Abstract

This study aims to describe the social development of 5-year-old children through naturalistic observation methods in the context of early childhood education. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed to gain an in-depth understanding of children's social behavior in three different settings: home, school, and a recreational environment. The research subjects consisted of three 5-year-old children who were observed directly without intervention. Data were collected through anecdotal records, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results indicate that each child demonstrated varying levels of social readiness when interacting with their surroundings. Emotional support from adults and previous experiences influenced their initiative to build social relationships. These findings suggest that naturalistic observation is an effective assessment method for understanding children's social interactions authentically and serves as a valuable basis for planning appropriate social stimulation. This study contributes to the development of context-based formative assessments to comprehensively evaluate early childhood social development. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan perkembangan sosial anak usia 5 tahun melalui metode observasi naturalistik dalam konteks pendidikan anak usia dini. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai perilaku sosial anak di tiga lingkungan berbeda, yaitu rumah, sekolah, dan tempat wisata. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari tiga anak berusia 5 tahun yang diamati secara langsung tanpa intervensi. Data dikumpulkan melalui catatan anekdot, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, lalu dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap anak memiliki tingkat kesiapan sosial yang berbeda dalam berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sekitarnya. Dukungan emosional dari orang dewasa dan pengalaman sebelumnya memengaruhi inisiatif anak dalam menjalin hubungan sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa observasi naturalistik merupakan metode asesmen yang efektif untuk memahami proses interaksi sosial anak secara autentik, serta menjadi dasar penting bagi perencanaan stimulasi sosial yang sesuai. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan asesmen formatif berbasis konteks nyata untuk menilai perkembangan sosial anak usia dini secara komprehensif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of religious considerations in educational policies within a multicultural society, focusing on how educational policies can accommodate religious and cultural diversity in communities with different social and religious backgrounds. Multicultural societies face challenges in creating educational policies that can fairly include all religious groups, without prioritizing one religion or culture over others. Therefore, this research focuses on how educational policies can be structured to create an inclusive education system that is sensitive to religious diversity. The study uses a library research method, collecting and analyzing relevant literature on religious education policies in multicultural countries such as Indonesia, India, and European nations. Through this approach, the author explores information about the implementation of educational policies that consider religious diversity and their impact on social integration. The findings indicate that religious education policies, when properly designed, can be an effective tool to strengthen tolerance and social integration in multicultural societies. However, to achieve this goal, policies must carefully consider the rights of minority groups to prevent discrimination. Educational policies should also undergo regular evaluations and adjustments to ensure inclusivity and equality for all religious groups in education.

Abstract

The school’s culture, encompassing norms and traditions, plays a pivotal role in shaping student behavior and fostering discipline. Integrating spiritual values into the school culture holds significant potential to enhance student discipline while simultaneously shaping their moral and ethical character. This study examines how a school culture rooted in spiritual values can contribute to improving student discipline, mitigating negative behaviors such as disobedience and bullying, and fostering a conducive learning environment. This research adopts the Library Research method, which involves the systematic collection and analysis of relevant literature, including books, journals, theses, and previous studies. Data were sourced from reputable academic databases such as Google Scholar, JSTOR, and ProQuest, with a focus on exploring the interplay between school culture, spiritual values, and student discipline. The key findings reveal that the consistent application of spiritual values in both academic and extracurricular activities positively influences student behavior, enhances their adherence to rules, and strengthens personal commitment to ethical principles. The study concludes that transforming school culture through the integration of spiritual values is an effective strategy for fostering student discipline and character development. Achieving this transformation requires the collective support of all stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents, as well as ongoing evaluation to ensure its sustained success. The findings offer valuable insights for educational institutions seeking to design programs that embed spiritual values into their culture to nurture disciplined, responsible, and morally upright students.

