Abstract

This article examines the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) method in developing the creativity of students learning PAI at SDN Baratajaya Surabaya. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The results showed that the application of the Project Based Learning Method can Develop the Creativity of Students studying PAI at SDN Baratajaya Surabaya is very good and appropriate because learning PAI using the Project Based Learning method is very interesting for students and developing their creativity is not boring in learning PAI which makes it easier for them to discuss and make works together with their group mates in a flexible time and then present them in front of the class, in addition to increasing their knowledge of PAI students can also develop their creativity, and the works they work on are exhibited at school report cards. The supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the Project Based Learning (PBL) method are internal factors, including school principals, teachers, students and parents. External factors, including the surrounding community and the school environment. The school facilities and infrastructure/facilities are adequate, good enough to support students who are diligent in studying PAI, disciplined, responsible in doing their assignments well.

Abstract

Manajemen strategi dan kepemimpinan merupakan dua elemen kunci dalam pengelolaan institusi pendidikan. Manajemen strategi mencakup proses perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi kebijakan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, sementara kepemimpinan berperan dalam mengarahkan dan memotivasi sumber daya manusia agar strategi tersebut dapat berjalan efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana manajemen strategi memengaruhi efektivitas kepemimpinan dalam institusi pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi pustaka sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen strategi yang terstruktur dan berbasis data dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan dengan memberikan arah yang jelas dalam pengambilan keputusan serta mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang tersedia. Kepemimpinan yang efektif memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan keberhasilan implementasi strategi, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang lebih kondusif dan berkualitas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara manajemen strategi dan kepemimpinan yang kuat sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja institusi pendidikan. Evaluasi berkala terhadap strategi yang diterapkan diperlukan untuk memastikan efektivitas kebijakan serta menyesuaikan strategi dengan perubahan lingkungan pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan audio visual dalam pembelajaran daring bahasa Arab di MTs Hj. Zubaidah Pulau Kijang. Penggunaan audio visual dalam pembelajaran daring bertujuan untuk memudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran bahasa arab. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari kepala sekolah MTs Hj. Zubaidah, guru bahasa Arab dan siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Proses pelaksanaan media ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan. Pada tahapan pertama dimulai dengan pembuatan materi, Tahapan kedua mengidentifikasi tata bahasa atau qowā’idnya. Tahapan ketiga adalah memberi tugas. Hasil dari penggunaan media ini, para siswa sedikit banyak dapat memahami materi bahasa Arab 2). Kendala guru ketika ketika menggunakan media ini yaitu: (a) Pelafalan kata atau kalimat, (b) Kuota terbatas, (c) Tugas yang menumpuk (d) Jaringan tidak stabil, (e) Latar belakang siswa yang berbeda-beda, (f) Minat belajarsiswa yang kurang (g) Jaringan yang tidak stabil (h) Keaktifan guru dalam mengajar juga kurang. Kendala-kendala tersebut diatasi oleh guru dan pihak sekolah dengan beberapa solusi yaitu: (a) Mengadakan belajar di rumah guru, (b) Memotivasi santri untuk aktif belajar. (c) Komunikasi yang baik.

Abstract

The reasoning is critical in all fields, but especially in mathematics. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the differences in students' mathematical reasoning abilities when they are exposed to learning that integrates society, science, the environment, technology, and collaborative mind mapping (ISSETCM2). This is a quasi-experiment with a population of 220 students and a sample size of 60 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling without replacement (without replacement). Mathematical reasoning tests based on essays and questionnaires assessing multiple intelligences. Validity, reliability, normality, homogeneity, and two-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that while students' mathematical reasoning abilities improved when ISSETCM2 learning was used, there was no difference in students' mathematical reasoning abilities when conventional learning was used. Furthermore, there was no difference in students' mathematical reasoning abilities when multiple intelligences were classified as high, medium, or low. There is no interaction between learning methods and students' mathematical reasoning abilities at the high, medium, or low multiple intelligence levels.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan teknologi yang kian pesat diperlukan suatu sistem untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran mobile learning berbantuan aplikasi genially guna mengoptimalkan kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memperoleh tanggapan dari pendidik dan peserta didik mengenai media pembelajaran tersebut serta mengevaluasi tingkat keefektivannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development serta menggunakan model penelitian ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian ini melibatkan enam validator, terdiri dari tiga validator ahli materi dan tiga validator ahli media. Tahap implementasi (implementation) melibatkan 45 peserta didik yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kecil dengan 15 peserta didik dan kelompok besar dengan 30 peserta didik. Penilaian terhadap kemenarikan media pembelajaran dilakukan melalui angket respon peserta didik dan angket respon guru. Uji efektivitas media pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menggunakan soal pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran mobile learning berbantuan aplikasi genially dinilai menarik dan layak untuk digunakan. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas secara mendalam mengenai tata kelola rencana strategi dan proses praktis penyusunan rancangan proyeksi masa depan dalam satuan lembaga pendidikan Islam. Fokus utama kajian ini meliputi analisis terhadap konsep, tujuan, serta dasar hukum penyusunan rencana strategis di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kajian literatur (library research), yakni suatu metode yang berfokus pada pengumpulan dan evaluasi berbagai sumber tertulis. Pada analisis data, penulis menggunakan 3 teknik, yakni reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan Kesimpulan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis studi pustaka, kajian ini menyusun diagram alur penyusunan rencana strategi sebagai alat bantu visual yang mempermudah pemahaman terhadap proses tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kolaborasi antara pemerintah, pengelola madrasah, guru, peserta didik, orang tua, dan masyarakat menjadi kunci sukses keberhasilan strategi yang dirancang. Evaluasi berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk memastikan strategi tetap relevan dengan dinamika pendidikan serta mampu menjawab tantangan zaman, sehingga satuan pendidikan Islam dapat terus berkembang secara terarah dan berdaya saing tinggi

