The population was teenagers aged 11-18 years in Surabaya, Indonesia who had participated in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purposive sampling was conducted and gained 185 respondents. The study variables were teenagers' thoughts and self-control in using smartphones. The instrument used was a questionnaire and the data were analyzed using the Spearmen Rank test. Results: The statistical test results showed that a good thought of teenagers was related to high self-control in using a smartphone (p = 0.000, r =0.371). Conclusion: The teenager’s thought in smartphone usage was formed based on benefits, barrier, beliefs, and the consequences of online learning activities. The teenagers’ awareness will lead to a good self-control for limiting the smartphones usage independently. The respondents were selected by inclusion criteria: patients with schizophrenia who had been hospitalized and had experienced a recurrence. The instrument used an observational sheet. The data were analyzed using univariate analysis. Result: The results showed that six nursing diagnoses were formulated during the implementation of nursing care. Schizophrenic patients in family members makes the family helpless and unable to care for them. Patient, family, social environment, and health service factors can affect the family's ability to care for schizophrenic patients. The aims of this study are to analyze factor predictors of the family's ability to care for schizophrenic patients. This study used a correlational study design. The sample of this study is 135 schizophrenic families in the outpatient clinic of Dr. Amino Gondohutomo Regional Psychiatric Hospital with purposive sampling. The instruments in this study are the questionnaire which developed and modified from the experience caregiving instrument (ECI), inner resource scale (SAS-I), mental health inventory (MHI), Berkeley Expressivity Questionnaire, Barthel Index, caregiving tasks in caring for an adult with mental illness scale (CTiCAMIS). Data were analyzed using a multiple regression test. The result shows the family's ability to care for schizophrenic patients predicted by the variables of family resources (p-value=0.019) and social support (p-value=0.0.32). Family resources as the strongest predictor of the family's ability to care for schizophrenic patients (B=0.242). It is necessary to develop integrated family empowerment interventions that increase and activate the family's inner resources.

Mental health problems are becoming more prevalent globally. Therefore, innovative patient care delivery approaches are being considered due to the rising need for primary mental health care services and an increase in the usage of digital communication tools online. For this reason, this systematic review was conducted to analyse relevant articles about telehealth in primary mental health care services in rural and remote areas. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) checklist was provided as guidance. The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) checklist was also used to evaluate the quality assessment. The databases are Scopus, Web of Sciences, and PubMed databases. Most telehealth in primary mental health care used in rural and remote areas takes the form of videoconferencing and application. Telehealth in primary mental health care services delivered to difficult-to-reach populations, like those in rural and remote areas, has significantly improved community mental health services in terms of results and satisfaction. Tele-mental health can be considered a safe and long-term solution but has several challenges that must be addressed. Keywords: Mental health; primary health care; rural area; remote Area; telehealth

Introduction: Diseases commonly observed in the elderly population are attributed to the decline in vascular functionality, with hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, being one such condition. The objective of this community service initiative is to assist senior citizens and elderly individuals in enhancing their knowledge regarding methods to reduce blood pressure levels. Additionally, it aims to enhance their proficiency in performing yoga exercises that have a positive influence on blood pressure. Method: The population in this community service activity is elderly people who are active in participating in activities organized by Posyandu Kromolio Pos 3 or Usila Mandiri Elderly School in Senggreng Village, Malang Regency. The sampling technique used is saturated sample technique or non-probability sampling. The older individuals will monitor their blood pressure during each gathering. The blood pressure assessment is conducted both prior to and following the implementation of yoga activities in order to ascertain the impact of those exercises on the blood pressure levels of older individuals. Results: At the first meeting, 58% of the elderly who attended experienced a decrease in blood pressure after doing yoga exercises. At the second meeting, 73% of the elderly who came experienced a decrease in blood pressure and 12% of the elderly did not experience changes in blood pressure before and after yoga exercises. Conclusion: Following the implementation of yoga activities as a form of treatment, a significant reduction in blood pressure was observed among the majority of senior individuals. Consequently, empirical evidence supports the assertion that yoga workouts yield beneficial effects in reducing hypertension among older individuals.
