Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital marketing and brand trust on online purcasing decisions among Ifive Perfume customers. The underlying problem is the importance of effective human resource management through fair digital marketing and a transparent, merit-based promotion system to improve online purcasing decisions. The method used in this study was quantitative. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents, who were online customers of IFive Perfume. Data analysis techniques included simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination using SPSS. The results showed that digital marketing had a partial positive and significant effect on online purcasing decisions, with a calculated t-value of 9.073 > t-table 2.012 and a significance level of 0.000. Similarly, brand trust also had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisons, with a calculated t-value of 10.492 > ttable 2.012 and a significance level of 0.000. Simultaneously, digital marketing and brand trust significantly influence online purcasing decisions, as indicated by the calculated F-value of 69.673 > F-table 3.20, with a significance level of 0.000. The Rsquare value of 0.748 indicates that 74.8% of the variation in online purcasing decisions can be explained by digital marketing and brand trust.

Abstract

This activity aims to assess the benefits of cricket farming for improving community welfare in South Tangerang City. In economic and agroecological contexts, cricket farming offers an environmentally friendly solution for producing alternative food and feed. The method used in this study combines material presentations on cricket farming, direct observation, and practical discussions at the farming site. The program involves 30 farmers, workers, and local community members. The activity took place on Saturday, May 25, 2024, focusing on cricket farming management, including cage preparation, cricket maintenance until harvest, marketing, and financial management of the business. The results show that using technology in cricket farming not only increases productivity but also supports sustainability by reducing waste and optimizing resource use. Additionally, crickets have great potential as an alternative protein source that can support global food security. This study provides important insights into cricket farming, from cage preparation and maintenance to harvesting, marketing the products, and managing the business finances. The findings indicate that a more efficient and sustainable production system can enhance community welfare

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the knowledge of cricket farmers in financial recording and marketing strategies to help their businesses grow effectively. Conducted on May 25, 2024, this event took place at a cricket farming UMKM (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) located on Jln. Benda Permai II, Pd Benda, Pamulang District, South Tangerang. The activity is a collaboration between Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Ganesha (STIE GANESHA) and local farmers. The program ran from 08:00 to 12:00 WIB and aimed to apply knowledge and research findings to improve community welfare. The participating lecturers conducted research covering digital marketing, financial analysis, and human resource development. The results of this research are expected to improve production efficiency, marketing, and financial management of UMKM. The main problems faced by the farmers include limited access to bank loans and a lack of strategies to increase sales. Through this program, STIE Ganesha is committed to supporting and developing the potential of local UMKM, while also contributing positively to the welfare of the South Tangerang community.The results of this activity showed an increase in financial and marketing literacy among cricket farming UMKM owners. Jhandriansyah, a dim sum entrepreneur and cricket farmer, expressed his gratitude for the guidance provided, stating that the collaboration with STIE Ganesha greatly helped his business grow

Abstract

This training aims to address human resource management (HRM) in the digital era and efforts to enhance the productivity of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The challenges faced by SMEs, such as low productivity, added value, and product quality, are also a primary focus of this training. The activity was conducted on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Jl Benda Permai III, Kampung Parakan Rt 06 Rw 09 Pondok Benda, Pamulang District, South Tangerang. The implementation methods included seminars, discussions, and hands-on practice. The participants consisted of 10 lecturers from STIE Ganesha and 20 business owners of Dimsum and cricket farmers. The training results indicated that HR professionals need to master strategic competencies, including understanding organizational values, talent management, leadership, and the use of digital technology. Additionally, they need to position the business strategically, build trust-based relationships, and manage various business pressures. The training also emphasized the importance of modernizing business systems and systematic policies as an alternative to increasing regional competitiveness and improving SME performance. Digital skills development, financial management, and information technology proficiency were identified as crucial needs for SME actors. This training provided valuable insights for HR professionals and SME stakeholders in understanding the importance of HRM in the digital era and enhancing SME productivity. Implementing effective strategies in HRM and productivity improvement will help achieve sustainable SME development goals and make a more significant contribution to the national economy

