Abstract

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Training includes waste management management, recycling techniques, and entrepreneurship, while counseling provides knowledge about the importance of environmental health and hygiene. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya penerapan budaya 5R dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Hal tersebut  mendorong PT. XYZ Fitting perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri plumbing fitting dan sanitary yang menerapkan manajemen Japan dalam berproduksinya senantiasa untuk meningkatkan produktivitasnya agar dapat bersaing dan menjadi leader dibidangnya dengan membangun konsep produksi manufacturing Penuntasan Kontrol Visual (Visual Management)  dengan Kegiatan “5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) Profit dan K3” yang tuntas, dengan “Konstruksi Brand (Memperoleh Kepercayaan Pelanggan)”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan menggunakan teknik observasi dan teknik wawancara kepada Supervisor/Foreman dan Ketua 5R khusus di pabrik 1. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya penerapan budaya 5R dalam meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa penerapan budaya 5R yang baik terbukti dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Hal ini disebabkan karena  aktifitas orang lebih efektif dan sia-sia kerja dapat diminimalisir.     The aim of this research is to determine the importance of implementing 5R in increasing productivity. This encourages PT. Xyz Fitting Companies engaged in the Plumbing Fitting and Sanitary Industry that apply Japan management in their production always to increase their productivity in order to compete and become a leader in its field by building the concept of manufacturing production of visual control (visual management) with the activity "5R (concise, neat, resik, Care, Diligence) Profit and K3" which is complete, with "Brand Construction (Gaining Customer Trust)". The research method used by researchers is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, collection techniques using observation techniques and interview techniques with Supervisors/Foreman and the Chair of 5R specifically at factory 1. The research results show that implementing a good 5R culture has been proven to increase productivity. This is because people's activities are more effective and waste of work can be minimized

Abstract

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of location, price, promotion and purchasing decisions at the Kharisma Agung supermarket. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously of, Price, Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. To achieve this goal, the research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling and the number of samples used was 100 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The independent variables in this study are Location, Price, Promotion of Purchase Decisions while Purchasing Decisions as the dependent variable. The research data was obtained through a questionnaire given to customers who made purchases at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets on August 1 - 10, 2020, who were> 20 years old and <55 years old. The results show that Location, Price, and Promotion partially and simultaneously affect the Purchase Decision at Kharisma Agung Supermarkets. In this regard, Kharisma Agung Trenggalek Supermarkets should improve the location again because it has been proven to be able to influence the Purchase Decision of Kharisma Agung Supermarkets, Prices are also well maintained by supermarkets and increase the material provided in the Promotion to support customers in determining Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

The current less than favorable economic conditions require people to play an active role in fulfilling their daily needs. Empowering women through the MSME sector is expected to help increase income, reduce poverty levels, increase knowledge and quality of human resources and prepare women's communities to become home-based entrepreneurial communities that can help support the family economy and contribute to improving community welfare and the national economy. Economic empowerment/entrepreneurship through women's activity groups such as posyandu groups is a form of effort or process to increase awareness, willingness to improve the economy or family (community) standard of living. The research method used by researchers is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, collection techniques using observation techniques and interview techniques with women members of posyandu in Jombang, South Tangerang. The aim of this research is to describe how interested posyandu members are in entrepreneurship to develop the community economy which has implications for reducing poverty and increasing community welfare. The research results showed that the counseling participants strongly agreed that to improve welfare/reduce poverty, you must open a home business. This is shown by the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the counseling participants and the questions asked regarding how posyandu members/women start home businesses.

Abstract

Digital supply chain management (MRPD) has become an important focus in the context of insecticide farming such as cicada cultivation. This study aims to explore the opportunities and challenges of MRPD implementation in cicada cultivation. The aim is to identify potential improvements in operational efficiency and risk management through the integration of digital technology in the cricket supply chain. The study is scheduled to be conducted for six months, with the initial phase of research focusing on literature analysis and conceptual framework, followed by primary data collection through interviews and survey. The subjects of the study include cricket farmers, feed suppliers, distributors, and end consumers. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative approaches to gain an in-depth understanding of stakeholders' perspectives and experiences. The results of the study are expected to provide valuable insights into the benefits and constraints of implementing MRPD in cicada cultivation, as well as practical recommendations for industry stakeholders.

Abstract

Pengaruh Affiliate Marketing Terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan, Penelitian ini ingin melihat Affiliate Marketing melalui strategi yang ada dapat membangun peningkatan penjualan. Obyek pada penelitian ini kepada masyarakat sebanyak 40 orang dengan jadwal panelitian di tanggal 20 Desember hingga 31 Desember 2025. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang diolah adalah hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelanggan marketplace/e-commerce. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling dan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan responden adalah pengambilan sampel secara acak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa Affiliate Marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Penjualan di marketplace/e-commerce transparansi dapat meningkatkan motivasi serta komitmen karyawan.

Abstract

The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) industry in Indonesia plays an important role in the country's economy, especially in the creative and manufacturing industries. One of the products that is increasingly developing is local screen-printed plastic bags, but faces increasingly tight global market competition. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze branding strategies implemented by local screen-printed plastic bag MSMEs in competing in the global market. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method on MSME actors engaged in the screen-printed plastic bag industry. The results of the study indicate that branding strategies are essential to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market. It is important for MSMEs to pay attention to global trends such as tourism and environmentally friendly technology to attract the attention of global consumers. This study also found that brand strengthening and consistent communication with consumers through digital platforms can be a significant competitive advantage. The implication of this study is that MSMEs need to be more adaptive to changes in the global market and take advantage of various opportunities to improve their position in the international market through innovative and planned branding strategies.

Abstract

The implementation of qurban worship in accordance with Islamic law still faces various challenges, particularly regarding public understanding of proper halal slaughter procedures and effective qurban management. This community service activity aims to enhance the religious literacy of STIE Ganesha’s academic community through participatory training on halal slaughter and qurban management. The training was held on May 31, 2025, at the STIE Ganesha Hall, involving lecturers, students, and campus staff. The methods included delivering fiqh qurban material, technical demonstrations of slaughtering, field simulations, and reflective discussions based on case studies. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of halal slaughter principles and their technical abilities in managing qurban in a trustworthy, efficient, and Sharia-compliant manner. These findings indicate that a participatory training approach effectively strengthens religious literacy and develops competent, religious, and responsible qurban practitioners. The implications of this activity highlight the importance of continuing halal education programs within the campus environment as part of the institution’s contribution to strengthening religious practices based on knowledge, values, and adherence to Islamic law.
