Abstract

The essence of the public service vision is the realization of excellent public services, which means being able to realize community satisfaction in an effort to get services from government agencies. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction of applicants for land certificates in Bungo Regency. This research is descriptive by using survey data collection techniques which aim to determine the effect of two or more variables at the District National Land Agency Office. This study uses quantitative methods (statistical calculations) with simple linear regression using statistical analysis of Product Correlation Coefficients. A total of 100 samples came from applicants for land certificates using accidental sampling technique and distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing found that there was a positive and significant effect of the service of officers on community satisfaction in managing land certificates. The statement of the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant effect of officer services on community satisfaction in managing land certificates is proven, which means that the stronger the service of officers, the stronger the community's satisfaction in managing land certificates. This is indicated by the value of t table which is smaller than t count (1.661) < t arithmetic (6.666), and a significance value (0.000) which is smaller than 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.559.

Abstract

Brownies are a type of cake that does not expand, is dense and not as soft as regular sponge cake or black forest cake, but has a distinctive taste, namely a chocolate taste that is very dominant with a strong chocolate aroma. Through our idea of creating brownies in a different packaging form, namely Bronchips, it emerged after conducting a survey of what foods people often carry everywhere. Bronchips, apart from being consumed as a snack, can also be added as a dessert topping or even processed into various desserts on their own. Looking at the product packaging, the target market for this product is young people, urban areas, and those who have a hobby of socializing on social media. This training covers various aspects, from manufacturing techniques, packaging, to marketing strategies. Through this program, it is hoped that students will not only gain culinary skills, but also entrepreneurial skills that can support their economic independence in the future. This activity also supports the development of innovation in the culinary field and encourages a spirit of creativity among students.

Abstract

General background: Student-centered learning has become an international and national priority, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Indonesia’s Kurikulum Merdeka, which emphasize active, contextual, and collaborative learning. Specific background: However, in practice, fifth-grade students at SDN 112 Purwo Bakti demonstrated low engagement and achievement in Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) due to teacher-centered methods. Knowledge gap: While previous studies have applied Project Based Learning (PjBL) in science or social studies separately, limited research addresses its impact on integrated IPAS within the framework of Kurikulum Merdeka. Aims: This study investigates the effectiveness of PjBL in improving both the process and outcomes of IPAS learning in grade V. Results: Through two cycles of classroom action research involving 20 students, teacher performance improved from 80% to 100%, student engagement from 80% to 90%, and learning mastery from 80% to 90%, surpassing the minimum completeness criteria. Novelty: This study uniquely explores the integration of PjBL in IPAS learning as aligned with Kurikulum Merdeka, offering empirical insights rarely examined in primary schools. Implications: Findings highlight that PjBL not only enhances academic achievement but also fosters critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity, providing a sustainable reference for innovative learning strategies in 21st-century education Highlights: PjBL improved student participation and achievement significantly. Integration of PjBL in IPAS is rarely studied at primary level. Supports Kurikulum Merdeka goals for active and contextual learning.
