out learning reflection activities once every 3 months tofind out the problems that arise internally and find solutions together. Abstract

Teacher performance is an important part of measuring the quality of education in Indonesia. Important factors that play a role in improving teacher performance are intrinsic motivation and organizational climate. This study aimed to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and organizational climate on the teaching performance of Rejang Lebong Regency Junior High School teachers. The research is expected to be useful to teachers, principals, and policymakers. The research methods used in this study are the combined method and the quantitative method. The primary data collection technique using questionnaires is teachers. The population used in this study was 786 teachers from Rejang Lebong Regency Junior High School, with a sample of 118 teachers. An analytical technique used to test research hypotheses is to use simultaneous regression with significance testing. The findings suggest that intrinsic motivation and school climate together have a positive and significant impact on the teaching performance of Rejang Lebong Regency Junior High School teachers during the learning process. Advice to teachers, principals, and local offices to continue to contribute to improving the performance of teachers in the Rejang Lebong District Junior High School.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan pemerintah yang baru untuk menggunakan sistem berbasis digital menyisakan permasalahan baru. Rata-rata satuan pendidikan belum mampu menjadikan rapot pendidikan sebagai dasar dalam merancang program sekolah di tahun berikutnya. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk (1). Memberikan pemahaman terhadap analisis rapot pendidikan versi 2.0 kepada seluruh stakeholder sekolah khususnya di SMPN 21 Seluma ; (2) Memberikan pemahaman terhadap proses perencanaan berbasis data bedasarkan rapot pendidikan kepada seluruh stakeholder sekolah khususnya di SMPN 21 Seluma; (3) Memberikan pemahaman terhadap rancangan program sekolah jangka pendek dan jangka panjang berdasarkan perencanaan berbasis data kepada seluruh stakeholder sekolah khususnya di SMPN 21 Seluma. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan selama 3 hari dengan cara daring. Guru dan kepala sekolah dituntut untuk mampu. Merancang program sekolah sesuai dengan analisis rapot pendidikan. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian menunjukan 81% peserta setuju bahwa kegiatan ini menarik dan merupakan sesuai kebutuhan sekolah

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan kepemimpinan distributif di lingkungan sekolah dan dampaknya terhadap berbagai aspek pendidikan. Pengumpulan dan analisis data menggunakan metode PRISMA dengan meninjau berbagai penelitian yang relevan dari database Scopus dan Semantic Sholar periode tahun 2019-2024, kriteria inklusif dan eksklusi juga disertakan. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan distributif sebagai model yang dapat mendorong komitmen guru, kepuasan kerja, dan efektivitas sekolah, terutama dalam konteks negara-negara berkembang. Kajian ini juga menemukan bahwa efektivitas penerapan kepemimpinan distributif bergantung pada konteks budaya dan geografis. Dalam beberapa kasus, seperti di Indonesia, kepemimpinan instruksional dianggap lebih relevan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru. Selain itu, keterbatasan dalam ukuran sampel dan cakupan wilayah membuat hasil penelitian sulit digeneralisasikan ke populasi yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian tambahan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan cakupan yang lebih luas untuk mengeksplorasi nuansa kontekstual yang lebih mendalam. Dari perspektif kebijakan, kajian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan pendidikan untuk mengembangkan pelatihan kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan kebijakan yang mendukung kepala sekolah. Dukungan institusi pendidikan, seperti pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan, dan alokasi sumber daya yang memadai, sangat penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi model kepemimpinan ini. Kajian ini memperkaya literatur mengenai kepemimpinan distributif di berbagai konteks budaya dan geografis, tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi teoretis, tetapi juga panduan praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui kepemimpinan yang lebih inklusif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan dalam literatur dan memperkuat relevansi model ini di berbagai konteks global.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between financial management, infrastructure availability, and learning service quality in Mukomuko Vocational High Schools using a quantitative correlational approach. Data from purposively selected teachers were collected via questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. Findings show that effective financial management enhances learning services through efficient budgeting and better facilities. Adequate infrastructure fosters a conducive learning environment and improves learning effectiveness. Transparent financial management and optimal infrastructure development are key to enhancing vocational education quality
