Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and price on consumer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for TikTok shop users, either partially or simultaneously. This research is quantitative in nature and involves the population at Dian Nuswantoro University class of 2020 aged 21-25 years, who are users and make purchases at the TikTok shop. The sampling method used a probability sampling technique via a simple random sampling method, with a total of 172 respondents. The data collection technique uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM version 4 software. This research obtained the results that service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, service quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, price has an effect positive towards consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Profitability, Capital Structure and Company Size on company value in the property and real estate company sector verified on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2023. The population of this research was 95 companies with sampling carried out through purposive sampling, so that 44 samples were determined that met the criteria. The analysis method used is panel data regression with the help of Eviews version 12.0. The research results show that Profitability, Capital Structure and Company Size simultaneously influence company value. Partially, Profitability has a negative and significant influence on company value, Capital Structure has a positive and significant influence on company value and Company Size has a negative and significant influence on company value. Penelitian ini memilliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada su sektor perusahaan property dan real estate yang terverifikasi di Bursa Efek Indonesi tahun 2017-2023. Populasi penelitian ini sejumlah 95 perusahaan dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui purposive sampling, sehingga menetapkan 44 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan Eviews versi 12.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial, Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Struktur Modal memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

This study focuses on evaluating the extent to which product quality, price, and Instagram media promotion affect the purchase decision of furniture products in the company INFORMA Semarang City. This study applied a purposive sampling technique, involving 148 respondents consisting of consumers or visitors to INFORMA in Semarang City. For data analysis, this study applies the PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) method and the data is processed with Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at INFORMA Semarang City, as well as price and Instagram media promotions also have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at INFORMA Semarang City.   Studi ini berfokus untuk menganalisis sejauh mana kualitas produk, harga, dan promosi media Instagram memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk furniture di perusahaan INFORMA Kota Semarang. Teknik purposive sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melibatkan 148 responden terdiri dari konsumen atau pengunjung INFORMA di Kota Semarang. Untuk analisis data menerapkan metode PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model) dan data diproses dengan perangkat lunak Smart-PLS 3.0. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan bahwasanya kualitas produk memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di INFORMA Kota Semarang, demikian juga harga dan promosi media Instagram ikut berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di perusahaan INFORMA Kota Semarang.

Abstract

Mahasiswa Pengelolaan Perhotelan merupakan salah satu program studi termuda di lingkungan Universitas Dian Nuswantoro. Sesuatu yang masih belum dimiliki oleh mahasiswa program studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan adalah kemampuan mereka untuk menganalisa sesuatu yang baru, seperti halnya menciptakan peluang usaha baru sampai dengan penentuan wilayah usaha. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan program kemitraan masyarakat ini adalah memberikan dukungan pengetahuan kepada mahasiswa tentang kemampuan melakukan analisa terhadap pemilihan lokasi atau wilayah usaha baru sebagai bekal bagi mahasiswa ketika nanti lulus perkuliahan. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah Mahasiswa mampu melakukan Analisa data lokasi yang akan dipertimbangan sebagai lokasi baru dalam melakukan usaha .

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positive and significant impact of Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Quick Ratio on earnings growth, focusing on case studies of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector, especially the food and beverage sub-sector, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2023 period. The sample used in this study consisted of 25 companies. The data analyzed is secondary data, and the analysis method used is EViews (Econometric Views) software. EViews is a statistical software that is widely used in econometric and economic data analysis, thanks to its ability to handle complex economic models, as well as time series, cross-section, and panel data. The results showed that TATO, DER, and Quick Ratio did not have a significant influence on profit growth in the consumer goods industry sector. In addition, profit growth in this sector is influenced by independent variables by 83.877%, while the remaining 16.123% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This study focuses on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) companies in the mining sector for the period 2019-2023 which aims to analyze the role of managerial ownership on firm value, the role of debt policy on firm value, and the role of dividend policy as a mediator on managerial ownership and debt policy on firm value. This study uses quantitative methods and data analysis techniques for this study using SmartPLS-SEM. The results of the study found that managerial ownership (X1), debt policy (X2), dividend policy (Z) have a significant effect on firm value (Y), while the role of managerial ownership (X1) and debt policy (X2) through dividend policy (Z) as a mediator has an insignificant and significant effect.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran e-banking (seperti internet banking dan mobile banking) serta fee based income dalam memberi pengaruh kinerja keuangan bank BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2019 hingga 2023. Penerapan teknologi adalah salah satu aspek yang bisa memberi pengaruh kepada kinerja keuangan perbankan. Penerapan teknologi di sektor perbankan sangat penting, karena kebutuhan akan informasi yang cepat saat ini mendorong bank untuk mengembangkan teknologi yang bisa memperbaiki kinerja perbankan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kausal untuk mengevaluasi keterkaitan dan dampak antara dua atau lebih variabel. Variabel dalam penelitian ini meliputi internet banking, mobile banking, dan fee based income menjadi variabel bebas, sementara return on assets menjadi variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak empat bank. Data sekunder yang telah terkumpul diolah menggunakan Eviews 12 dengan analisis regresi berganda dari data panel di empat bank BUMN. Secara bersamaan, temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa ketiga variabel independent secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan bank

Abstract

The innovative potential of Sharia-based crowdfunding platforms to align finances with Islamic principles remains untapped in much of Indonesia's Muslim communities. This study investigated how halal supply chains, Islamic social media marketing, and zakat awareness influence intentions to use such platforms. It also examined how Sharia financial literacy might moderate these relationships. Through questionnaires given to Indonesians familiar with Islamic finance, the research gauged relationships between constructs using PLS-SEM analysis. Findings revealed all three independent variables—halal supply chains, religious social media marketing, and zakat consciousness—positively impacted intentions, though strengths varied. Sharia financial knowledge was found to qualify some linkages, underscoring its pivotal role in shaping religious and ethical responses to fintech. By integrating doctrinal values and behavioral predictors through the Theory of Planned Behavior framework, this work offers a nuanced understanding of adoption factors. It contributes to the discourse around Islamic digital finance and provides practical guidance for developers, marketers, and leaders aiming to boost accessibility and trust in Muslim communities.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between fear of missing out (FOMO), celebrity influence, and limited editions on the purchase intention of Labubu dolls. Data were collected from 107 respondents within the Labubu fan community on social media using a combination of purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires, and the analysis was performed using SPSS software, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that FOMO, celebrity influence, and limited editions collectively have a significant relationship with Labubu purchase intention. These findings highlight the importance of leveraging marketing strategies based on FOMO and limited editions, as well as collaborations with celebrities, to enhance product appeal and drive sales. This research provides practical guidance for businesses in developing effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pertumbuhan cryptocurrency sebagai instrumen investasi berbasis teknologi blockchain yang telah mengubah cara dunia bertransaksi dan berinvestasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan investasi, motivasi investasi, dan persepsi risiko terhadap minat investasi cryptocurrency. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan melibatkan 100 responden mahasiswa manajemen angkatan 2021-2022 di Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang, yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Google Form dan dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 30.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan investasi dan motivasi investasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi cryptocurrency, sedangkan persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa lebih dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman dan motivasi internal dibandingkan dengan kekhawatiran terhadap risiko. Penelitian selanjutnya, disarankan untuk mempertimbangkan penambahan variabel yang dapat mempengaruhi minat investasi dalam cryptocurrency, seperti faktor ekonomi, pengaruh volatilitas pasar, tren sosial di kalangan pelajar, serta tingkat adopsi teknologi blockchain.