Abstract

Vision and mission are crucial elements in the management of Islamic educational institutions that function as a guide in setting goals and developing strategies. Vision is defined as a picture of an ideal future, oriented to the achievement of the pleasure of Allah SWT, and covering aspects of life in this world and the hereafter. Mission, as a concrete effort to realize the vision, explains the methods that must be used by the institution to achieve the goals that have been set. In the process of formulating the vision and mission, it is important to involve all stakeholders in education in order to create a common agreement and commitment. However, formulating a vision and mission is not without challenges, including differences of views regarding Islamic teachings and the needs of the rapidly changing times. This article will discuss the importance of the vision and mission in the context of Islamic education, the challenges faced in its formulation, and strategies that can be implemented to deal with today's educational needs. Through a deep understanding, it is hoped that Islamic educational institutions can produce a generation that is competent, responsible, and able to face world challenges while adhering to Islamic values

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic role of management and organizational direction in improving the quality of Islamic education at SMP Buana Waru. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this research explores how the school leadership and management structure direct the vision and policies of the school to meet the challenges of modern Islamic education. Observational results reveal that strategic planning, the involvement of all organizational components, and leadership rooted in Islamic values are key factors in shaping a high-quality educational environment. The study recommends enhancing managerial capacity and internal organizational synergy as strategic steps toward continuous quality improvement in Islamic education

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas strategi rekrutmen dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap standar Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3). Fokus utama penelitian adalah menganalisis risiko K3 di lingkungan kerja, komponen utama strategi rekrutmen berbasis K3, serta peran pelatihan K3 pasca-rekrutmen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan analisis deskriptif terhadap berbagai referensi teoretis, termasuk jurnal, artikel ilmiah, laporan penelitian, serta buku yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi rekrutmen yang efektif mencakup seleksi kandidat berbasis kesadaran K3, pelatihan intensif pasca-rekrutmen, serta penerapan kebijakan keselamatan kerja yang lebih ketat dalam proses seleksi tenaga kerja. Implementasi strategi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi K3, tetapi juga mengurangi risiko kecelakaan kerja dan meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu mengintegrasikan aspek K3 dalam setiap tahap rekrutmen untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih aman dan efisien.   Abstrak This study discusses recruitment strategies to enhance compliance with occupational health and safety (K3) standards. The primary focus of the study is to analyze K3 risks in the workplace, key components of K3-based recruitment strategies, and the role of post-recruitment K3 training. The research method used is a literature review with descriptive analysis of various theoretical references, including journals, scientific articles, research reports, and relevant books. The results indicate that effective recruitment strategies include selecting candidates based on K3 awareness, intensive post-recruitment training, and implementing stricter workplace safety policies in the hiring process. The implementation of these strategies not only improves compliance with K3 regulations but also reduces workplace accident risks and increases company productivity. Therefore, companies should integrate K3 aspects into every stage of recruitment to create a safer and more efficient work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tahapan penyusunan Rencana Strategis (Renstra) di MAN 2 Kota Malang sebagai model pengembangan bagi satuan pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas perencanaan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu akademik, penguatan karakter Islami, dan daya saing lulusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MAN 2 Kota Malang menerapkan perencanaan strategis yang terstruktur melalui analisis SWOT, perumusan visi dan misi yang selaras dengan kebijakan nasional, serta evaluasi dan revisi berkala. Strategi ini berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dan pembentukan lulusan yang kompetitif. Meski demikian, tantangan tetap muncul, seperti keterbatasan pendanaan, infrastruktur, dan kapasitas tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kompetensi guru, penguatan fasilitas seperti perpustakaan dan laboratorium, serta optimalisasi program berbasis nilai-nilai Islam. Dengan manajemen yang efektif dan strategi adaptif, MAN 2 Kota Malang berpotensi menjadi madrasah unggulan yang mencetak generasi berkualitas dengan keseimbangan antara ilmu pengetahuan dan nilai keislaman.

Abstract

Kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam di era globalisasi yang dinamis. Dengan adanya perubahan paradigma pendidikan dan tuntutan integrasi nilai keislaman dalam sistem pembelajaran, lembaga pendidikan Islam perlu mengadopsi standar operasional yang terstruktur guna mengoptimalkan proses belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi Standar Operasional Pendidikan Islam (SOPI) dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan serta mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan yang mengganggu pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus di beberapa madrasah dan pesantren di Jawa Timur. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOPI memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan disiplin, inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran, dan penguatan nilai keislaman pada peserta didik. Namun, kendala berupa resistensi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan sarana prasarana, serta minimnya pelatihan bagi tenaga pengajar masih menjadi tantangan utama. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, lembaga pendidikan, dan masyarakat untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Dengan peningkatan program pelatihan dan penyediaan sumber daya yang memadai, diharapkan SOPI dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal, sehingga menghasilkan pendidikan Islam yang holistik, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Hasil ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan
