Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kendala guru dalam menyusun dan merancang modul ajar, merancang model, dan serta memilih metode pembelajaran yang relevan dan sesuai dengan siswa. Dan juga mengenai ujian yang belum sesuai dengan profil pelajar pancasila dalam kurikulum otonom, serta adanya batas waktu dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan implementasi projek P5. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SDN 219/II BTN Lintas Asri beserta kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru. Dengan guru kelas sebagai subjek, guru kelas III and IV “penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan perspektif fenomenologis untuk menggali pengalaman langsung dari guru dalam melaksanakan kegiatan P5.  Untuk menjaga keabsahan data dilakukan triangulasi teknik dan sumber data. Proses pengurangan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara sistematis merupakan bagian dari proses analisis data”. Metode pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi perangkat ajar, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan, wawancara yang mendalam dengan guru kelas, dan observasi kegiatan proyek P5 di lingkungan sekolah. Teknik dan sumber data ditriangulasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa “implementasi projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di SDN 219/II BTN Lintas Asri” dilaksanakan melalui beberapa tahapan: 1) Perencanaan projek, 2) Pelaksanaan rencana kegiatan projek, seperti praktek daur ulang sampah oleh siswa kelas IV yang meningkatkan kepedulian lingkungan, dan 3) Evaluasi projek melalui refleksi bersama guru dan siswa. Kendala yang ditemukan adalah guru kesulitan mengalokasikan waktu dalam melaksanakan projek P5. Meski demikian, implementasi P5 di SDN 219/II BTN Lintas Asri sudah berjalan dengan baik dan terbukti mampu menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter siswa seperti gotong royong, mandiri, dan kreatif sesuai profil pelajar pancasila.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises have a strategic role in regional growth, one of which is in Bathin VIII District, Sarolangun. However, the results of the situasion analysis show that the majority of business actors have not implemented cash bookkeeping neatly and regularly. The problems faced by business actors are low financial literacy, not only the routine recording of incoming and outgoing cash, but also the mixing of business finances with personal finances. This condition causes business actors to experience difficulties in knowing profit and loss, determining selling prices, and making data-based business decisions. The aim of this service is to improve the orderly financial administration of business actors through the implementation of simple cash bookkeeping assistance. The implementation method uses an approach that involves participation which consists of several stages, namely preparation, socialization, training and mentoring. Mentoring is carried out through direct practce of manual cash bookkeeping and the use of smartphone-based financial recording applications that are easily accessible to business actors. The results of the activity show an increase in understanding and skills of business actors in recording financial transantions in an orderly, systematic and sustainable manner. Business owners are starting to be able to separate personal and business finance and understand cash flow and profit and loss conditions more accurately. Therefore, this activity helps strengthen the financial management of MSMEs and supports the improvement and competitiveness of micro-businesses in Sarolangun Regency.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of grade III students of SD Negeri 201/II Baru Telentam from 18 students by 31% who have compeleted, the aim is improve student learning outcomes in mathematics in grade III through a problem based learning model. The from of this research (CAR) for two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages namely planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. Data collection using observation, interviews, documentation, and test. The results showed that the mathematics learning outcomes of studentsi in the first cycle contained 55% of students who completed with an average grade of 79.2. it shows there has been an increase in percentage from cycle II by 22%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of problem based learning model can improve mathematics learning outcome of fourth grade students of elementary 201/II Baru Telentam, Kecamatan Tanah Tumbuh, Kabupaten Bungo.

Abstract

The essence of the public service vision is the realization of excellent public services, which means being able to realize community satisfaction in an effort to get services from government agencies. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction of applicants for land certificates in Bungo Regency. This research is descriptive by using survey data collection techniques which aim to determine the effect of two or more variables at the District National Land Agency Office. This study uses quantitative methods (statistical calculations) with simple linear regression using statistical analysis of Product Correlation Coefficients. A total of 100 samples came from applicants for land certificates using accidental sampling technique and distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents. The results of the analysis of hypothesis testing found that there was a positive and significant effect of the service of officers on community satisfaction in managing land certificates. The statement of the hypothesis that there is a positive and significant effect of officer services on community satisfaction in managing land certificates is proven, which means that the stronger the service of officers, the stronger the community's satisfaction in managing land certificates. This is indicated by the value of t table which is smaller than t count (1.661) < t arithmetic (6.666), and a significance value (0.000) which is smaller than 0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.559.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low student learning outcomes in SBdP learning, the teacher’s lack of attention to the material or learning concepts that should be delivered. This resulted in the low process and learning outcomes of students in class IV SDN 143/VIII Teluk Kembang Jambu, Tebo Ulu District. This research is a classroom action research with simple qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subjects were fourth grade students, which amounted to 30 people. This research consists of two cycles. This research was carried out in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at SDN 143/VIII Teluk Kembang Jambu Tebo Ulu District. This research data was collected through observations, test results, photos and documentation. The results of research data analysis show that using the Direct Instruction Model can improve the process and learning outcomes of arts, culture and crafts (SBdP) in the fourth grade of SDN 143/VIII Teluk Kembang Jambu. Seen from the process of implementing learning carried out by the teacher in cycle I 80% and in cycle II it became 84.61%, and during the student learning process in cycle I 62% and in cycle II it becomes 80.63%. The same thing is also seen in student learning in the first cycle is 69.6%, and in the second cycle it becomes 83.6%. Then classroom action research in the use of Direct Instruction Model in learning arts, culture and crafts (SBdP) can improve the process and student learning outcomes.