Abstract

Cricket farming in Indonesia, particularly in Pamulang, South Tangerang City, has seen significant growth. However, productivity is often hampered by a lack of effective environmental monitoring, particularly regarding temperature, humidity, and lighting. This research aims to develop an innovative strategy to increase cricket farming productivity through the application of digital environmental monitoring technology. This tool is used to read environmental conditions in real time, allowing farmers to intervene or maintain optimal environmental conditions for cricket growth and development. The method in this research is a qualitative method with case studies, while data collection is done by surveys, interviews, direct observation, and analysis of data recorded from environmental monitoring tools consisting of temperature, humidity, room lighting, and focus group discussions (FGD). The results of the study show that environmental monitoring was carried out at 3 points, namely the middle, east and west of the cage, as well as three measurement times, namely morning, noon, and evening with a sampling of 30 measurements, found non-ideal conditions, namely air temperature ranging from 29.70°C - 34.10°C and lighting ranging from 25.1 Lux - 217 Lux, while humidity is still in the ideal category ranging from 60% - 70%, but with environmental monitoring the conditions can be immediately addressed and become ideal. From these results, it can increase cricket productivity by 15%, this is also supported by the results of interviews with cricket farmers. The impact of this research can contribute to cricket farmers, especially in Pamulang and Indonesia in general in increasing cricket productivity by using environmental monitoring tools, while for researchers it can be more innovative and technology-based integrated in subsequent research.

Abstract

Kajian ini mengeksplorasi dampak pelatihan dan pengembangan dengan kinerja anggota dewan dan pegawai di lingkungan DPRD Kota Tangerang Selatan. Keaslian penelitian ini berfokus pada institusi legislatif, yang masih jarang diteliti dalam kajian pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat sejauh mana program pelatihan dan pengembangan memengaruhi hasil kinerja. Studi ini mengadopsi pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis survei, dengan melibatkan 75 partisipan melalui distribusi kuesioner secara online. Temuan studi mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja, sebagaimana tercermin dari nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,821, yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan sangat kuat serta koefisien determinasi sebesar 67.4% mengindikasikan bahwa proporsi terbesar variasi kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor pelatihan dan pengembangan. Model regresi (Y = 9.859 + 0.774X), mengonfirmasi pengaruh positif dan uji t menunjukkan hasil signifikan (t = 12.272; p < 0.05). temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa implikasi pelatihan dan pengembangan yang sistematis menjadi elemen fundamental guna memperkuat serta produktivitas institusi legislatif.

Abstract

AbstrakPada lingkungan akademisi khususnya dosen pasti sudah sangat familiar dengan yang namanya website SINTA dan website BIMA. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk filtering dosen-dosen yang belum memiliki akun SINTA dan BIMA di lingkungan STIE GANESHA kemudian dilakukan pemutakhiran dengan cara updating, upgrading dan syncronzing pada akun-akun tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah metode ceramah dan praktek langsung. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah seluruh dosen telah di buatkan akun BIMA yang nantinya dapat digunakan ketika ingin mengajukan proposal dana hibah penelitian dari KEMENBUDRISTEK, sedangkan untuk akun SINTA, jumlah dosen yang telah memiliki akun adalah sebanyak 34 Dosen dan setelah terselenggarakan kegiatan ini jumlahnya menjadi 44 Dosen yang berarti bertambah 10 Dosen dan juga seluruh dosen yang hadir diberikan workshop tentang bagaimana cara input dan sinkronisasi karya tulis yang telah mereka terbitkan di jurnal nasional maupun internasional kedalam akun SINTA mereka dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan score SINTA.Kata kunci: pelatihan; akun sinta; akun bima; STIE Ganesha AbstractIn the academic environment, especially lecturers, they must be very familiar with the name SINTA website and BIMA website. The purpose of this activity is to filter lecturers who do not yet have SINTA and BIMA accounts within STIE GANESHA with the steps updating, upgrading and syncronzing these accounts. The methods used in this PKM activity are lecture methods and direct practice. The result of this PKM activity is that all lecturers are created a BIMA account which can later be used when they want to submit a research grant proposal from the Ministry of Culture and Technology, while for the SINTA account, the number of lecturers who already have an account is 34 lecturers and after this activity is held the number becomes 44 lecturers which means an increase of 10 lecturers and also all lecturers who attend are given workshops on how to input and synchronization of papers they have published in national and international journals into their SINTA accounts with the aim of obtaining SINTA scores. Keywords: training; sinta account; bima account; STIE Ganesha