Abstract

This article discusses the urgency of preparing planning documents in Islamic education units. Islamic education, as a comprehensive system, aims to equip individuals with a solid moral and spiritual foundation. However, Islamic education faces the challenges of globalization, technological advances and social changes that require adaptation to remain relevant. Systematic planning is an important solution to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing Islamic education. This research uses library research methods in the form of media from the internet, journals, or a combination of various types of library sources that are relevant to the topic discussed. This article aims to examine in more depth the importance of preparing planning documents in Islamic education units. This article also discusses various types of planning documents commonly used in education, such as Work Plans (Renja), Budget and Cost Plans (RAB), and Strategic Plans (Renstra), as well as their effective implementation to achieve educational goals. The research method used is literature study by examining various sources such as journals and books. The results of the study show that planning has a significant role in Islamic education. Planning serves as direction, work standards, a unifying framework, and helps predict opportunities and challenges. Preparing good planning documents will speed up the performance of educational institutions, direct them to the right goals, and improve the quality and relevance of Islamic education in the future. This article provides a comprehensive understanding and practical guidance for stakeholders in improving the quality of Islamic education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how the leadership of the school principal at SDN Tambak Lekok 1 supports the implementation of environmental health education programs. The approach used in this research is a qualitative-descriptive approach. Researchers conduct an in-depth study of various phenomena in the field and describe them in the form of words and sentences. The methods used by researchers in collecting data are direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The research results show that school principals have a significant role in supporting environmental health education programs. The visionary and participative leadership of the school principal plays an important role in planning, implementing and evaluating the program. The school principal is also active in facilitating the formation of environmentally friendly school policies, providing cleaning facilities, as well as collaborating with related agencies and the local community. Effective school principal leadership is key to the success of environmental health education programs. This research suggests that school principals continue to improve their leadership capacity, especially in terms of managing environmental programs, as well as involving more stakeholders, such as parents and the surrounding community. Environmental health education in elementary schools is an important aspect in forming environmental awareness and behavior from an early age. The leadership of the school principal plays a role in the successful implementation of this educational program.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions have an important role to play in leading students to success in the future. To achieve this goal, a clearly formulated vision, mission and objectives are needed and implemented with the right strategy. The leadership of school principals and stakeholders has a role to play in ensuring that the vision and mission are not just a slogan, but also realised in every aspect of education. However, reality shows that many schools face challenges in integrating the vision, mission and goals into educational programs due to the lack of systematic evaluation and weak understanding of stakeholders. This study uses the library research method by collecting and analysing reference sources, such as books, scientific journals, and relevant articles. The study was conducted through literature identification, critical review, and systematic analysis of previous findings. The results show that visionary leadership, structured evaluation, and active participation of all school elements are the main factors in the successful implementation of the vision and mission. Therefore, data-based decision-making strategies and continuous evaluation are needed to improve the effectiveness of education management.

Abstract

MSMEs in Tojo Una-Una Regency face constraints such as low financial literacy, limited use of digitalization, and a lack of business presentation strategies. This impacts limited market access and difficulty in obtaining funding. This community service program aims to increase the capacity of MSMEs thru financial literacy training, QRIS utilization, and pitch deck preparation. The method used is a participatory-educational approach that actively involves MSME actors. The activity stages include initial observation, interactive material delivery on product cost of goods sold (COGS) calculation, digitalization training, and pitch deck preparation. Each session includes practical simulations, discussions, and Q&A to deepen participants' understanding. The results of the activity show a significant improvement in understanding, from a pre-test score of 39% to an 88% post-test score. This finding proves that experiential learning is effective in strengthening the practical skills of MSMEs. This program has a real impact on preparing MSMEs to be more adaptable, manage their finances well, utilize digital technology, and develop professional business presentation strategies.
